The check in was easy. The place smelled unclean and was messy. The halways were ill lit. The elevator didnt work. The stairways smelled unclean and door knobs were broken. People were propping the doors open to go smoke outside. The room had 3 small holes in the wall, no lamp on the one sode of the bed, the bathroom floor was sticky, and the view was the highway which is all you could hear all night long.

We walked into our room after checking in, only to hear crunching of food from previous guests. The brown bench that holds your luggage was full of crumbs as well. Alot of dust in 1st room and room we were moved to. The handle broke on toilet. ( It was very loose before using). If it was properly cleaned it could of been found and repaired through a work order. The toilet also flooded the bathroom.We were moved to another room. Not the cleanest but no crunching on the floor. **Pool was green and closed sign on it. **No Elevators....Out of order. So if you have children and alot of luggage good luck going up and down the flights of steps. Call ahead of time to see if they were fixed . **Alot of weeds and very sketchy parking. **No fresh coffee after breakfast closes. You have access to it but its old, and cold. **Bathroom lights very very dim. If you have sight problems stay away. **We cleaned our a/c filters due to heavybuild up of dust and bathroom counter top of hair. The breakfast staff nice. Bottom Line No elevator, no coffee, no pool, and cleaning lacked! Go somewhere else with your hard earned resources. Dirty rooms and heavy dust build up on ac screens you'll be breathing in!.

Pool and elevator not functioning. Did not have accommodations for wheelchair access for the second and third floor.

The first room they assigned us was terrible. Odors and smoke. The second room was better. The staff did what they could but the place needs management to give it an upgrade.

The hotel smelled like cigarettes throughout the halls, stairway, and room. The area felt unsafe with homeless people and drug use. I would not stay here on my own, let alone with my 2 small children. I was relieved once I was driving away. The man at the hotel doing check ins did allow me to check right back out without issue once I told him my concerns then Expedia got in contact with the hotel quickly to process my full refund.

I felt unsafe at this establishment. The elevator was broken so all Hotel guess we’re limited to a stairwell that goes to each floor. That stairwell was very creepy. Not well kept most of it was wet with water as if someone poured water down the stairs and it just ran to the next landing. The part of the hallway that leads to the stairwell smelled terrible, which smelled like About 100 boy cats were spray painting and the exact same area continually nonstop the whole entire trip. Every time I had to come downstairs to leave to go to where I was going on my trip since I wasn’t just staying in the hotel room for 3 days straight. The cat pee type of smell was enough to make my eyes water as well as make me feel like as if I was going to throw up the smell was sickening. I also had an incident where a guy was following me in my hallway that my room was located in so I had to wander around the hotel very quickly to not let this guy know that I was actually staying on the floor that I was and I had to go outside and come back in and go up the other stairwell to avoid this in the sky and get in my hotel room before I was seen by him. Also, the doors to the individual hotel rooms do not close properly and there’s a very large gap at the bottom of the door, which a towel did not properly block that opening. The door locks also did not latch very well so I had to tie it shot with string that I bought at the store. I did not feel safe there. I would not recommend this establishment.

The elevator and both of the side doors were not accessible at the hotel. Staff were friendly and the breakfeast had a nice variety.

The pool was not working, the elevator not working, very basic hotel, not very clean.

It is close to the highway and dining area

To get to places is a bit complicated ,,but is very close to sesame place so overall it was ok

Staff were very welcoming. The location was centrally located to literally everything from malls restaurants and a casino

BREAKFAST IS GREAT!!!! This place is a gem if you can put up with the traffic that's moving in front. The windows do not shield you from the immense noise vehicles going to and from the highway. The rooms are spacious, there are washers/dryers, breakfast is great (reasonable time up to 10:30am on weekend), staff are helpful and friendly. Will stay again soon!

As a 68 yr. old male with bad knees, I was placed on the 3rd floor, which was ok except that the elevator broke down within the first 2 hours. I had to walk up to and down from the 3rd floor to get anywhere, not to mention carrying luggage when I left. Additionally, No break was given for the inconvenience on the room rate.

I was disappointed that the tables were not wiped down in the room. The hot water was insufficient and the water pressure was low. Staff were friendly.

The property is dated and in need of a renovation. Staff was great.

Great value for our stay. Clean, neat rooms- standard amenities within the room, though they are not 5 star accommodations, the room was very nicely kept with just a few minor blemishes. Easy check in and out, free parking, and free breakfast which was more than ample! Friendly staff, would definitely stay again.

I did not like that I was charged $100 on my credit card and I know it will not be used so why do I have to wait so long to get it back? 3-10 days is ridiculous.

The hallways and elevator were always odorous. Housekeeping bangs on your door early in the am even with dnd sign on the door. The breakfast is mainly store bought, but the cooked food is not tasty. Carpet was wet from leaking air conditioning unit. An outlet in the room started to make popping sounds and smoke came out of it, everything on the strip went out. The microwave was broken.
