Extremely friendly service. The room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was amazing.

The light switch just inside the door did not operate any light. The electric outlets and USB plug behind the bedside lamp was inoperable so I had to pull the table out to use a powerstrip on the table. The walls in the bathroom were dirty. Toilet seat wasn't clean. Shower floor tile and grout was so soiled that I laid a towel down over it to stand on while showering and there was pink mold and mildew around the base of the shower. I pulled back the bed sheets to check for bed bugs and the mattress box springs had stains on it and hair and dirt (the sheets get tucked into the bed between the mattress and box springs) visible.

Could definitely use some TLC.
Ceilings showed signs of water damage and floor felt dirty. For the price, it was a average place to crash before continuing with our way home.

Bed was lumpy with tiny pillows. Noted a couple of flying critters in the Bathroom area. Breakfast was pretty mundane. Staff working the brkfst area were friendly and helpful. TV in the room was quite small and difficult to negotiate the channels.
3.0
One of the bed pillows had hair on it, shower had slow drain and TV remote barely worked

Hotel was in a great location with lots of restaurants to dine around the location. The only thing about this hotel was that it was in need of updating but other than that it’s a great hotel

Check in was quick and easy, the desk clerk was very friendly and polite. The room was clean, but the air freshener was a little overwhelming. The lobby was bright and looked newly remodeled.

The most accommodating and elegant hotel I have ever visited. Extraordinary service and most relaxing room.

Everyone and everything

The front desk staff were really nice. The hotel was close to shopping and restaurants. But when we went to the first room we were assigned, the door was open. I went back down and she said it was most likely housekeeping and she would check it but give us a different room. I said as long as it was just that, I was ok with keeping original room, but she moved us anyway. The room we were reassigned to had a musty smell - we could see where the ceiling had leaked at one time. I hated to ask to move again so we stayed as it was just one night. We didn’t visit the pool or eat breakfast so I can’t provide feedback on it. Note: she did ride the elevator up with me and check our original room and confirmed it was just housekeeping forgetting to shut the door.

The bed sheets were kinda hairy and dirty when we were getting in but it was 4 in the morning so we just kinda dealt with it. Staff was nice, breakfast was alright. Overall a nice stay for quick stop.

The only decent part of this hotel is that it’s right off interstate 24. The room/entire second floor smelled like mold and I was up most of the night wheezing and congested. HUGE health concern for all staying here. The room was humid-like tropical rainforest feel and clean towels felt wet! The bed DESTROYED my back. There were unknown spots of splatter on walls in bathroom and next to bed. Moreover, my room was over the check in area and a light was constantly coming in my window. For $120 a night, I was extremely disappointed. I would NOT stay here again.

I requested a handicap accessible room but they didn’t have any available. So they upgraded me to a suite. The hotel was older so it had a lot of wear and tear. In our suite the windows had leaked and there were water stains on window trim. There were spider webs above the windows, and carpet was frayed.

We had a pleasant stay.

The property was next to all the stores!

Enjoyed the stay, really appreciated having a nice size fridge and microwave in the room and an ice machine on every floor.

We loved our stay would stay there again

The beds were horrible. Felt like we were sleeping on the floor. No one slept well. Got up in pain.

The property needs a remodel, they list themselves as a 4 star hotel but I have stayed at better 3 star hotels. Our first room smelled if sewer and the second room everything was damp. The carpet even felt damp. The second room had a glade air freshener to probably cover up the stench of the room.

The property is in a pretty convenient area. The mall is within walking distance along with lots of dining options which was very nice.
The property itself was meh. The lobby was nice and so was the breakfast area. Staff was excellent, check in was super easy and so was check out.
The rooms were another story. The room when we walked in had an overwhelming smell of chlorine and bleach. Even with the ac on, the room was humid and the floors were damp because of it. There was mold around the windows and the paint was peeling off the doors and there were gnats everywhere.
Overall this wasnt the worst place I’ve stayed but I more than likely won’t stay at this property again with my kids.

The room was clean. The furnishings are in need of replacement, especially the carpet. It is apparent that the place is maintained well, but a renovation is long overdue. The hotel also has one of the smallest indoor pools I’ve ever seen. Breakfast was adequate, very friendly staff. I’d be happy to stay there again after renovations.

Good value for the money!

After paying for an accessible room, we were quickly met with clogged drains in both shower and sink. Shower heads continuously broke throughout our visit with no real visit from maintenance or room replacement like requested. Not to mention we had a family member go missing during our visit to Clarksville, in which hotel staff responded to our cries for assistance with calling police and attempting to remove us from the hotel. Hotel cameras were inaccessible PER THE HOTEL due to “storm damages”. Therefore the only safety measures you have to recall are the cameras on entry floor and staircase cameras on each living floor. This is a high human trafficking area, with lots of truck drivers / stops, if something happens to children or worse the hotel WILL NOT be able to assist. Neither will ANY of the surrounding hotels and / or businesses. Not worth the safety concerns, area, or hotel. Would never recommend and will never consider this hotel / area again.

house keeping kept walking in my room without knocking and while i was naked! felt very violated and happy my child didn’t have to experience this ! i’d never recommend this hotel to anyone ! went to the front desk and all they said was sorry didn’t try to fix the issue or anything !!! and i had my don’t not disturb sign out

Employees were great. Helpful and kind. Rooms were in need of work. Door looked like it had been through hell and back. The key slot broken. And key could just go through. Room had a smell to it and very humid

Overall property was decent at best. Rooms need an obvious deep clean and do not look like the pictures. Room ac was struggling and the beds were not the most comfortable. The staff was friendly but was not by any means providing an exceptional or welcoming experience.
Breakfast was small and limited the mini muffins to one per guest on an already limited selection.

Quick nights stay my expectation is for cleanliness and good location. Location is very convenient off I24. The room was so-so on cleanliness. I spilled water on bathroom floor. When i cleaned it up, my rag was BLACK. We had just arrived so it wasn’t anything we brought in from driving.

They don't provide daily housekeeping if you stay multiple days, you have to wash your sheets and towels as needed, take out the trash, clean the bathroom and hunt for coffee and cups for the coffee maker. Breakfast is very limited for fruit and yogurt. Went to the pool, out of pool towels.
