It was what I expected for 100 bucks is actually better shape than what I was expecting. It was way better than the vacation land in Brewer was about the same money.

Highway traffic noice like it was in next room. Wouldn’t stay here again.
4.0 / 10.0
I had to wait for at least 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check in but otherwise, everything was great.
5.0 / 10.0
An excellent overnight stay. The front dest is open 24 hours a day, so late arrivals are no problem. Slept well, in a nice clean room. Microwave and fridge were in the room.
Staff was excellent. Will stay again

I was charged $195 for a room that was advertised to be $119, I was over charged for my stay. Online price was $119 for pet friendly room. When I checked my CC I was charged $159 and another charge for $46. This was before I checked out!

Check in was reasonably fast. Room was comfortable, bathroom worked as expected. Checkout was simple.

The room we stayed in had nail polish stains on the furniture and dog hair all over the couch and bathroom. It was as if the room was never cleaned before we checked in.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The outdoor area/staircase/deck was not well maintained. The fake grass carpet is riped and stained. There was a old pillow out on the top of the staircase. No curb appeal. The continental breakfast was sufficient. Check in check out was easy.

Lock on the door was broken, loud nosey people, smoking in parking lot making our hotel room smell horrible like weed, very unsafe, lots of loud people yelling and coming and going. Not a good place to stay with a Child, only stayed for a few hours and left to go to a different hotel.

Good, friendly staff and clean but the building can use a bit of attention. Our bed clanked, perhaps a bad box spring?

This hotel is totally outdated but was cheap so it worked

Two night stay went rather well. Room was much better than we anticipated. No problems.

For the cost should definitely be a lot cleaner and updated (particularly bathroom)

Comfortable and great place to stay there

There was leftover takeout food under our bed (clearly wasn’t cleaned between guests). There was a large crack between the floor/wall and the door. There was something brown smeared on the wall (not cleaned either apparently)

A place to lay my head down.

Sara on reception is an absolute dream, so helpful and friendly, she's definitely the gem of the Inn. The room was clean, cool and had everything we needed. They offer a shuttle bus to and from the arena, which was a godsend. I'd definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival, walking into the office, it smelled like urine and one of the workers was walking in her bare feet. The property is in disarray, mold, carpet coming up in hallways, the building smelled terrible. No hair dryer. Only one outlet in the room worked, none by the bed. Shower was disgusting, AC blowing nasty smells into the room, terrible cable. We did not dare eat there because it was gross. We stayed for a concert and were charged 264.00 for 2 people in terrible condition. Will never stay there again.

Smelled like smoke but was fine for one night. Beds were comfy
3.0 / 10.0
Place is very out of date and needs a serious overhaul. No smoking allowed on the property yet there were overflowing ashtrays right outside the door and the room smelled so bad that we had to keep the window open all night.

The outside looked middle to fair. I was pleasantly surprised by the main room
The bathroom did not get the same upgrade as the main rooms had

Quiet and Clean!

Breakfast was better than expectd. But the appearance of the hallways and outdoor rugs was shabby as was the apearance of the bath tub.
2.0 / 10.0
The room was old and dirty. The hotel looked like an old detective-movie, and the parking and the surroundings were frequented by unpleasant and dirty people. Also the receptionist didn’t look so professional.
The breakfast was poor.

This is an old rundown place and the staff is not attentive and are even rude. Also, they will go through your coat if you left it rather than calling and NOT pillaging belongings that are not theirs!!!

Positives:
Staff were pleasant and professional. General property was neat and appeared generally safe. The bed was in new, good condition with good quality sheets and was surprisingly plush and comfortable. Towels were new and good quality. The room was generally clean so i would have to say the cleaning staff are not to blame for a lower end rating. The property was quiet.
Not so positives:
musty odor the minute we came in. sofa i would not sit on. Bath tub was missing most of the finish as if it had been scrubbed with a wire brush for 50 years.
This was a one night stay for a concert. It was evident there are efforts to improve an old property that needs expensive updates. The prices of hotels are crazy in the summer so you get what you pay for. Over all, it served its purpose and could have been worse. Again, the staff were professional in appearance and manner.

Had two wait 2hours for room after traveling 3hours and they wouldn't let me use the bathroom said they have no public bathrooms. The room smelled of cigarettes and picture hang on wall was broken. The room was dusty and every thing was stained with yellow from cigarettes

Very thin walls could hear everything from other rooms

It was clean and had a fridge. We were just there for 1 night to go see a concert. Bed was also comfy.

It was not the cleanest , we only ended up staying one night . Lost our money on the second night as it was hard with no service to contact Expedia and the staff unfortunately said they couldn’t help.

Room was not ready an hour after check in. When we got to the room it reeked of smoke. I then almost got electrocuted trying to plug in the coffee maker with a frayed power cord.
