While the amenities are decent, the rooms are tiny for 2 bed. Bathroom and restroom is cramped smaller than a closet.
While most of the staff is friendly, I had a poor customer service experience of directly charging late check out fee for just 15-20 min delay without being told upfront.
During my visit, I also overheard an argument at front desk about another guest denied an accessible room in spite of availability and being charged for both existing and replacement bookings. Based on these experiences, the staff needs to revisit on how to treat customers. Front desk is not reachable via phone and room service cannot understand English
I would not visit here again solely due to such unaccommodating guest policies

We were disappointed when we got there that we were on the second floor. Both my niece and I have bad knees. What I went to the desk, they were wonderful and changed our room to a ground floor. I would stay in again if I'm in that part of the country. Would highly recommend.

We stopped here overnight on our way to Salt Lake City. It is a little out of the way as it is a ski resort. However, great room, and the Grand Teton mountains in the distance made it worth the drive.

Our room was not very clean, very outdated, not very roomy. Shower was old and tiny, beds were just okay. probably wouldn't stay here again. Went to dinner in the main restaurant and there was a dead fly on the table when we sat down. Food wasn't bad.

This walls and boardwalk makes a lot of noise

Very nice restaurant with friendly staff.

The property was pretty cheap compared to other places in the area. I don't think we're resort people, otherwise, we heard from some of the locals how unique it is to be able to see the Tetons from the West side, and the ski lift was recommended, so i guys that was a plus. Did not check out the food. The toilet was uncomfortable in the room, and the building seemed clean, but old. You can hear everything that happens from outside the rooms. The parking lot, the stairs. Lots of drunk people taking up the hot tub and being loud, which is fine, but we didn't get to enjoy the relaxation we anticipated.

Clean room, good lighting, and comfortable beds. Nice amenities...good in-room coffee, fridge, microwave and TV (but who wants to watch TV while located in such a beautiful setting). Secure building - requires key to enter. Friendly staff.

This property was just ok for a park lodge. The rooms and bathroom are very small. This is no tv, cell phone reception or wifi. The lake restaurant was not good at all, very limited food. It was ok for a one night stay but would not stay any longer .

Nice place to stay.

Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. I got lost on my way to one of the onsite restaurants and it was unfortunately closed when I arrived. The staff helped me find the other open restaurant though and made sure I was taken care of.

We loved the area, it was beautiful. It sucked not having AC in the room, and the beds were pretty uncomfortable. But over all it was fantastic.

The top of the mountain was beautiful for a walk and a sunset view. If you are on the bottom floor u can hear everything and everyone above you

Dusty rooms. Haven’t been swept in a bit either

The property is set up to cater for skiers and I am sure is very good at this. Not so much for overnight stays. Property was clean with comfortable bed. Did not have an elevator or air conditioning. Some maintenance was neeeded.

We liked our stay here. Quiet, clean and well maintained. Google direction to the place was not accurate, but there were road signs so it was no big deal for us.

Beautiful property with humble accommodations right at the base of the resort. Great value for the convenience and location.

The resort is beautiful and excellent location. I love the fact that our room has wood floors. The views are incredible and the eating areas and shopping are cute and center

Had a great time. Awesome place at the right price. Used as a home base for visiting Yellowstone and Teton parks. A little far to drive but saved lots on each night. Was put on 4th floor which was a pain, but great view of mountain. Had to ask for more coffee each day so room service could have been better. Overall we’d stay there again.

Very poor cleanliness in the room. Could not sleep due to the floors squeaking with every step taken from rooms above

Perfect place to stay right on the property for the bike camp I attended. Gorgeous property and comfortable room! Would highly recommend.

The pictures showed a microwave and the room didn’t have it, the rest was excellent.

Resort has squeaky floor and making noise while walking on second floor.
There is no elevator to second floor which made inconvenient taking all heavy luggage's upstairs.
Staff did not clean up rooms. Rooms and Bathrooms are old and carpet has weird smell.
No microwave. No AC. Only gave one small table fan.
Rooms are small and congested.
Resort is at mountain which is around 20 mins to get to Driggs for breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
We booked our visit during Summer looking at previous reviews but they were misleading. Did not have a relaxing vacation.
Would not visit again.

The employees were NOT friendly at all. Micah was who was checking us in, he didn’t even get the clue when we had mentioned that I’d be nice to have a friendly face to the place where we are staying. Gives a sense of security to feel welcome. Made us to feel like we were the idiots when we’ve never stayed here, how would we know where our room is and how things work.
The other thing that could use help is having more staff assisting with check in, especially when you have an event the following day so there was more people than usual (I assume) There was only Micah assisting with the check-in process. Maybe that is why he wasn’t friendly.

The resort was tranquil, rustic, and beautiful. It’s right at the foot of the ski hill with access to restaurants and shops. The room was clean and well stocked with essential supplies. The parking was free and plenty in this season. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was a bit outdated but again, it was very clean and things functioned perfectly.

Not close to Jackson like advertised. Over an hour away. No air conditioning. Old rooms. Dirty tub full of hair. Would not stay there again. Disappointed with this pick of hotels.
