Room was dirty, bed bugs around headboard corners. Bathroom was in need of repair. Tolit holder coming out of wall. Tolit seat was wrong size for tolit. Sheets on bed had spots and looked dirty. Don't even consider this property, drive on by.

Upon arriving in the room, there was a bad smell of it being old/mildew. There were only two towels in the room which had two beds and one of the towels was pretty worn. The beds were pretty comfortable, but that's about it. Not interested in staying there again.

I was incredibly disappointed in this experience, we stay at this hotel every time we come back home annually and every year it just gets worse. I orginally made this reservation online, specified that I had pets TWICE, get to check in, specified that I had pets once again. He switched me rooms because King beds arent available as pet rooms. Okay, no biggie. We get to the room and its obvious that it hadnt been seen by housekeeping. Used toilet paper roll, used soap, mascara or hair dye all over the shower, stains on the white bedding, the beds werent made. Our TV wasnt working so we went to the front desk to see if someone could come look at it, we brought our dogs with us because we were going out to get some dinner and the kid says "Oh, sorry. I didnt charge you for your dogs." We came out there to ask for another room or a refund and he had us pay more money? Asked to speak to a manager about the condition of the room and the TV. He said we were SOL until 11PM. Looked around for a manager to get my money back so we could go elsewhere and no one knew where this manager was. We didnt even get into bed, we used our own blankets on top of the comforters. I am so disappointed, I used to love this hotel and usually never complain as ive worked in the service industry my entire life but this experience was absolutely awful. We were informed that they were renovating... where? When?

This property was an average property with no surprises. The breakfast options were limited - cold cereal or waffles. A plus was a quiet window air conditioner. The bed was not plush, but also not a cheap hard mattress.

The room had couple of minor damages before I got into the room. The room was very old and not clean. There were stains on the bed sheets, blankets, and the pillow case. It was dirty. I Asked the front desk front desk for clean bedsheets, blankets and pillow case and they changed it for me. But the staff had an attitude problem towards me when asked for the clean sheets. Staff wasn’t very kind towards their customers. One of the staff clearly doesn’t want to help me and was giving me an annoyed demeanor. I won’t ever want to recommend this place to anyone. My experience here was just horrible.

Room had broken fridge, wall with hole, the towel rack was barely hanging on. Bathroom vent falling off. Called for room service 2 times in my 3 day stay and never came. The sink area still had hygiene trash from previous guest. Breakfast area is the worse of many, many hotels during my travels.

The first room we were given was on the first floor like we asked because we are handicapped. But the room was filthy holes in the walls carpet was filthy the bedding looked dirty and old the TV didn’t work. It was apparently a handicapped room wide doors and bathroom with rails but if that was for them what a shame. We got moved to a room on the second floor which was was better. I left some medication in the room and shampoo and conditioner and I called them to see if they found it because my medication was expensive and they said that housekeeping must have thrown it away. It was a large bottle with my name on it. Breakfast was a joke no sugar, salt or pepper. Not much to pick from. Never had I seen such a poorly run hotel the swimming pool was full with people at midnight and the handicap parking was full with vehicles with no parking handicap insignia on them and we had to park across from the building. Terrible experience!

The man at the front desk was on his phone the entire time we were checking in. His accent was heavy. We could not understand him or tell us he was talking to us or the person in the phone. It was very frustrating

First room they put us in door didn't open and did lock. The room was filthy, hole in ceiling and bathroom. My son asked for another room because he didn't want to leave me and my granddaughter in this room. The second room door at leased locked and was some what cleaner. We canceled our second night. There was no desk attendants if you needed assistant there was 2 phone numbers to call.

Cute, cozy and affordable. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. My friend and I felt safe here. If you’re staying in Nampa, definitely check out this spot. The manager is a great guy, went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our time in Nampa.

2 out of the 3 rooms were ok. The 3rd on had bed bugs. Only had 2 towels for us to shower. We stayed because of the price. Not cheap to stay anywhere close to Boise

Just a trickle of water coming out of the facuet. Curtains handing off the hooks. No WIFI was offered. They did have a fridge and microwave. No breakfast. No one at the front desk. Waited 10 minutes finally called the number. By then, there were 3 of us waiting to check in. Will I go back? Nope!

2 stars: lots of parking, allowing pets ( extra charge) & plenty of area to walk them. Waited 10 minutes for not so nice desk clerk to show up. Made to feel like we were trying to smuggle 50lb dog & very pregnant girl in. Stained & torn sheets, old uncomfortabke mattress, hole in bathroom door, ugly brown stains on walls, old, thin bedspreads, in room microwave & blow dryer not working. Sprayed entire room, bathroom, doors, floors, etc with disinfectant. Shower & bathroom not very clean.

The smell was terrible. A mix between sewage and weed. The bed was so low to the floor we might as well have sat on the floor. The “deadbolt” security lock was barely hanging on the door frame. The entry light had a switch, but seemed to be motion detected.

Completely dissatisfied. Dirty. Needs alot of work to be up to date. Service was horrible. Check in took way to long. Staff did not know what he was doing. Expedia should be ashamed that they support such an establishment. It was suppose to be pet friendly. But it cost extra $20 cash per pet. No breakfasts. Though it was suppose to have . Beds were uncomfortable ,noisy, hole in bathroom door. Shower curtain dirty and stained. Hole burned in bed cover. Bed had stains. Looked like blood. Flooring was atrocious. 1 of the rooms had carpet that was ruined. Patches of sticky substance. Worst experience.

There was an exchange of illicit substances in the parking lot while we were there, and the police were called. Then the hotel staff yelling about cleaning up and improving the hotel after midnight.

Huge advertisement that they serve international breakfast..is not true they dont clean the rooms if you have garbage the cleaning person tells you to go take it to the front. But gives you trash cans. I travel 12hrs for not what I saw in the picture while booking my stay... receptionist very nice friendly

Something just doesn’t feel right about this place, I was extremely uncomfortable and unsettled the whole time. If you’re reading these reviews and see the couple good ones and just want to give it a try, don’t. Especially if you’re traveling alone or with children. The room was absolutely disgusting I don’t even know where to begin. Different hairs/pubes/weird stains on all the blankets, mattress, toilet surfaces, sinks, bathtub. Nothing looked like it had been changed or smelled clean. I was nervous to touch anything in that place.This hotel should be permanently closed.
