This is a really good hotel in an excellent location right across from the Ponte Vecchio so it’s in easy walking distance from everywhere you want to be. The room was nice—- major problem is a bathroom that is full of design but not functional in any way. Nice breakfast at the hotel next door. Real treasure is the absolutely wonderful service from everyone at the hotel. They helped us in any way you can think of, going out of the way to make sure we were taken care of. I can’t say enough about the staff.

I’m a loyalist! I will never stay in another Florentine Hotel again! What a phenomenal stay! We may be in Florence, but the warm friendly staff operates at a New York City pace. The location is INSANE - right on the corner of the river bank & Ponte Vecchio. Ready - they have these colored lights in the room. When I mentioned my favorite color was purple, both the light & orchards changed to purple! 😀 I seriously do not understand why this hotel is 4-stars, between the property & the amazing staff it should be 5-stars. Their sister properties are right next door or across the bridge - it’s the Lungarno Collection, owned by Ferragamo. This is the ONLY Hotel Group in Florence! ❤️

This property was absolutely fabulous and what I loved the most is the atmosphere of peace and privacy. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. When traveling in a very historic and popular destination it was nice to take a break and come to this beautiful hotel to rewind and relax.

The staff here is amazing! The front desk was super accommodating. I got massages at the spa that were so luxurious. The rooftop hotel had amazing drinks with a gorgeous view of golden hour. Would absolutely recommend. Location was amazing.

Although I was only in Florence for two nights, I was extremely impressed by the outstanding customer service provided by the staff of the hotel. I was treated like royalty. The hotel is in an excellent location by the Ponte Vecchio bridge and has a very nice rooftop terrace that's perfect for snacks and drinks. I was able to walk everywhere and felt very safe, even after dark. I highly recommend this hotel!!

Pros: Great central and safe location right next to the Pont di Vecchio, modern and clean decor, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast across the street in a beautiful location, bed was very comfortable even though small. Cons: The room was too small. The bathroom was bigger than the room but no bath tub The room was not functional e.g. not enough outlets to charge devices, no real table to do work on a business trip. No luggage stand.

The amenities in the room and at the hotel was perfect and we had the most amazing view from our room overlooking the Ponte Vechio and the river. Right in the heart of Florence. Very crowded area but the perfect location for that exact purpose. Walk to the train station is about 15 mins but most roads are cobblestone - would recommend getting along the river where it's more traditional sidewalks.
