We had booked a queen but he upgraded us to a king and gave us a quiet room when I requested it. You can get complementary coffee or tea in morning. Parking was free and felt safe. We liked it so much we came back the next day and he happily upgraded us to 2 queens this time. It feels more like a hotel than a motel. Has spacious nice hotel like rooms. Friendly staff.

Very accommodating for my mobility issues. The only problem I had was with inconsistent WiFi connection. I called the office a few times to reboot the router and restore service. They’ve been upgrading and remodeling, with work continuing. Didn’t cause any inconvenience,

The rooms are stinky and not clean. Tons of homeless surrounding the hotel and lots of noise. The hotel felt very rundown. Would not stay here ever again

This hotel advertised that it had wireless. Given the reviews about the spottiness of the wireless, I called them to see if it was in fact working and was assured it was, so I went ahead and made the booking through hotels.com. I had an important zoom meeting at 5 am the following morning and needed to be able to have the meeting in the privacy of my room. When I arrived, I asked AGAIN if the wireless was working and was assured that it was. I signed in while in the lobby just to make sure. However, when I got to my room, literally feet away from the lobby, none of their wireless addresses worked from the room. The front desk person came to see if I was doing something wrong, which I was not. I told them that I could not stay there as I needed wireless and they advertise that they have it and also told me multiple times that they had it - when clearly they just have wireless in the lobby. The front desk person said they had been having on going problems and she would have her manager issue a refund to me as soon as she came on at 11 pm. I booked another hotel down the road, and was not concerned that I would not get the refund. I let hotels.com know - as they have to facilitate the refund. After two days, hotels.com came back to me and said that they could not get ahold of the hotel manager therefore they could not give me a refund. WTH? I don't know if I just got a bad customer service agent - but I need a refund - either from the hotel or hotels.com. BAD BUSINESS FROM BOTH

I had read reviews, and this looked promising; some stated internet issues but the overall reviews and ratings were good so I overlooked it, knowing everyone has some bad days/tech difficulties. This was a huge mistake for me, there never was internet. I was traveling on my remote days, but needed to put in full work days.
The staff didn't see this as a problem. The first time I called the front desk was at 6am beause I had two meetings via Zoom. I was told he would try to reset it, but the manaer was aware of the problem. When there was still no internet, he said I would have to speak to the manager - who wouldnt be there until 11am, five hours later. And he was short with me, he told me I could go to Starbucksl which is a public place,not appropriate for conducting meetings. So I had to get dressed and leave the hotel to work.
The problem with Starbucks is they no longer allow you to charge devices due to crime/homelessness issues. So I called back to see if the manager was there, and they were not, they never came in. The next employee said the wifi was working, so I came back, went to my room...and it still wasn't working. She said I'd have to come closer, but on a couch, in public in the middle of the lobby. I was here for my cousin's art opening, needed to work, flew, rented a car, wasted/ruined the little time I had, spent all my time OUT of my room except to sleep. This is decent traveler hotel but never if you have to work, rely on wifi for any reason,

Housemaid walked right in while i was in the office. Staff unfriendly. I checked in at 3 : 30 but they said there were no rooms available on the ground floor and to come back after 5: 30 when the maids are finished. Im a solo elderly woman that had spent a full day and night traveling to get to my destination. Luckily there is Burger King ajoining the property where I was able to wait.

Our room was at eye level of a noisy freeway. Noisy, stinky, gas fumes.

Our room had a musty smell. We had to track down the housekeeper for a washcloth and a TV remote. It wasn’t until later we discovered there wasn’t a bathmat or shampoo in the room (but the room had conditioner and lotion). The wifi didn’t work in our room. We had to go to the lobby to use the wifi.

The air-conditioning when i turned it on smell like urine. Horrible. Had to turn it off. The water when used in the shower smell like spetic. No hand towels or wash cloths. No shampoo available. Beds very hard and pillows hard and lumpy. When i complained to staff, they basically shrugged it off. I will NEVER stay again. It was a horrible experience. Very disappointed.

The room was overall not very clean. Dirty chairs, no microwave. Poor quality mattress. The room smelled musty, perhaps even moldy. The only positive was the newly remodeled bathroom. There were construction screws strewn in the parking area. I would not stay again. It is fine is you're looking for budget, no-frills.

Desk clerk was friendly and courteous. That was the only redeeming factor about this property. Did not know this property was under renovation. Rooms smelled musty; bed linens were horrible (there was a hole in bottom sheet on one bed); requested to be moved to a different room due to ants in bathroom and surroundings. Obviously no breakfast at motel. Maybe after renovations it will be better, but in no way worth the nightly rate we paid!!

Have stayed here twice now driving long distance and both times was just was what needed - a clean, accessible, safe, air conditioned room close to the highway and several dining options. The staff at the front desk was not very friendly the first time I stayed (December 2022); the host at the front desk for this most recent stay was very kind and made checking in a breeze. The rooms themselves are basic, but sometimes that is all you need. I didn’t use the pool or the bathtub in the room but nice to know those were options available. This overnight stay was what I really needed - to get some food out of my cooler and into the mini fridge, take an extended nap, take a shower, eat a meal (not in the car), and get a good night’s rest… will stay again in the future.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience my family and I had at Inn At Rohner Park, which we booked through Hotel.com. We stayed for one night on July 19, 2024, booking three rooms under my name.
Upon arrival at approximately 10:45 PM, we were dismayed to find several issues with our accommodations. None of the rooms had changed bed sheets from the previous occupants, and one room even had noticeable hairs on the sheets. Additionally, despite booking a non-smoking room, one of the rooms reeked of cigarette smoke, making it uncomfortable for my family members, including my two young children and elderly parents.
Furthermore, one of the rooms had a window that could not fully close, posing both a security risk and discomfort due to noise and potential weather exposure. Despite bringing these concerns to the attention of the front desk staff immediately after check-in, we were informed that no changes could be made to our rooms and that a refund was not possible.
Given the late hour and the exhaustion of my family, this situation was particularly distressing and disappointing. We expected a basic standard of cleanliness and comfort, which unfortunately was not met during our stay.
I kindly request that Hotel.com investigate this matter with Inn at Rohnert Park and provide us with a resolution that reflects the substandard conditions we encountered. I believe a partial refund for the inconvenience caused wou

The front desk person was not helpful or even at the bare minimum, respectful. She seemed to not like my request to have the correct info on my check in (it was wrong and when I mentioned it she told me not to worry about it and I asked again if we can amend it to be correct). She then gave us the room next to the elevator which made noise all night long. The wifi didn’t work at all and the sheets were wrinkled and the floor felt unclean.

The room was fine, the area was not so great but it’s right next to a gas station and a Burger King so you have what you need I guess. The reason I am less than impressed with the hotel is the fact that the rooms were absolutely bare bones, and no microwave was included in the room which really is a standard these days. So I consider this room substandard. To say nothing about the foam wedge pillows that were not usable.

Long wait to check in. AC fan needed repair, no one peresent to fix. No one cared. Extremely long hair in bathroom, no mine. No housekeeping present to clean room. No manager on duty.
