Stayed for a week. The dishwasher didn’t work. The coffee maker is not at all ok extremely basic for a couple bucks more you can get something that makes sense. The gym is really sub par if you’re creative you can workout but only one person at a time. The entry looks like a dentists office. Carpet is super dirty, elevator needs an update. The bed was comfortable the room was decent size. The staff are great super nice.

Front desk clerk was not customer service oriented. Would not allow guest to use lobby bathroom and had to walk a block to go to the bathroom. Won’t stay there again due to staff not accommodating to needs of customers.

I won’t be staying here again! I booked 2 rooms and upon check in I told them I will not be needing the other room and the manager of the hotel would not refund me for the other room!

It’s ok, facility is a little old. Noisy especially when guest next-door to you close the door. No breakfast. Overall should be ok. Can acceptable.

Our stay at this facility was beyond disappointing. The staff was super nice and friendly, but this facility is old. The air condition was not operable and our room was 80° upon arrival., it took 8 hrs to cool down. The toilet during our stay was running and we asked to have it fixed. No one ever came. We booked a Queen room and ended up with a double bed. The television in the bedroom did not work. The pictures on the website do not reflect the room that we stayed in. Although it was clean, it is very old and run down. The refrigerator is from the early 80s. The furniture is old and the air conditioner on the wall was beyond words at its age. We paid $7 a day to park in their lot and your room will not be cleaned unless you stay over 7 days.

While out during the day, someone came into the room and stole thousands of dollars worth of items and cash. Hotel was not helpful at all with our situation, we ended up calling the police. Such a horrible experience overall.

I’ve stayed at Sonesta before and been very pleased with my stays. Sadly, this room had such a strong dog smell. I know it is a dog room but every other time I’ve stayed in dog rooms with my dog. I have never smelled anything like this. I even went to Walmart and bought a Febreze plug-in to try to help. It was only one night so I just dealt with it. I was not happy at all with this

This facility needs a major renovation. It's old, smells bad, needed to call twice to get the garbage disposal fixed and an iron replaced. Wi-Fi is slow. The staff mirrors the condition. They are not friendly, and become antagonistic if you just ask why such and such charge is there. I am a gold member, have been at Sonesta hotels, and this crew is exceptionally out of norm compared to others, on the wrong side.

I did not like how there is a musty smell that you cannot get rid of. I believe they had bedbugs because of my girlfriend had bite marks around her legs after staying there. I had to go to the store and get my own cleaning supplies to make it better for her

Check in was probably the worse check in experience we had ever. The room was almost nothing like the photos. We just couldn’t afford to drop this reservation and find anything same day. Or we definitely would have. Honestly wish we could get refunded or a complete do over of over anniversary stay

Unfriendly staff. Very rude and they seem bothered when asking questions. No room service. Really appreciate of what house keepers do for guest. This place,no. Everything seems to bother staff. Guess it come down from management. She was the WORST...Ordered food from the QR code they have in the room and paid $40 for two tacos. Go figure? Also the tacos were not what I ordered. I suggetaking this place off the list.
