Very clean and professional services

Not simple to get and a little out of the way

The check-in person took too long and was unfriendly. The room was uncomfortable. On the second of the two nights I was there, the reception gave somebody else a key to my room. I had double-locked my door from the inside, so, the party could not enter. It took nearly an hour for the facility to straighten the problem back. Also, unnecessary charges were made to my bill and had to be removed.

Property was clean, quiet and felt safe. I would upgrade the towels though 😉

Room was very clean with some updates. Everything worked. Bed was ok. Only thing less than 4 stars is that it sits on a busy road. Even so the room was surprisingly quiet for the amount of traffic.

The check in was not friendly. The woman at the front desk could’ve cared less about anything except having me sign the paperwork she had. She was not a friendly woman, and it was hard to understand her English. I asked if I could have a room on the lower level because I have a hard time climbing stairs and she said she didn’t know what room I had been given. Luckily it was on the lower level. I’m thinking if it wasn’t, she wouldn’t have accommodated me in anyway. She did not tell me anything about the Continental breakfast in the morning. I saw the coffee pot there so thought there would be breakfast or something I can have in the morning. It consisted of Twinkies, oatmeal, packets, packaged little muffins, and yogurt along with the coffee. Otherwise, I really enjoyed the room and was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, the refrigerator had a separate freezer, the whole room seemed like it had just been redone. I will look at Days as an option going forward.

The lady didn’t bring our towels that morning that we requested also, when asked for extra blankets she asked why but there were blankets in the room. It noted on my reservation to ask the front desk if I needed a toothbrush and toothpaste the look on her face uhm we don't have that!

The location was good and we didn’t have any problems.

The woman at check in was ill tempered and unhelpful

Rooms are good but to much noise with the another’s rooms you want a quiet place for staying but you are a noisy person these is fine

Excellent stay

The outside doesn’t look like much, but I was shocked at how nice the rooms were. Very clean and updated. Microwave and large fridge, seemingly nice shampoo, body wash, etc for guests. I don’t need anything fancy but I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms.

Had a Hotels.com giftcard that we used toward the Days Inn hotel in Newport, OR. We needed to get out of town so badly and this helped a lot. Check in time was late, at 4pm, but the process was super quick and easy. Our room was very clean and well taken care of. The outlets were all in great condition as well as the bathroom. The TV reception was not great and it seemed every other channel had some error message, but that wasn't too bad. Our room also had 2 pillows on each side of the bed which was great. The only big downside was that we felt rushed to checkout the next morning. Checkout was 11am but the cleaning ladies/ maids were knocking on doors at 9:30am. We were out by 10:30am.

Upon entering the room, it looked as if it was well-prepared. When we entered the bathroom, we noticed that there was not enough towels but we had brought our own. The conditioner and soap dispensers were empty and we went to the office to request service, but there was no one in there. We went to the store and purchased our own conditioner and soap. The next day, we woke up to no water service whatsoever. When we called the front desk, we were told that we should have been notified about a delay in service but it would be about 15-20 minutes before we might have water. At approximately 1215am (after midnight) the power went out. We went down to the front desk but no one was in there. We Googled the power grid for the area and found out that the power was out all the way down to Coos Bay. Next door at the Chinese restaurant, several teenagers started lighting off fireworks right next to the fence that surrounded the hotel. Several other guests confronted the teenagers to stop what they were doing as it was unsafe, especially during a power outage, but the teenagers and possible adults that were present just mocked and cussed at the hotel guests. Power was out for almost four hours. On day three, we expected housekeeping to change and provide fresh towels along with other linens, fill the bathroom dispensers, and do general cleaning. When we came back to our room, the towels had been changed and the bed made, but nothing else! When we finally checked out, the office was empty!

Good value, very clean, very quiet.

Very nice clean room. Very friendly staff. Convenient walk to the historic downtown. Had a small continental breakfast juice coffee fruit muffins. Would definitely stay here again.

Limited parking spaces. Close to town no elevator.

Overall this is a great hotel in a very nice area. Lots of food options and beach access everywhere. The main issue my family had with the property were the parking area/spaces are very tight so if you have a full size vehicle there is very little wiggle room when parking. Lastly, make sure you pack an air mattress or sleeping bag if you have more than 4 people because there were no sleeping accommodations for more than 4 people in the suite we booked even though the room would allow you to book for 5 or 6 people. Small issues, but still a great overall stay.

We got a room that was nice and spacious! He updated us to a King size bed, and we had a unique room, which was a cool experience for our family. Overall happy with our stay!

It was ok. Room was clean but the rest of the facility felt dirty. Waited 20 minutes at the front counter to check out as there was no one on duty.

This place was wonderful. Booked last minute got a very reasonable rate. Check in was easy room was beautiful and looks recently renovated. Bed was comfortable and the room was super clean.
