It was close to the lake and it was good parking for our boat. It was very convenient to shopping and close to places to eat so we enjoyed it.

Comfortable

Every time I stay there it smells like a wet dog or rotten food. This particular room smelled of the wet dog and the toilet wouldn’t flush.

Average hotel with a king bed. Place was clean. Limited contact with staff, but polite people. No issues experienced.

I had a last minute visit to the Globe area. When checking for available hotels there were only three options. Travelodge, one hotel with an $400 a night room and one (not so nice) hotel - And I wasn’t staying at the other hotels if I could help it. I was still wary about Travelodge as many I have seen were not that great. I did read some good reviews about this particular hotel which made me feel better. Check-in was fast. If there was anything negative to say about check-in is that they didn’t mention about the breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. To my surprise there was a breakfast the next morning from 6a-9a. The breakfast included: hard boiled eggs, cereals, waffles, and fruits. Check-out was also fast. I would stay here again on my next trip to the area.

I dont do reviews unless i feel it's bad for consumers or great. I had a room with major flaws and the carpets/furniture were filthy. The room had shades that didn't block out sun. Construction on Saturday morning at 7am, morning breakfast was a 2 on scale of 10. I didn't expect much for $116 but this was wrong and unethical.had a scheduled 2 nite stay i canceled 2nd nite.i tryed to upload pictures of filthy love seat, 1/2 gap on entrance door, bathroom socket exposed to moisture (extremely dangerous) but website wont let me upload pics.

Our check in was uneventful and our room was clean. However, our friend also had a reservation and when he tried to check in they told him "checkin is at 3pm". It was 10 till and he had literally just checked us in. Our friends room had a coffee maker but no coffee cup and no toilet paper. When he called front desk they made him go to them to get it. Thats just poor service in my opinion.

When it came down to cancellation I was still going to be charged despite not staying as planned. I was giving a ridiculous excuse why I was going to be charged. Floors were sticky, no blinds to keep the light out. No compromise to resolve my situation. Overall I will no longer book hotel stays again

Extremely disappointed. The room was large because we were given a special needs room which we did not request. The bed was comfortable but there were stains in the shower, the coffee maker was located where it could not be plugged in and the a/c did not work. The privacy blinds were nice but they allowed all outside lighting at night and sunlight to come in. Our tv did not work so when the manager came down we told him the a/c did not work but he said “oh yes, it blow cool air”. No it did not and we were miserable. I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff was helpful and nice and that's where it ends. The condition of the hotel is run down. There is poop around the hotel area, not sure if its human or animal droppings and I wasn't going to check. We got stuck with a handicap room(which we didn't ask for), the shower is stained or really dirty, there are stains on the wall and no security latch on the door(so someone with a key can walk into our room at anytime), no one sweeps around the bed, the only clean thing(maybe) are the sheets because I didn't see any stains on it.The room was clean "enough" to sleep for one night and then we got out of there. The hotel needs a upgrade badly and/or a good scrub and clean, it did smell moldy. We don't need the most luxurious room to sleep because we were just passing through but all we wanted was a nice clean and clean smelling room that felt safe, it was too much to ask for. Another thing to know is that the outside doors around the hotel doesn't lock, so you don't need a hotel key to get into the hotel late at night. I took pictures because I know I would want proof but this hotels.com review app isn't allowing me to upload my pictures. So anyone who stays here, heads up! And probably dont read the reviews that says its a great hotel to stay in because the reviews that say its a horrible hotel to stay in, is probably the most honest review.

Beds were comfortable but too high. Toilet seat was too low. Bath tub is a little too narrow. Out dated chair in room.

The hotel is run down. The bed was comfortable & the bathroom okay. The room was sterile with inadequate lighting. The breakfast was poor. Coffee did not taste good. There was a couple of loaves of basic store bought bread. There were no English muffins. I did not like staying in this hotel.

It started off a bit odd, as I was given a room that was already occupied, but the staff made immediate corrections. The rooms are really nice and roomy. The bed was so comfortable, and bedding is great. I slept like a baby. TV is huge and has many movie channels available. These rooms are also clean and if you forget anything, the front desk has some options for you. Things to work on are the breakfast, it's very basic, at least get some jelly for the toast. Also, rooms should have USB plug ins for electronics. There are piles and boxes of dirty linens in the hallway, first floor, this did not bother me, but to some it may look dirty. Overall, this is the best hotel I have stayed at in Globe AZ. In comparison to the Holiday Inn Express and Best Western, it is going to be your best option with the best rates.

Room didn’t get cleaned during 1st and 2nd night. First day I got there I was given a room that hadn’t been cleaned. I was given keys to the second room and they didn’t work. Very noisy.
