Impeccable service!

Incredible location - staff was very friendly and accomodating

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, friendly staff and our concierge helped us greatly arranging new tickets when our train was cancelled due to a rail strike. The staff and its services are what makes this hotel unique. Our family of six really enjoyed our time together there.

A mix of modern and old. Room had the quaint venetian look with lots of wood, but the bathroom was modern with a rain shower. They had a co-living area like a living room where in the afternoons you help yourself to snacks and water. In the mornings you get served breakfast (small but good spread of fruits, bread, cereal and hot food like omelettes and waffles). Coffee was great.

The place looks like palace. Its amazing! Service is amazing too.

Could not get the room cool enough for my liking so our sleep was disrupted every night. I believe this is vital to the guests ( as sleep is so important when touring).Twice, water leaked out from the shower (poor design) and onto the floor of the main room. Small quarters required one of our suitcases to remain on the floor ( and as a result) got my suitcase/clothes wet. (Something managment was aware of and didnt mention). The Staff was adequet and at times, fielded many guests in a VERY small lobby. They did a good job at thisThey answered most questions and were quick ( and patient)when recommending acti in Venice ( although they could better study the local restaurants. As a chef I was somewhat disappointed). The room itself was satisfactory with the upstair sitting room exceptional offering a large space, beautifully decorated and inviting.Though I had only juice ( at breakfast) it seemed to have many options and offerings. The whole property itself was clean and well kept. The proximity of the property was the " gold star" for this property. Very central to shopping, transportation and St Marks square. Restaurants, gelato, retail, gondolas, and Venice history just steps away. I believe this property can provide a pleasant stay with reasonable pricing. ( although be aware. When I checked in I asked if breakfast was included. The staff said yes. When I checked out I found this, indeed, was NOT the case, costing me a about 100 Euros when checking out for a 3 night stay).

Beautiful hotel and nice staff. Stayed for 6 nights.
Only bummer was that the room DID NOT have bathtubs even though the picture and description said they do.
They said they has recently updated the rooms, but hadn't updated the pics yet??
Seemed like a bit of false advertising unfortunately.
We had specifically chosen this hotel as we wanted to have a bathtub since we were staying for 6 nights. At the very least we feel a discount of some sort should have been offered, or free breakfast or something. Nothing was offered. We didn't have time to try to find another hotel unfortunately.

This is a very nice hotel in the heart of Venice. Very close walking distance to all the main sites. Lots of food options within 5-10 minutes. Very nice rooms and updated bathrooms. The service by the front-desk is exceptional.

This hotel was so unique and beautiful with a lot of history. We stayed in the superior room with a canal view. Our room was spacious with great air and a very comfortable bed. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating here. They offer a water taxi small group tour which we took advantage of to be able to see all of Venice from the water. If we ever return to Venice we will definitely be staying here again.

The staff was very accommodating, the Hotel was clean and decorated elegantly. The property itself is located in a very desirable section of Venice. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. My family and I will absolutely stay here again if ever in Venice.

This is a most amazing property. The picture was exactly like the room was. It is Venician in all ways. the Food was great, and the front desk staff was super.
The Manager Ms. Giovanna Favaro; reached out to us before our trip and provided almost a concierge level of service. We are very basic people--so just finding a couple of nice restaurants and some directions to some authentic stores (versus the cheap tourist ones) was amazing. She even arranged an impromptu gondola ride the morning we left, just so we would not miss out.

Amazing hotel, would recommend this place to anyone.

Very authentic Italian hotel near St. Mark's. Nice reception area on the 2nd floor with champagne and snacks in the afternoon.
2.5
The historic palazzo was beautiful, but came in a close second to the wonderful staff. Giovanna, Roberta and the whole staff made great recommendations and arrangements. The breakfast was diverse and delicious. The only improvement would be cleanliness of the upstairs common area. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is as described on the website. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated in a traditional style. Bathroom also spacious, clean and modern. Our room was on a corner so we had 2 windows onto the canals, such a great atmosphere with the passing gondolas.
2.5
Lots of charm, hundreds of years old but with all the modern conveniences, and centrally located. Helpful staff gave us good suggestions. Would definitely return.

It had wonderful character. Stair were crooked, old wooden doors and beams. Great location. I highly recommend it.

Firstly the Historic building is an amazing old Venetian palace, with all the fixtures and fittings and sloping floors you'd expect.....beautiful. The area is ideal with a 3 mins walk to St Mark's Square and the Grand canal, and also perfect to explore the smaller canal areas. Gondolas available straight outside the hotel where there is a beautiful little canal.
The Room was just as you'd expect it, all antique furniture.
The Breakfast for Venice was pretty good. A few bits of hot food, breads, pastries, fruit etc.
Staff were all friendly too and only too happy to assist you
Overall an ideal place to stay for a romantic genuine Venetian stay

The location is excellent, it is an easy walk to all the sights. Breakfast was very good and there was plenty of choice. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The complimentary prosecco and nibbles in an afternoon is a really nice touch.

This is a former palace! What a unique place to stay. The breakfast was excellent, and the all day coffee upstairs was a great bonus. I wish I had spent more time in this place. My only complaint is the floor was a little cracked, and you could hear people in the next room. This is minor though, and the staff and location more than made up for it.
2.5
Perfect location close to main attractions friendly and helpful staff great breakfast and espresso machine available for guests.

Beautiful boutique hotel with Venetian style and decor. The staff and service was amazing.

Great location, excellent service and excellent breakfast!! Would definitely recommend, authentic vintage Venice hotel!

If you like to experience living in an old fancy palace, very few places can be better than this. Great location and outstanding decor for a true immersion in the heart of Venice.
2.5
It was a historical property builder in 1400, location by the canal, vintage furniture and architecture. Great place for photos and absolutely into the mood of this amazing city of Venice. Friendly staff always have patient to the enquiry and support.

This hotel delivered everything it promised and more .we loved the oldy worldy feel and the furnishing. location was brilliant - just out the way but enough to be close to everything . staff excellent . breakfast good - bed bit hard but we didnt care in the great scheme of things

We did a quick overnight stay in Venice at the Palazzo Priuli and stayed her at the suggestion of a recent guest. Reception was professional and cordial, but not overwhelmingly welcoming. We were shown to our room and our bags brought up by a bellman. The steps going to the second floor could prove to be very challenging (if enjoying linations) as they are slanted to the right due to settling. The room itself was sparsely decorated. Bathroom was acceptable. Nothing about the room stands out besides the excitement of being in Venice! The bed was hard and uncomfortable. It was quite a walk from the train station, and if I were to plan better, would have chosen a site closer to the train station. Breakfast was abundant with many buffet options. The area was maintained and cleaned up quickly for the guests. Our room overlooked the small canal and proved quite loud as there were several restaurants across the small bridge.
2.5
Excellent stay. Perfect location, walkable to everything. Great breakfast with lots of options. Historical property with lots of detail and great design. Great service. Even provided complimentary Prosecco and snacks in the evening.

The best part of our suite was the ability to have windows that looked out over the canal. There were 3 little cafes right across from our bridge. Food there was really good and not so expensive. A short 5-6 minute walk to St. Marks Square. The location truly was good. Just enough off the beaten track so there wasnt constant people. So quiet and peaceful in the morning, could take a walk without the million tourists following along.

Delightful hotel with comfortable beds, clean rooms, lovely decor and canal views. The staff were friendly, very helpful and prepared to go out of their way to enhance our stay. The breakfasts were fresh, filling and with a good range of choices. It was delight to waken to the sounds of gondoliers and activity on the canals. The hotel is well placed for access to the main sights, restaurants and shops

Nice historic hotel easy walking distance to all main attractions. On the waterway but unfortunately no landing dock for arriving buy river taxi.

Previously stayed in the annexe, tried main building to see if any better. Room small, shower dangerously temperamental.
Nowhere to sit comfortably, breakfast okay, staff very pleasant.
Location good.
2.5
The hotel has canal view and nearby to Vaporetto stop, San Marco, shops, restaurants and even the only supermarket in the area. Breakfast is sufficient but could improve on the toaster element
2.5
This hotel was a little difficult to find. We needed an expensive water taxi to get there and later leave for the airport. The hotel itself was nice, uniquely traditional style. Room was dark, and beds were uncomfortable, but spacious. Bathroom was nice and very large. Some noise outside our window from the canal below it.
Generally, the desk and bell service was friendly and excellent. They let us print airline boarding passes and helped with the computer. The breakfast was perfect!
I'd recommend this hotel.
2.0
When we arrived at the hotel we were shown to a room which was very hot, noisy (think there was a generator or something near the window so couldn't open in to cool the room down) and the room was generally very small and not as shown on the hotel's website. We asked to change rooms and this was sorted without hesitation and a free bottle of Prosecco was thrown in too! The room we were moved to was fantastic - very large, comfortable and airy. I would definitely stay here again as the service was good although would specifically ask not to put into our first room again - think it was possibly number 204.
2.5
Hotel is a very pretty Palazzo with lots of character. Overlooks 2 canals and is perfectly placed for exploring Venice. An easy 5 min stroll to StMArks, the Doges Palace etc An easy walk of only 5mins from the San Zaccaria water bus stop which serves the Grand Canal and the airport plus other lines, with only 1 bridge at the hotel to carry your case over. Two beautiful mask shops directly opposite the hotel. A really good choice for a Wedding Anniversary weekend as an old palace felt more romantic than a modern hotel. Only downside is we were in room 104 in the main hotel which just happens to be next to the breakfast kitchen. So from 7.30am onwards there is noise of crockery and a dishwasher and staff talking. So if you like a lie in in the morning ask not to be in 104. There also were no tea and coffee making facilities which would have been appreciated as it was November and very cold.
2.5
very nice old italian style hotel, we had booked a quatruple room, but they gave us two doble rooms with connection, even better, rooms clean and not too small, nice clean bathrooms, location very convenient and close to attractions. Staff nice and helpful. Would definitly come back!
