I'm a tiny bit suprised this had as good of reviews as it did. Although it was not horrible i would not call it excellent. We only stayed for one and were literally only there to sleep so i didn't fuss, but there was just a few things that knock my rating down. Now first of all i will say my room itself was clean however the property as a whole was pretty run down and the hall smelt like cigarette smoke. The breakfast was less then desireable, but we were their towards the end so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. The staff was super friendly so that was nice. Oh and it was super nosey right by the interstate so i didnt sleep well. Again not horrible but not excellent either.

Not-so-good!!! The room had a funny smell and a smoke smell. All floor works looked cheesy. Breakfast was ok.

THE STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY FRIENDLY. OUR TV IN THE ROOM DID NOT WORK. THE BREAKFAST WAS ADEQUATE. HOWEVER, WE WERE DOUBLE CHARGED FOR THE ROOM. I AM WAITING FOR THE CHARGE TO DROP OFF MY BANK ACCOUNT WHICH PUT US IN A BIND FINANCIALLY.

Hotel and service was very good. Was there for LSU game. The only complaint I have is that the television in the dining area didn’t work. It would have been nice to watch ESPN while having breakfast. Hopefully they will get it fixed soon.

Floor felt like a movie theater, dirty and sticky,bathroom had brown stains on the door-jam, a lamp didn’t work, extra door lock was loose and corroded, lots of corroded fixtures extra. Didn’t want to stay the night, much less sleep in the beds but it was late and had no choice. Picked the hotel because the Quality Inn’s from our town are fairly clean and are a nice budget options. This was not up to standard at all. Skipped the free breakfast because was concerned about cleanliness.

Decided to book since it had the best reviews out of the other ones i was looking at. I will mot stay there again. The beds looked clean but hubby was itchy all night, my pillow was hard as a rock, walls were dirty, carpet was dirty with something that was spilled, restroom floor looked like it hadnt been swept. Its located right mext to the expressway so you can hear EVERYTHING like if the window was open. Price we paid was only for 2 adults they wanted us to pay $20 extra per child which we refused to. The only good thing was the breakfast.

the whole room needed repainting along with repairs to the walls and bathroom.......the hotel was completly diferent from the viewed pictures on the website..........also in a terrible area where parking was a joke!!

Mostly everything except the area near the pool. My wife slipped on wet floor. There was lots of water on the floor. Need more mats, one mat is not enough. The sign was facing the wrong way or it was moved before she slipped.

It wasn’t such a good stay. My room reeked of smoke smell and the tv didn’t work. After asking about those issues I was told that I was there for more than 30 minutes so I would have to deal with it because they were full. The desk clerk said there was a policy about reporting an issue within 30 minutes. I said I’ve never been aware of any policy anywhere and he quickly said oh it’s only on Fridays and Saturdays. Well he came in with an air freshener and that only covered the smell for about 10 minutes. But at least the tv got fixed.

We usually stay another hotel but decided on this one and it was the best choice! Rooms was really non smoking! Upon entering the lobby it smelled clean and the rooms were clean too! Very impressed! The parking is a little small but there was spaces.
