The Hotel was in the middle of renovations and was a mess. The service was average and the breakfast options were really limited with overcooked eggs sat on a hot tray for ages and limited other options

We booked last minute to stay at the Bristol as we were driving from Italy back to England. The Bristol was a wonderful find, room was excellent and sound proofed, the staff were all very helpful, secure covered parking and even our dog was made welcome.

A gorgeous hotel in a great location. Super helpful staff on reception. We were so grateful for arranging us an early check-in. Our comfort room was a generous size, wonderful big bed, slept very well. Only negative is soundproofing, could hear neighbouring room. Would not put me off staying again. Continental breakfast with good variety of quality choices. Secure parking in basement.

Hotel Bristol Mulhouse is a good looking hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Parking is possible in the courtyard of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom had sufficient amount of towels. The bed had enough soft pillows. The hotel is close to Musée National de l'Automobile. Downsides There was mold in the joints of the tiles in the bathroom. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, but they didn't season our meals well and my steak was rare instead of medium. We had breakfast at the hotel, but the selection wasn't big.

Getting into the parking garage was very difficult without damaging the car. The hotel was older but clean. Not much to do in the area but a great Indian restaurant next door

Older first class hotel with modern finish and big bathtub with water jets and shower. Comfortable! Close to old city and excellent restaurants and shopping. Trolleys very convenient. Over the top breakfast buffet for only 13 euros.

Approach to the property is through an area of town which felt rather rundown and unsafe. The carpark is fully secured, though, the hotel is lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room appeared newly renovated and was fabulous - comfortable bed, external electric shutter that fully blocked all light, enabling a restful sleep. We made use of the large bath, too. A nice breakfast was selected and worth the money. An easy walk to the centre of the old town with lots of eating places available. A good stay.

Really nice hotel close to the centre, the room was really pleasant, clean and comfortable. Breskfast was worth paying for as it was varied and plentiful. I would have liked to give a higher rating however on arrival in 26c temperature the air conditioning wasnt switched on, as apparently previous days were cold. My room was too hot, stopping me having a good night sleep, being on the gyiubd floor next to the footpath and road junction i coukdnt have the window open.

A very clean room with a large bathroom and separate toilet, and a heated towel rail. The staff were all very attentive and spoke good English. It is close to the Schlumpf museum by tram. The food was very good. We would happily stay there again.

Solid older hotel with good service. Great bed and excellent bath / shower. Quiet (power window shutters for our room which was above the Main Street). Onsite parking that was secure. Tram is directly in front of hotel. Walking distance to main shopping area as well as auto and art museums. Highly recommended.

A lovely restored hotel in the centre of town. The automobile museum is about 20 min east walk. Not a lot of restaurants nearby but lots of fast food. Parking available for 5 euros per night Only weird thing was the shower was a large corner spa bath with a shower rose

WOW - I am soooo impressed - I had room #319 - a spectacular room and such attention to detail - the room was obviously newly renovated and only the finest quality of materials and fabrics were used ! A wonderful hotel which I will now use each time I am in Mulhouse ! The hotel staff who I believe were the owners were just PERFECT ! Pet friendly / perfect location only minutes by foot to city center / retaurants etc ... 10 out of 10 !

The hotel is conveniently located close to the historical city center. Our room was fully renovated and modern, but the real highlight was the service, both at the reception and at breakfast. Btw the breakfast was excellent as well

Booked a junior suite and was absolutely blown away with the size and quality of the fittings. Villaroy and Bosh basin and toilet. Grohne tapware. LARGE SPA BATH. Large balcony. Price of 1662 33ml beer in bar fridge was only E4. LARGE Freshly made sandwiches from room service were ALSO ONLY e4. A room of this size and quality in Paris would be over e1000. Incredible value.

It was a good experience. It is not a 4stars as it is promoted on Expedia but for a 3 stars it did a great job. Food was fabulous!

When entering the hotel, it looks a little messy, both in reception as when walking through the hotel. But the room was amazing, we booked a junior suite, and the best room we ever had in any 4 star hotel were we booked something similar. Large very quiet bedroom (the size of a junior suite in most hotels), a large living room, large bathroom with bubble bath and shower and a big size terrace overlooking the city. The bed, super comfortable.

Our suite was very nicely laid out and very comfortable. Parking within the hotel was easy and convenient. The bathrooms lacked sufficient ventilation. The common area in the lobby looked nice but was overrun by organized tours and could not be used by us.

Our experience started before we arrived with the Hotel Bristol contacting us to give us details on how to navigate the Mulhouse one-way system to get to the car park entrance. The check-in/check-out process was a delight and the room spacious and well equipped. The location provided easy access to the centre of Mulhouse and the facilities there.

I stayed one night. There are some rennovations going on. Breafast options were limited from my point of view (would have preferred omellette, ham, etc.) Room was comfortable and it was quiet.

Overall this was a very comfortable stay, room was very clean and spacious. Location within a few minutes from the main pedestrian shopping area with many food options. The only minus was the unhelpful front desk clerk, but other employees around the property were polite.
