Everything was perfect about the stay, they have to change one thing though. Heat mode along with fans are not working as it supposed to be.

We arrived about 2 hours before check-in and asked the desk clerk if we could park there until 3, and she just checked us in early! Fantastic room with a king size bed, huge jacuzzi tub, a fireplace and a small kitchenette area. The hotel was convenient walking distance from the lakeshore and downtown South Lake Tahoe. The free breakfast had a solid variety of food and drinks.
The only small issue we had was the overly-soft pillows on the bed- other than that, a perfect stay! I'll definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Tahoe

Our room was located to the back where I assume they put all Hotel.com guest’s which was not a problem the problem was the roach crawling on my arm at night couldn’t go to sleep comfortably after that had to leave a light on.

Perfect place in the middle of it all. Easy to get to and easy to walk everywhere. Second level offers balcony. Very cool.

This place is perfect for a nice getaway. There is no Lakeview but the close proximity to the lake and the Main Street make up for it. Everything is walking distance. The staff are very informative and friendly. The breakfast is delicious and has many options. Planning another trip soon and will be staying here again.

EV charging at a gouging $0.70 per kWh, why? Plus the unit was smelly, and was not cleaned. I arrived late at about 10 PM, wasn’t worth my effort to complain as we were so tired, we left at 7am. Will never stay there again.

The room was small. The sink drained very slow. The shower never stopped dripping. There was hairs in the shower. Parking was always a challenge.

If you’re on a budget, this is a great hotel choice. Yes, the room could have been a little more comfortable, but it had all the basics.
After the first night, I asked if we could switch to a room that also had a bathtub. They were kind enough to switch us at no extra cost.
Having continental breakfast in the morning is nice too if you need a quick bite. The hotel provides some staples there as well (coffee, cereal, fruit, waffles, etc.)

We booked for our Anniversary. 3 nights. Would not stay here again. Dog hair on the carpet. Coffee splash dripping down the wall. Shower curtain too low. Hanging 6" into the shower. Low water pressure. No weather stripping around the door and the hallway light shined in. It was like having a flashlight on all night. Had to jam a towel in the door to make it bareable. It has had a really badly done makeover.
Food was ok, but super crowded every day. Bed was comfy. But thats it.
It did NOT meet my expectations for a Quality Inn. Go elsewhere.

Great location for us as we like to walk to the casinos and leave our car parked at the hotel - free parking! We also liked that there was no "resort fee" as we rarely use those amenities. Our room was clean, very comfortable bed, liked the Keurig coffee maker, the small fridge and microwave. It was unusual to not have a closet; for 2 nights we really didn't need to hang clothes, but that would have been nice. I'm sure I could have asked for hangars and used the shower rod. The only other negative for us was the hair dryer as my wife uses a styling brush, but you can't do that at the same time you're having to keep the "on" button depressed - it's really just a hair dryer for a guy. But hangars and the hair dryer were minor details. Our check-in guy was great - super polite and friendly. The breakfast was amazing! The gals who work there keep everything well-stocked and very clean. Overall a 4+ stay - we'd definitely book here again. Thank you!

Hotel is very old, with modern upgrades. Loved the continental breakfast. Location is perfect! Beach & Harrah’s casino is a 5 min walk. Loved that there were recycle and trash bins around property. Front desk very kind. Only bad thing to say is the rooms don’t smell good. Smell very old like damp wet wood. Refrigerator although clean, did not smell good and does have microwave which was clean. They could probably change the carpets out which might help the smell. They also have usb lamps and the mattress and pillows are heavenly! Overall good stay would stay again. Oh added bonus, tv has HBO and Max. Plus rooms have small balconies!

Lights shining under door all night, banging and loud noises all night long. Probably the most run down hotel I've ever been in. $700 for two nights is riduculous for this crap of a hotel! Free breakfast was so crowded, we couldnt even squeeze in the building. Beautiful city, crappy hotel!

Unbearable chemical smell in room from cleansers. I kept window open for two days and the odor remained. I had allergies after. Blood stain on comforter. Would be good for management to use eco-cleaners and have a manager double check condition of linen before guest arrives.

Great stay for the value! Convenient location.The property appeared to have been recently remodeled. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great too!

The room smelled like they used a stronger cleaner to cover up some type of smell? Carpet was dirty and not vacuumed. The shower was small . Parking lot was full and they asked us to park across the street at one of their other locations.

Parking was limited. We booked a room with a king size bed, the bathroom only had 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth and no bath mat and so we had to ask for one. There was not a glass in the bathroom to brush your teeth, no complimentary bottle of water and the window above the shower had no screen. I did like how clean the bathroom and bedroom were.

I booked my stay because of the hot tub and it was not working. Breakfast was pretty bad and closed earlier.
The room was fairly average for the price.
There is a road between some rooms, the pool and the reception and other facilities. There is no crossing.
Frankly Disappointed.
