Overall a good experience. The hotel is very difficult to navigate. No breakfast as an option. Water for the showers did not get hot/even very warm

We booked this hotel because it was near a Concert. Extrat $50 "Resort Fee" added at check in. To use the pool maybe?

Property was very dilapidated. The hallways smelled quite badly and the carpet was old and dingy. The room had a control panel and light hanging off wall. Everything felt grimy and old. The parking lot was also under construction leaving minimal parking

This property requires a lot of walking due to its layout. Locating dining, pools and just getting outside can be confusing. That being said, everything is right there so once you get your compass right. The added perk of a shuttle that can be scheduled to take you into downtown area, shopping center, Olympic Park, etc. allows you to explore the area without the burden of constantly taking your car out of the garage. Really enjoyed our getaway here.

Overall nice area to stay. The bed was very uncomfortable, two big divots in the bed where people sleep. Other than that, it was pleasant.

Noisy and. Small rooms. Could hear guests going past and above . When we pulled out couch to make a bed it was impossible to enter the room . The hotel is enormous . Very hard to navigate with a dog . Limited dining in area . Went to a concert and all Bars and restaurants closed at 10

Although the hotel was very nice. It's wasn't convenient. The self-parking and lugging our bags all over to the different lodges was annoying. Just a terrible maze. I'm sad there isn't room service. Also, the resto should make real breakfast.

I would never stay here again or tell anyone to stay here! The bed was rock hard the air banged on every5 minutes and woke both me and my husband up the tv’s are tiny and weirdly low on the wall they would have been uncomfortable to watch if that was available but there was no cable service while we were there. The whole stay as a mess!!! Definitely not worth even close to what we paid!!

The room was really cramped. You could barely walk around the bed in the bedroom and it blocked the front door if you opened the pullout bed. Nowhere to put suitcases- very claustrophobic.

Great stay for a weekend with the family. The activities they put together were perfect for our toddler. The pool was nice and the arcade was a good idea but most of the machines didn’t work. Our room was nice but definitely a tight squeeze. A lot of the hotel felt like it needed a good cleaning. Overall our stay was fine.

By far one of my best vacation with Westgate. My only complaint was that the comforter smelled really bad as if it's not washed in between guest.

Could not get internet and was given an internet help desk phone number by the front desk. The # was for a foreign help desk that asked so many personal questions I finally had to hang up. So, the entire trip, I had no internet on my laptop. It took me a day to figure out how to get out of the building and I only found the lobby while checking out. That said, the location is perfect, and they had a really nice gym and spa. The staff was also very friendly and check in and out was easy.

Really outdated. Hair in the bathtub, tv didn’t work, heater didn’t work for the first night and the room was a frosty 58 degrees. Didn’t get fixed until 5pm the next day. Won’t be staying here again.

I found the room for what I payed way overpriced. My room looked like it hasn’t been upgraded in 20 years. There is no in room dining. There is no help to you room. For the price I found your hotel very old.

We came to Westgate Resort and Spa to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. Our stay in the Villa has been exceptional! Helpful, courteous and professional staff. Facials at the Spa were amazing. Rose was my esthetician. I give her a 10 out of 10. Spa is tranquil and serene, staff is so kind and courteous! We had dinner at The Edge steakhouse which is connected to the Resort. James was our waiter and his staff was incredible! Beautiful ambiance, attentive staff and incredible food. The Chef is top notch! Such a creative menu of dishes that perfectly complemented each other! We will definitely be back. 💕👍😊

This was the WORST "hotel" I've EVER stayed in and I've travelled the world for the past 40 years! It's a maze to find the room walking through hallways & taking multiple elevators to reach the room. The room was not ready & the dishwasher was halfway into the room with trash everywhere. I say "hotel" because they don't service your room - no cleaning - no making the bed - no picking up the trash - nothing! Staff are moving trash & disgusting yellow liquid in large roller bins in the limited space of a regular elevator. One team member told me he was transporting 340 boxes -- like I care! It was a pathetic excuse for a hotel ... it felt like a 3rd world country.

Nothing in our room worked... the toilet wouldn't flush, the air conditioner was broken. We asked to switch rooms but they were completely booked. We had to use the public restrooms in the lobby... not great.

The room was dated and the king sized bed was more like a full. The staff at the front desk were very rude checking and did not acknowledge me for some time when checking in. I also called the front desk several times with no answer. Hours for the market were listed as 8 am to 6 pm. When I called the market extension there was no answer, however there was a recording stating it was open until 8 pm. The market was closed when we tried to go both times at 2 pm and 5 pm. The only reason I would consider going back is the Edge steakhouse, the food along with the staff at the steakhouse are exceptional

We were moved from the room we booked in the app. When we complained to management, they said they don’t even offer that room, but the pictures were in the app. Not sure if this is the fault of the hotel or of the Hotels.com app. So features we expected from the room were not there. Disappointing. The room we were switched to has a ground level view of the parking garage entrance. Also disappointing as that was another selling point on booking the hotel and room we did was for the Mountain View’s of park city. There were also some amenities that were not working when we went to use them. Overall kind of a bummer stay.

Amazing stay! Loved having access to sauna/steam room amd pools. Incredible views and insite amenities. Concert in backyard and endless outdoor activities! The complimentary on demad shuttle was awesome!
