Classy joint!
6.0
For a 4 star property, the hotel fell short of expectations relative to other properties we have stayed at. The room we were given had a cracked sink with a hole and shampoo soap pump did not work. At night around 3 or 4 am, a garbage truck would come and make noises outside.
Bed was comfortable. The gym was decent and indoor/outdoor pool area was great. But definitely not worth the ~$750 per night including taxes!
The restaurant was overpriced for the quality of breakfast food. $9 lattes? Haha. Avocado toast and chilaquiles were mediocre at best. We went elsewhere for our meals after that experience.

We enjoyed our stay at Teton Mountain Lodge. The convenience of being located at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort helped make the most of our ski days! There is great shopping at the equipment shop at the base of the mountain as well. Working with Austin, our concierge, made it all so effortless. He was fantastic and full of information; he booked our lift tickets and a snowmobiling excursion with Back Country. The hotel is also a short drive into downtown Jackson where we spent our evenings dining and shopping at the local boutiques. We had our 7 yr. old granddaughter in tow so we also incorporated a horse drawn wagon tour of the Elk Refuge and a day at Snow King, riding the Cowboy Coaster, tubing and skiing...the Elk Refuge and Snow King were also a very short drive from the hotel. Also, dining/drinks in the bar at Spur, located on the ground floor of the hotel, was very casual, cozy and convenient. Don’t forget swimsuits for the pool/hot tub!

This is a really nice lodge/hotel, newly remodeled, with great amenities. Staying right in the Village makes for an easy walk out the back door right to the common area and more restaraunts. We would love to go back again. Sitting in the outdoor hot tub, surrounded by mountains was wonderful

The view!

Nice hotel but waaaaaaay overpriced for what it is. $1200 room was on par with a run of the mill Garden Hilton. It is on a ski property with several hotels 12 miles outside of Jackson but it was the end of a summer vacation so that really didn’t matter so much. Had we known we just would’ve stayed in Jackson. Again nice property but definitely not worth the expense.

Great hotel location, walking distance from the lifts and runs, good cozy lobby and great restaurant and bar downstairs. Our family room with a double queen bed I found to be just decent with no balcony (I requested but is not available on the double bed rooms), beds are not firm and the carpet, curtains, bathroom and small closet makes the room need a good overhaul, specially for the high price we paid (around $700/night). My two cents

The staff were very friendly. Andrew is the best bartender in town.

Great location relative to the mountain and activities. Outstanding staff.
Awful management. Each afternoon the hotel lobby is supposed to have hot chocolate and cider as well as water. They were out of hot chocolate by day 2 or 3 of our week vacation and it was only replenished one afternoon for about 20 minutes. Each evening they have different fun food as well such as shortcake or s'mores. But they also routinely ran out of supplies.
All of this is easily fixable. The hot chocolate packets are your standard fare hot chocolate packets that any grocery store has in supply. Same thing with the other missing supplies. While they order from Sysco and those deliveries are not daily, management should have better anticipated as they knew the volume of rooms booked. It felt very nickel and dimed. Another example was for water. The room is supplied with 2 water bottles upon arrival. I didn't know there was a cost for more water bottles so I asked the front desk for more. They said there was a fee for the additional bottles. But they neglected to tell us about the water in the gym, or the filling station that existed by the pool. Everything to push a sale. It felt like a ripoff, which is too bad because the staff, especially Evan, were outstanding.

We loved the location of the property. We spent a total of 4 nights (2 at the beginning and 2 at the end of our trip with 3 nights in Yellowstone). The hot tub on the roof was so relaxing especially at the end of a busy day. We rode the e bikes around the property and ate breakfast and dinner in the Spur restaurant. We visited during a quiet time of the year and our room was upgraded!!

The property is beautiful, with a lot to do in the Village. The rooms are cozy and lobby is a great place to relax and have coffee in the morning. The staff was the best part of our experience though. Every person we encountered was thoughtful, kind and delivered genuine hospitality. We will definitely be back as a result of their staff. They truly make you feel cared for!

First time in Jackson. Family vacation. Overall excellent experience. Proximity of the lodge to the lifts and the restaurants/shops was perfect. Hotel staff from check in to check out was on point. Really no complaints at all. Even met some of the local wildlife.

This is a great hotel for comfort and coziness. Very clean, Convenient amenities, and great views. Right next door to ski facilities if you are into skiing.
It is outside of Jackson Hole but reasonable drive. 10 minutes.

Was good but everything was closed down for the off season- interesting that the rates weren’t lower with few things to do in the area. Also women’s bathroom near the spa smelled like death for two days straight during the stay. My wife complained.. They need to be more attentive to things like that. Room was comfortable though and clean.

We stayed at the lodge during the off-season. I am sure that it is a different vibe when it’s winter and skiers are staying. We enjoyed the room and the view and the bed was amazingly comfortable. We also appreciated that they were providing housekeeping services daily without having to beg. The location is about 15 minutes to downtown Jackson and 20 to Grand Teton National Park.

Our stay at the Lodge was fantastic! We had no idea everything closed down Oct 3, but that did not matter.
I asked the hotel staff to set us up on a day trip to Yellowstone. She did that right away and we had a awesome time. Thank you to the wonderful staff and the awesome food at their restaurant "The Spur" . We had a most memorable time. We will recommend this hotel to our family & friends. We look forward to staying here during the winter season.

The people here are very friendly. This is a wonderful hotel. Near the Tetons. Food is good. Free wifi. Gym facilities. Lots to do. Nightly dessert in the lobby. I would stay again.

This is a great hotel. The architecture is rustic and beautiful. The restaurant has good food and an accommodating staff. Easy parking, great mountain views and close to the area activities. Definitely stay here.

I was given a room right next to the hotel entrance. It was noisy. There was no privacy. Cars and people passing by my window constantly. My dog was anxious. I asked for a room switch, unfortunately they didn’t have any room available. Overall a stressful stay.

if you want to feel the hypocritical, not friendly attitude of the manager at the reception, then this hotel is for you
