The pool was nice . Very noisy in room , form AC around. Noise from plomming like someone has the wather running all night. The internet was not bery good. Location is very good down too the lake.

The room was old not what the pictures portrayed. Dirty bed sheets and comforter. Very thin walls. Has connecting door to bedroom that someone tried to come into several times in the middle of the night. I ended up having a purchase a room next to us cause my kids were scared. The first time we were shown to our room, they took us to a room that was already occupied. Then several times during our stay, they assigned our room to other people. There was food and crumbs all over the inside of the dresser drawers. The only good part about our stay was that the staff was friendly and tried to accommodate us. The element of people hanging around the hotel is not great. I would not walk around the hotel by myself. Beautiful view of river in distance. Close to London Bridge and beach at Lake Havasu, walkable.

Cockroach’s on headboard, shower, sink! When I seen them at three am I grabbed my things and left! I have photos but it’s not letting me upload them! I will never stay here again!

Hotel needs a refresh. Very heavy cigarette smell throughout the hotel. No washcloths for bathroom. Luckily, room was clean and did not smell like cigarettes.

The staff is extremely friendly! They offer boat/trailer parking in an easy to navigate parking lot. They even let us store our boat!

Crickets in the room where so loud we had to change rooms to get some sleep. The blinds would not close properly so people could see in the room. No hair drier. The day after check out they charged us an extra $30 for a "coffee stain on the comforter"! We did not drink coffee in the room and did not stain the comforter. Called and asked for a refund of the $30, they would not do the refund.

This property needs to be remodel 10 years ago. They definitely have bed bugs. The whole facility is outdated. Walls are patched up with different color paint. The door would get stuck and difficult to open. Towels have holes and are still dirty in the Bathroom. When we arrived we heard receptionist giving out reserved rooms to new walk ins if customers wouldnt answer by 1pm before Check in. Bad all around. You definitely get what you pay for here.

Our stay was terrible. The hotel couldn’t find our reservation. I had to get hotels.com on the phone and it took the hotel like an hour to find our reservation and get us checked in. The hotel was dirty. Our room had dirty walls and is very very outdated. The biggest issue was that at about midnight all of a sudden the A/C started making a loud thumping sound that never stopped. Our kids couldn’t sleep because it was so loud. The toilet also kept running all night.

I am not a picky person, nor do i get to travel much but i must say i was far from impressed. If you just want a place to sleep, its ok. The staff are great, friendly and helpful. Thats about the only positive. Oh, and pet friendly. The pool was closed, didnt have water in it. The carpet throughout is old and stained. While the air conditioner in our room worked great, the lobby and hallways were hot. We were woken up at midnight by loud music and talking, had to call the front desk. Didnt stop till 1 am. Our little dog kept bringing trash out from under the beds. (Yuck) Seemed to have blood stains on the bathroom door. Electric access in the bathroom ceiling was hanging open, wouldn't close. This is a long review, but if the staff reads it i hope they can take away a few hints. Also the property owners. Invest in some cleaner, nicer furniture. I would be ashamed to have people pay for a room with furniture that looks like this. Stay at the Days Inn across the bridge 😉

The toilet seat gatmd sone definite wear and tear, and i would recommend replavibg it. There was an ekectrical hazard on the wall next to the TV. Way too many plugs going into an outlet.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. But a good number of little things to remind you that it’s not a high-end hotel such as no water in the jacuzzi, a paint stain on the drapes, outdated room decore, worn carpets, some discoloration on a wall in the hallway, apparently only one luggage cart with very squeaky wheels. A very comfortable pool and pool area, however. A very adequate lounge and nice morning coffee room. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom adequate.

Pretty sure there was mold above the shower, disgusting area behind the toilet, and door handle was broke. Also every blind in our room was broken. Couldn't even have privacy because people could see in and got woken up at dawn because of all the light shining in. I know they updated some of the hotel and it's old but it still needs a lot of work. Also didn't use the pool because the water was green and didn't look good. My brother's room didn't have a good working a/c unit so it was hot and made it hard to sleep at night.

Referred to the hotel by a friend who said it had been updated and he stayed multiple times with family and it was nice. The room we received was not updated and did not match the pictures online. The toilet handle was broken- so it wouldn’t flush unless you took the back lid off to do it manually. The bathtub facet was coming out of the wall and the shower head was covered in build-up. Every wall was dirty, and the towels, bedding and curtains have seen much better days. As for the overall hotel: our lovely neighbor was blasting music so loud after 9 PM could feel the vibrations in our throat. Once that stoppped all we heard were kids running up and down the halls and dogs barking until well after midnight- so thin walls is putting it mildly. The staff was nice- but seemed inconvenienced when I was attempting to check-out so I didn’t even bother sharing my concerns because I’m guessing this is nothing new to them or they would have asked how the stay was.

Air conditioning didn't work properly never cooled down our room had to get transferred to another room which was a little better that room the bathroom door knob fell off and got locked in the bathroom for over an hour and a half before they were able to break the door down in front to get out and get us out too many items to list

Heard they are working on upgrading rooms. We got one that had not yet be remodeled and it was outdated and need of some work but overall the room was good enough and the view was very nice. I’d stay again and if they do remodel , it will be worth it for sure. Very dog friendly and staff was nice too.

Hotel is really run down. Everything is old. Patchwork walls in hallways and rooms. Carpet needs to be replaced. The front desk staff, however was amazing. If you are looking for a really cheap place to rest your head for the night and can look past the environment, then yes. Not too sure about some of the people hanging around the hotel grounds. We double locked our door. We were looking to spend the night in air conditioning while our house air was being replaced and didn't want to spend a lot of money. This hotel is not a family vacation destination place in my opinion.

Absolutely horrible service! Key cards for the room never worked! I got call 3 times first thing in the morning saying I need to shut my dog up cause it was waking the whole floor up, I didn’t have a dog! My friends got switched rooms on the second day and when they went to go to their room after being on the lake all day the door was open and room was trashed! They said they don’t have a maid to get it ready for them so they had to sleep on the floor in my room. Then they said well we have to review it in order to get a refund!!! They never apologized for anything. Will never stay there again it’s an absolute dump.

The property is pretty close to the lake but the entire 4th floor smelled musty and evwrything was broken. The AC unit in the room only cooled the room at night and not even enough to be comfortable, fridge didn't work, room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. There is a sign to leave dirty towels in shower to get new ones daily but no one came to clean the room or replace towels. Spider webs and bugs on windows, tried to get ice to keep water cool since fridge didnt work, but the ice machine was broken so we had to purchase ice. Also, the jacuzzi doesnt even have water in it. Only stay if you plan to be at the lake or somewhere else the entire day.
