The customer service was excellent but unfortunately the rooms not so much. Our first room was on second floor and before we got too comfortable, we realized that there was mold on the ceiling. I have bad allergies and asthma, so we requested another room. She put is on the 3rd floor, but that ceiling was just as worse. I canceled the reservations altogether.

A multi Millionaire owns this hotel. There is no excuse for it to be so rundown and filthy. Mold in the bathrooms, filthy carpet, tables in eating area never wiped down in 3 days. Plenty of staff to do so. Wires hanging out in the pool. Furniture full of filth and stains. No emergency systems operating when power went out. One elevator does not operate. Green carpet so dirty it is brown and black in the walking path. The list goes on and on. An embarrassment to the Hilton brand.

This was the start of our girls trip, which we stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The stay would have been a whole lot better if there was not this awful smell of mildew in the rooms and hallways.

Room had stale odor. Bed was very uncomfortable. Floor AC unit was out. Had two large units with large wiring bundles- could be a hazard with children. Coffee was warm but not hot.

Some sort of air conditioning unit on the 4th floor that was super loud and looked horrible. A/C leaking so the carpet was moist and had a smell. General women’s bathroom in lobby was DISGUSTING. Overall, if I wasn’t just saying for about 8 hrs to just sleep, I would have requested it money back.

The hotel itself was awesome I have nothing negative to say about it, but being near the airport the planes are a bit loud so take that into consideration when booking.

Stayed in room 522. Very clean, stocked and ordered when I entered the room. A/C controls were intuitive. Front desk was very efficient. Check in took 2 minutes max. and Check out took 30 seconds. Definitely recommend and if I need to stay at a hotel in this area again, I will go here.

Great 4 night stay. Room was spacious and clean. Hot breakfast was fine and the pool was great. Plenty parking. Staff were friendly and helpul. The only downside was the bed was uncomfortable.

Stayed at this location because I was familiar to the area from living in Tampa previously. We stayed here after a day at the Lowery Zoo. We didn't shop but there is plenty areas around for that. Dining options are too.The hotel was very clean and run by very friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Would definitely recommend and stay here again myself.

If you're going to Busch Gardens or any other destination nearby, this IS the hotel to stay at! From the check-in to the late checkout; friendly, helpful staff, ample parking, fresh, clean rooms, comfortable beds and a delicious hot breakfast everyday. A great stay overall!!

One night stay after travelling from UK , car pick up next day. Good hotel,spacious, clean, nice breakfast and good helpful staff. Only disappointment was thought there was a shuttle service to airport / car rental but there is not one. Be aware. Cost by taxi average 35dollars each way.

We went to check in and they had given our room to someone. We live in orlando and went to a concert at raymond james. At 1230am after we got there we were told we didnt have a room... that I paid $245 for! We had tondrive 10 miles away to another hampton property. Terrible experience.

I was placed in the 2nd floor it was very clean, front desk was very polite. Unfortunately if i new that dogs were allowed I would of NOT chosen this hotel. I drove 4 hrs to get there after working 8 hrs so i was extremely tired and drove with my children,to my surprise the room above had 2 or more dogs and they barked all hrs of the night. I called front desk and they attempted to locate the owners of the unattended dogs. 3 hrs later luckily dogs were quite. Then all night planes flying over the hotel. So other than this. Hotel staff was great place was clean and me Exhausted. Thank goodmes it was just for one night.

Terrible. I booked a room with 2 queen beds and got a room with a king bed and a couch! The couch was uncomfortable and had a sheet as a blanket. I was told they had no other rooms and that was it. Very little help from front desk
