Room was dirty. Broken lamp shade. Bathroom....don't know when was the last time it was cleaned. Sink .. cracked. Beds...uncomfortable. Sheets were old or dirty. My child and I did not sleep well. I took a lot of pics .. really want to see??? Also, could hear other guests having arguments or others conversations.

Came to Cortland to visit our son who is a college freshman for his 18th birthday. Service was good. There was an issue at check in with their system but they made it go seamless for us. The room was clean but outdated. Although portions were newer (bathroom was recently renovated and newer laminate wood tile floors) the furniture and drop ceilings were scratched and stained. One mattress was soft the other honestly felt like sleeping on cardboard. I had never been to downtown Cortland and was surprised with the overall neighborhood. Walking around at night didn’t seem safe. Although there were sharp containers on the street we also found hypodermic needles littering many places. Interesting people were in the parking lot, but overall our stay was quiet. At no fault of the employees and owners, I probably will not be staying again.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Went above and beyond. I did notice black mold in ceiling tile above toilet in bathroom and toilet stuck when flushed. Everything else was satisfactory.

It was a great location for enjoying town as we didn’t need the car at all. Comfortable room and friendly staff at checkin and check out-they even began breakfast a little earlier than usual as we had a long drive back home. Other than a few broken panes of glass in the room next door that needs to be fixed, the property was ok for the price we paid.

The person at the front desk didn't even greet me with a hello. The bathroom was filthy (literally, hair in the tub and in the corner, in the dirt that was in the corner of the wall and tub), and there was a water bottle that has some sort of white liquid in it (I'm going to hope it was milk!!!) in the minibar. The garbage in the big garbage bin was not only overflowing but also just strewn all around it and even though the rooms themselves were all non-smoking, there were big ashtray receptacles outside of every room AND because there was a gap under the door that was about a half an inch, all the smell came directly into the room anyway. Overall, the hotel looks like it was built in the 80s and is so old and run down, never been updated and dirty that I would never recommend anyone to stay there.

Very dingy room. The bathroom was gross looking. The tub was peeling and there were black stains in the toilet. Very few outlets worked. The tv didn’t work. Ok for a nights sleep if that’s all you need.

This was a horrible property. Unclean and rude staff all around. Our toilet broke and they didn’t fix it at all. Told us they would give a full refund and now they’re going back on their word and only giving us a part refund. Do not stay here. Horrible service, horrible hotel, horrible people.

literally the most filthy room i have ever stayed in. the smell of cigarette smoke was over powering even though it was a non smoking room. the floors, and counters were filthy. the bathroom was disgusting! The small bottle of shampoo and conditioner left in the room were covered in dirt, as if they had been rolled around the parking lot. The clerk was rude and barely spoke, just pointed at paper and pens to indicate he wanted a signiture and then handed us a room key with out speaking to tell us where to find room.

1 star is 100 too many. Check in was ok. Get to room huge crack. But was safe offered another room but we had to wait until 9:30 next day we’d be at our event. Obnoxious group of kids 2 nights in slamming doors. As our door closed huge piece of glass falls out. Never anything for breakfast tho it states it is included. Had a family emergency and had to leave a day early. No compassion and definitely no refund of any sort. Rudely hung up when calling about forgotten clothing. Would rather sleep in my car than there

I didn’t like anything, they show online a decent place and when you get there its dirty smelly place. Bathroom ceiling bad mold growing all over it. Bathroom tub had tiny bugs crawling out of it. Floor was dirty with hair stuck on it. Fridge had ice stuck all over it. Beds were super uncomfortable. Also they mention online free breakfast and it turns out its just coffee in weekdays and weekend is coffee/ breakfast which from far looked like it would be like muffins in a container called so breakfast. We only stayed 1 night. But never ever would i pay 175 cad for a night. Also it is a quality of a motel and not a hotel line. Also my fridge leaked melted ice water all over the floor, and i was told to close the fridge properly. Also people bring pets there and they make so much noise. Not to mention music and loud party that goes around at late at night and they do nothing about it really

ZERO stars. Even if you need a bed in a pinch, do not come here! Shower takes half an hour to warm up, housekeeping comes every 3 days if you have a longer stay and you must ASK for more frequent cleaning. Spots/dirt on the bedding. Dirty linens when we first walked in. Felt uneasy the whole time. Only positive was the space in the room.

Water leaking all over the floor. Got up in the morning and no hot water! Went to the office and he asked if I was sure because they fixed it yesterday! Alarms going off all night. Limited to no staff after 9 pm. Waiting at the front desk for 15 minutes after calling the number stated 3 times and the guy kept hanging up. The place is dirty and half of the place looks like it is being used as low income temporary housing. Horrible horrendous experience.

Do not stay here. My truck was surrounded when we pulled in and they were taking pictures of my truck and license plate. Key to the room did not work. Front desk spoke very little English. When I tried to tell him that the second key didn't work he slammed the door in my face. Thankfully I called hotels.com and they issued me a refund.

Not nice. My motel room door only latched but did not close properly so I had to put the chair in front of the door to keep it closed. Safer that way anyway. When I checked in the woman told me coffee and breakfast would start at 6:30 am. I left at 7:15 and there was no breakfast at all! The motel doors have to be slammed shut to close them so when people were getting up for work and leaving at 5:30 am everyone was awake due to them having to slam their doors to close them. Never again!
