We were in a newly remodeled unit and it was done very well. It was a bit confusing finding the unit at night, but during the day it made more sense. It was comfortable and only had a little noise from the outside. Fantastic view off the balcony! We were there on vacation and would definitely choose this hotel again.

The first thing that hit us at about 8 PM when we got there was the attitude of the receptionist who checked us in. It was a young woman with a "cold as ice, matter of fact" attitude. No smiles, and no welcoming words. She was on the phone and actually seemed bothered by the fact that new visitors had arrived. we were tired and she was explaining the policy and the address to the suites quite fast. She rudely explained the resort fee when I ask about the charge. I am an engineering manager myself and I would not have her as an employee. She is in service industry, and in my opinion, it takes a whole different kind of personality and behavior to work in this sector, particularly when you deal with general public, and in a place that bears the good name of Hilton, which is synonymous with excellence. I like to add that I usually am an easy-going person and do not like to express negative views, but both my wife and I were quite upset by the lady's behavior and I was embarrassed at the way she talked to me in front of my wife. Aside from that, the suite was excellent. The porch light (by front door) was out and when we called about it, it was immediately fixed. The suite was clean and cute. Everything else was excellent.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. We enjoyed having our own kitchenette and private balcony (no view). When we walked the grounds we found the complex was surprisingly limited in locations to sit out and enjoy the gorgeous Sedona views. The pools and hot tubs are convenient to some units but can be a bit of a walk from other units.

They were an hour late with our check in so things were not off to a good start. The people were very friendly, we just had a limited time in the Sedona area so wanted into our room. The room was very clean and suited our needs. The property is within walking distance to really good restaurants and a great grocery store, though when it gets dark, it is DARK! It's not ideal to be out on foot after dark as there are no streetlights and you can't see where you're walking. I'd stay here again.

Our room was the perfect location for a meeting in town. The room was simple and adequate with a nice little kitchen and a good shower. The swimming pool was quiet and relaxed. We didn’t need a more posh room because there is so much to do in and around Sedona. We didn’t stay in the room much!

There was absolutely nothing to complain about. Our room was spotless, very roomy, nice balcony. The staff was friendly and efficient. Restaurants nearby, which was nice not to have to drive into downtown for dinner.

Property needs to be renovated. Rooms smelled of mold & were very dated. Front desk staff that checked us in, needs more training. She was very rude & short with us. We had questions & she told us to ask someone else. Property really needs an update. All areas of guest room need to be updated.

Absolutely loved the property and surrounding community. Such a safe place to stay. We had the one bedroom king suite that had a full size living room, kitchen, bathroom was huge with separate shower and large garden tub. Perhaps one of my favorites was the washer and dryer in the condo. We overlooked the beautiful golf course. Highly recommend. Staff was professional and great to work with. They set you up with a texting service so it was easy to request things if we needed them. Iron, ironing board, blow dryer and pool towels were also provided as well as a kitchen with coffee, and all cooking supplies needed to make your own meals. 5 stars.

We came in late and was greeted by very personable staff and they we're super helpful and friendly even late into the night.
