Very nice hotel for a great price. The rooms were clean and nice. We enjoyed the indoor pool and a hot breakfast. I will definitely stay there again

My stay was comfortable. We were only in town for one night. I checked in online and our room was ready upon arrival. We upgraded our room for $10 more to business class layout, which totally worth for our the extra space. We checked out online which was super convenient.

The shower made an annoying banging noise when we turned it on. It was terrible to set the temperature on the shower, it was either it extremely hot or cold. Also we had trouble with the key card. We had to get another key card, as the first didn't work. The second key card was not much better. We had trouble getting in to our room but continued jiggling the card until it worked.

My reservation was lost at check in. The hotel had no record of me even though I had the email and text.e ven though the desk guy was nice, It was super frustrating to tell him ALL my registration again and book from a scratch like i hadn't already while standing exhausted at night holding luggage.

Our across the hall neighbor's dog barked & howled for over an hour. I called the front desk a couple times. My wife had a horrible night being bit by something in the bed; (we think it was bedbugs.) Early the next morning a different dog started barking. When we asked to be moved, they did give us a different room.

We were put into room 108 directly by some type of generators. These generators or ?? would go off every 30 minutes. ALL NIGHT LONG. No sleep on Friday night. I requested to be moved and request was around 4pm Saturday. We were moved to room 408 and the noise was still loud. NO SLEEP SATURDAY NIGHT. WOW, checked out Sunday morning. I will be soooo glad to just get a good night sleep. I don't not recommend this hotel if you are on medication like I am and need more than 3 hours sleep. I won't be back

The staff were super friendly and helpful to the best of their ability. Our floor smelled of marijuana for our entire visit (3 days). Our shower curtain did not hang correctly because it was broken and needing replacement which I would think would be done the moment it was noticed by cleaning staff before we had even arrived. The elevator and main floor common areas were not kept clean and the Coffee was old and cold.

I was not satisfied with this hotel and it will not ever be a choice of mine. Our room smelled like mold. One of the beds made a popping noise. The shower could’ve been cleaned better. Had it not been late when we checked in and my card was charged, I would have went to a different hotel.

It was pretty good except we had to ask for pool towels at the desk. There were none at the pool. Also the side door going to parking lot would not lock. Anyone could have walked in and we were on the bottom floor with small kids.

Manager was awesome, friendly and nice. Had to change rooms first night due to room being musty due to damp carpets because of humidity outside and the fan running when we arrived, instead of the air conditioner and the carpets were damp. Also, although we booked the king suite for two people we got one set of towels, had to request a second set, which was always cheerfully delivered by the manager. The manager definitely made my stay pleasant.

Sheets had not been changed and had to be moved to another room and the rooms had a bad odor. Furniture especially the chair was torn all over. Won’t be staying again. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. I’m not one to complain but that was too much.
