Hotel was clean and room was exactly as described when booking. There was a kettle in the room and tea, coffee and water available at no extra cost. It was next to busy road but I couldn’t hear the traffic at all. Bathroom was clean and towels were provided. Staff was friendly. It was a one night solo stay, but I’ll definitely book it again when in Krakow.

Very clean modern hotel. Staff were consistently excellent and the on site facilities like the bar and restaurant were very convenient. Only small negatives is that the bed was a little uncomfortable and there was some noise from the busy surrounding streets at night so light sleepers might struggle with rooms on the lower floors.

The hotel is conveniently located near a lot of attractions. Its clean and the staff is very helpful. However, if you don't reserve a parking space in advance, there's a very little chance of getting one upon arrival.

The check in was so easy and the room was perfect. Couldn't wait to come back after a day of sight seeing to enjoy a shower and the super comfortable bed. The balcony was lovely and you are just steps away from the famous walled city!

The hotel was perfectly located near to the main square which was 5 minute stroll away. We stayed for a week on a room only basis. We tried the breakfast one of the mornings but it wasn't to our taste. We had a front facing room, which had a balcony, which was fantastic. On the downside the windows should have been triple glazed, because we were on one of the main tram lines which ran quite regularly into the middle of the night. Another point to mention is that none of the rooms had air conditioning, so I would imagine in the height of summer they would become unbearable hot at night. On the plus side, the staff were extremely friendly and the cleaning staff were excellent. We had fresh towels every day and the hotel was spotless

The staff is not overly friendly. Some are just dismissive and unhelpful. The bartenders are almost non responsive. The location is wonderful. The shop in the hotel is very nice and the lady who operates it is very nice! Breakfast is very good. The room was just a room but that’s all we wanted and expected. For the price it was acceptable but the staff needs improvements

So pleased we chose this hotel. It’s within easy walking distance from the main station and old town main square. There is a convenient supermarket directly underneath. It’s not much to look at from outside but stylish inside. Probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was plenty big enough for three of us, with lots of clothes storage and plenty of towels which were refreshed daily. I asked for a kettle in our room which was provided with sachets of tea and coffee but no milk. We just purchased milk and left it on the balcony outside as it’s February and cold enough to keep it chilled. We requested a room facing the road, which didn’t really have much of a view apart from the buildings opposite and quite a busy road and even though it could be noisy we were so worn out each evening the noise didn’t bother us. However large groups of school children do seem to stay here and they did keep us awake one night so maybe next time we would request a room as far away from them as possible! We had three single beds which were perfectly comfortable but we are all of small build so not sure how good they would be for larger frames. We had to leave our room at 11am but as our flight was not until the evening we left our luggage in a locked storage room at the hotel. An excellent base for the train station, sight seeing on foot and Uber taxis. Would definitely stay here again.

I was fully dissapointed by the size of our room no. 232. I have never seen so small room in the ***Hotel. The measure od this room was aproximatelly 2.5x4.5m, IT was not 16 od 18m2 how given on your web site!!!!And the smallest bath room!!! Excuse me, will never come back to hotel Wyspiański. Why give you wrong size of rooms on your web site. I wont recommend your hotel!!!

We upgraded to premium what they call but should have been standard hotel room (safe, AC, fridge ) cleaning is fine but some are not even wiped out. Box of tissue should B standard in room. Will not go back to this hotel

This hotel is situated about a 5 min walk to the old town, very convenient. As a solo traveller, the room was more than adequate for my needs. It was clean and well looked after. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The only thing that i feel that they could improve on is having tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but that is a personal choice. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

An excellent location for visiting old town Krakow with everything within easy walking distance. We could hear the trumpeter from our balcony and see many church spires. All rather lovely. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Hotel Wyspiański offers good value for a Krakow city break. Rooms are clean and spacious. Located very close to the main square the hotel is an ideal base, with shops, bars and transport links all nearby. Approx 15 min walk to the main rail station, where you can take the train to/from the airport for around 4 PLN. Or an Uber direct to airport will be around 50 PLN.
