Everything as it should be. Friendly staff. Good bed.

The room needed TLC. The walls were dirty, and the chair at the desk needed to be replaced, as it was badly worn and falling apart. The bathtub needs to have the drain cleaned of all the accumulated hair.

Very quiet, and nice. Just wish the pool was operational.

Our room at the Wickenburg Quality Inn is very comfortable. Check in was easy. And we enjoy the area.

This hotel was DISGUSTING! DON’T STAY HERE! The floors were dirty throughout the hotel, the dining room had years of dust on the walls. The bathroom had mold, and the sheets were very old and stained. The duvets had not need washed in a long time. Our entire family pulled the bedding off and used our own pillows to sleep. It was gross from top to bottom! The tv sensor for the remote was even being held up by a bandaid. We had pre-paid or would have walked out. The next morning we decided just to look at the breakfast being offered. Yuck! The waffle maker looked like it had never been cleaned. No hot breakfast, no fresh fruit, just some small bagels, small muffins and yogurt. There was cereal and milk but I wondered how old it was. My husband is not the type to get grossed out but he took one look at the dinning room and walked out!! Are all Quality Inn like this? If not your company needs to do a quality check cause this place is crap!

The staff was very nice.

When we arrived there was no one to check us in. I had called earlier in the day to to let the hotel know that we would be a later arrival, after midnight. We arrived about 12:30am to find NO ONE anywhere to check us in. I contacted hotels.com and was informed that check in ended at midnight. That would have been nice to know when I called the property earlier in the day. I had to call around to find an available room at 1 am. I will not book this hotel ever again.

The so called "Hot Breakfast" was crap. Sorry, but if it doesn't have eggs and a meat, it's not a hot breakfast.

Very helpful staff. Clean room. Not walking distance to restaurants. Must drive to every thing.

Great staff, cozy bed and a nice little balcony to enjoy the cool air.

The beds were comfortable BUT the condition of the room and property needs a lot of TLC and regular maintenance and several repairs.

Swimming Pool not operational. One of the reasons we reserved. Broken electrical outlets. Breakfast substandard. Otherwise, comfortable stay.

Staff very friendly and welcoming. However, this place is in serious need of renovation. Rips and stains in carpet. Large amounts of dust throughout the hotel. The area where the food is was absolutely disgusting, waffle mix running down the cabinets and the walls.

Was given room 103. The window outside won’t lock. Got the desk attendant to lock it and he couldn’t get it to lock. Was told the window screen would prevent the window from opening? Asked for a room where the window locked. Was given room 217, and the window won’t lock. Dirty cup on the floor in the top

Wanted to hit the hot tub. I feel long days drive, but unfortunately it wasn't operable.
Went down to talk to the front desk staff only to find out they're in the corner of the room on their phone.

Staff was super friendly though occasionally overwhelmed. Be patient with them. Room was clean. Direct access to outside from our room was convenient since we were traveling with dogs. Fairly quiet hotel though the highway had a steady flow of semis all night. Breakfast was ample and well stocked. Shower had good pressure and sufficient hot water. Room was sufficiently dark after putting a towel over the hair dryer. No amenities here. You are getting a bed, shower, satellite TV and breakfast.

Our original room had engineering supplies in the bathroom but front desk lady was nice and but us in a better room.

The place was unkept, breakfast was of very low quality, and there was a junk car in the parking lot. I have nothing good to say about this place. I would rename it the Very Low Quality Inn.

We chose this hotel for the pool and hot tub which were not working and probably hadn’t been for quite some time. It was not accurately advertised. The towels, etc were thread bare and not even suitable as rags. The staff was not at the desk( you had to push a button for them at all times), they seemed quite bothered, not friendly, not knowledgeable of the area at all. The breakfast was average. At breakfast we had to ask for coffee twice, we had to ask for coffee cups. The best thing anbout this place was that the and pillows were very comfortable. The doors didn’t close easily and had to be pushed shut.

The property was reasonably quiet and well priced. It included a breakfast which was adequate. The staff was friendly. The property needs updating and some new towels which were kinda dingy in color and
Thin.

We enjoyed our stay, we got a 2nd floor balcony, and it was nice to be able to sit outside when we wanted to, the only thing, I was hoping to use the jacuzzi and it was closed for the season, bummer- wish they would include that in the notes, I am really big on wanting that when I stay in a hotel. the only other complaint is you could hear the traffic, which is another thing I don't like, but it was fine.

This facility is very close to railroad tracks. Trains passed about 2-3 hours with horns blowing. The bathroom tub was clean but the surround was chipping in several places. When I asked for a receipt the next day, I was told that since it was a 3rd party rental I would need to contact them for a receipt.

Hotel did not have any curb appeal. Stayed there one night and will not return. No elevator on property and everything appeared old and dirty. We kept looking out the window throughout the night to make sure our car was safe. Parking lot had very little lighting and needs re-surfacing. Looked at the breakfast in the morning, but opted not to eat it. It did not look appetizing. This place definitely needs a remodel. We felt is was not worth the price we paid for a night’s stay.

Nice place, a bit farther from Wickenburg than I thought but that’s ok. Some road noise the AC drown out.
Breakfast sausage was horrible, I saw numerous pieces in the trash when I tossed mine,

Checking went well except the hotel charged me when I had booked with Expedia. We looked forward to enjoy pool and hot tub but under Reno so we sat on the sad patio with broken table and dirty chairs. Room was a good size and clean with comfy beds and needed some maintenance as window wouldn’t close or lock and tap was leaking. Hoping they resolve my hotel bill and get back to me as they promised.

Room was ok but not that clean, stairs up to room covered in dirt, outside not so clean. A guy working on his car in the parking lot which was basically dirt and asphalt mix.
Breakfast was supplied but not great.
Check in girl was nice and key worked 👍
Price point for experience should be $85 not over a $100

The only redeeming feature of this property is the staff! One staff member in particular was very helpful and considerate.
