Room was on third floor and the elevator was broken. Was told by what i assume was the night supervisor.. "dont worry the stairs are not that steep". Requested a non smoking room and entire floor smelled like weed as soon as you enter. Grout in shower was moldy and the only option for temperature in the room was the room fan air

When I first checked in and went to my room, there were 2 people changing the sheets that did not look like housekeeping staff and they tried to have me wait in the hall, but i went to get a different room instead, as i didnt have time to wait. The elevator and upper floor smelled like weed and the lobby smelled like cigarettes. There were multiple dirty things in the room and the cleaner in the bathroom smelled disgusting and made the floor feel slimy. The bed was uncomfortable and i could feel the springs and hear them when I moved around in the bed. There was not a bettery in the smoke detector and I could hear another smoke detector beeping.

Clean, comfortable hotel and rooms with breakfast included. The hotel and room themselves was great. We had booked another hotel but were given a room with no working toilet and leaking sinks, so many other issues and no other available rooms so we ended up finding a late last minute booking here and we really enjoyed our stay. Most of the staff were awesome super friendly and accommodating! Some were not so- (the overnight front desk lady and a couple of the morning housekeeping staff) were unprofessional and very rude but that didn't take away from our stay. Maybe they were just having a bad day. We enjoyed our room anyway and slept like a baby! We snagged some complimentary breakfast on our way out- which was delicious and had many options and variety of foods to choose from. Overall, great stay.

Very Rude Staff Member Madison. I simply asked her for a print out of my deposit. And she could not attend. she was being so rude. I told her I often stay here. And have had print outs of receipts but she refused to assist.

They refused to let us check in without paying a what they first said was a $50 deposit which we weren’t able to come up with the money until the next day so I booked us another room only for them to say that the deposit has to be $100 so I paid for 2 days and they didn’t let us check in on any of those days. HORRIBKE CUSTOMER SERVICE , THE GM IS RUDE AND WAS DISCRIMINATING AGAINST US

The room had a horrendous odor and the front desk person (Japjit) was very rude, not helpful at all and a liar. To make it easier I just requested they change my room which she said they can do…. Then she changed up and said she sprayed our room and there are no other rooms available. I called the hotel from another phone 10 mins later and found that there were indeed available rooms

I was shopping price for a 2-day solo stay. 3-story hotel, so of course the elevator was the natural choice for coming & going from second floor room. Wait was never awful...but of course a ground floor room would be more convenient. Free breakfast was disappointing as compared to the variety of offerings I've found at others . . . .but it was free. TV was probably satellite, and in this windy location was prone to blackout.

I got a call to bring towels up to my wife in the room who did not have any after being at the pool I walked back to the lobby to get the towels to bring to her in my shorts from the swimming pool. As I got back to my room I got a call to wear a shirt next time. I apologized told them it’s not like I walk around with a shirt off or had done this before there but I was at the pool. It sounded like she didn’t want to even make the phone call. I told her it was a bit rude and my apologies she said it was management that made a big deal about it. I would have signs out then to wear a shirt after being at the pool everywhere if they were to be so easily offended.

They told me. I was gonna get my deposit back and they never gave it back to me and also, they charged me $33 for 2 tiles and said it was damage and they was not damage on them.

The lights didn’t work in the room there wasn’t adequate towels available in room. Breakfast was terrible staff was not readily available for food. I had assumed this property did upgrades however I’ve learned that they haven’t. Will not stay here again. Next door guest were loud until 5am!!! And they only have one ice machine which is on the first floor!

Great staff. My first choice room I paid for was not available. They did try to reach me about 45 minutes to check in to try to advise me. They found me another room so I wasn’t too upset. The jacuzzi suite for myself is always an extra treat. I reported the light fixture in the main sleeping area was flickering but I was only staying one night and there were plenty of other lighting options available so also not a deal breaker.

When u arrived at the property my bed linens were dirty. I helped change the sheets. I received no discount for this. The hallway carpeting was filthy. Prior to checking in the property called me to find out what time i would be coming. This was about 3 pm. I explained that i was at the hospital with my father who was dying. I assured them that I was coming. At 8:30 they called me again to find out when I was coming. Seemed very insensitive when I had already explained what was happening and assured them that I was coming. No plates for first breakfast, overall not a great experience.

Had a problem with checking into two rooms . First room the keys wouldn't work tired three different sets. Second room smells like weed and cigarettes. The lady at the front desk was trying her best to help me she gave me some air freshener to try and clear the smell and let the room air out with the windows open. But it was to strong of a smell and the bad part about it the room supposed to be no smoking room. But that didn't help the smell so they hard no other room to give me but the one with the keys not working and if I still have that problem in the morning they would try to give me another room. But the lady was so nice to walk up the room to make sure the keys work I didn't get her name but she works nights and she try her best but I get it she can only do so much on her part. But other then you got people smoking in the hallway stairs doors and kids running up and down the hallways. Breakfast bar was poor that all I can say about it juice machine wasn't working either of the days I was there.
