My room 1st. had a leak coming from upstairs, and had to be moved. The the new room was nasty. The pictures were covered in mold, there was mold on the appliances. the shower curtain had a brown spot that looked like feces. the lamp shades had what looked like bug feces on them. Complained to hotel and they came in whipped off the curtain and spayed the room with air cleaner then left the hotel stated they had returned $50 to my account, but I would need to contact Hotels.com to receive it... Never got it (of course).

I recently lost my mom and in grieving i needed some peace the room i am in did not have a streaming option on the tv for watching movies and i don't look at regular tv so I'm sitting in here quietly no tv on just crying nonstop that was not what i wanted i needed peace and i don't have a piece of mind i can say I'm really upset because I'm just crying

Turned off the water without notification, very noisy construction, work trucks/equipment using handicap parking spaces!!! Parking was very very limited if drive a full size 4 door truck. The staff I dealt was fine except for the scammer at registration, trying to push timeshares in a fraudulent and deceptive manner.

The stay was amazing. The staff was amazing. Tiki bar staff kept the people involved and having fun. The hole place is going under a renovation as it does need it, it still didnt take anything away from the stunning views and great times. I just hope that the price point stays ware it is. Cause i will go back time after time for that kind of fun and relaxation.

Love staying here. Beautiful view, clesn rooms, and friendly staff. Only 2 problems: beds are extremely hard and hurt people with back issues. Second is the welcome package. We thought it was something nice for the hotel guests since the staff guided us to the table. Turns out it's really a time share gimmick.

It was a wonderful stay. The property looks exactly like the pictures the company has posted online. The lady that checked me on was polite not overly friendly. Overall, all staff that we encountered were warm and friendly. My family enjoyed the stay and would book again.

The first night the room was very moist and had a smell to it. You also could not open the balcony door. We told the staff about it and they put us in a better room. The only other problem we had was that we got stuck in the elevator and the fire department had to rescue us. When speaking to the staff about it, they took our room number, apologized, and offered $100 off of our stay, which we still have not received or heard from someone. This is our second time staying at this resort, and this time we had a few bumps.

The check-in process was extremely easy and the staff was friendly. However the rooms are dated and smelled old. The mattress on the bed was horrible. I tossed and turned all night and woke up with my back hurting. My tub had black stuff in it that I didn’t even attempt to get out. I ended up finding a Walmart and buying a mat to go in the tub before I would shower there. The hallways smelled like urine.

Im usually not the one to complain alot bit the room we booked was supposed to have 2 queen beds in it and they was full beds so we didnt have no room for 5 people to stay the room was nasty like no one had moped or even swept the floors sand everywhere you go the sheets stunk and the air conditioning didnt work we called about everything they just kinda shrugged us off but i definitely will not be back there

The room was clean but very small and outdated. The resort overall was great. The pools and spas are in great shape. Some areas of the exterior could use some work, but overall, it was a great stay.

Day of arrival, room smelled like pot, door was ajar, room was not as advertised. Staff offered no help or solutions. Cockroaches were seen in stairwells, hallways and in the lazy river. Restaurants were good, many pools, towels were easy to come by. Kids enjoyed them. Do not recommend Pinnacle tower near lazy river, as kiddy pool waterfall does not get shut off and you can not hear the waves.

We had what appeared to be black mold in our room. No dish in microwave could not use it. Parking was terrible no room in our parking garage had to park across the street to unload. No elevators in garage. Check out we waited on compass cove elevators 30-45 minutes. I’m 68 my husband 74. We will not go back to Compass Cove they are not like they once were. Awful stay. Oh and don’t forget the tantrum baby the couple would not move as we were trying to get up to our moldy room. They let her block our way and just screaming. Compass Cove employee standing right there.

Elevators got stuck a few times. Asked 3 times for 2 blankets and 4 pillows, they brought up 1 blanket and no pillows. And the tv in our room would sometimes not want to come on

First time we called for housekeeping, they arrived in 10 minutes or less. Super impressed. Towards end of trip called again and took over two hours after multiple calls. Also complained about the continual smoking on balconies in a smoke free resort. They said they take this serious but did absolutely nothing about it. Kitchen wasn't very clean so aside from the fridge, didn't use the rest which we wanted a kitchen so we could make meals in our room and save money from eating out. Would NOT stay here again.

I was parked on lower level of parking garage and my truck was covered in chemicals that they used to clean 2nd level parking I told the clerk and her response was we can give you 5.00 for a car wash well needless to say we had to take to a detailer to buff it out which cost 200.00 and no I wasnt reimburse. The room was on the first floor right at the bar, it was loud all the time, ask to move , would have to check out and wait till 4 to come back, rediculous. We tried the buffet breakfast one morning,it was terrible, and over priced for what was there. The whole resrt needs attention, several levels of the parking deck were closed, so you never find a spot to park on your floor. Also checkin takes forever, stood in line from 4 till 445 to get checked in. We will not be back to this dump!!!!! It was one of our favorites for years, but not anymore.

Check-in was a little slow. They should stagger check-in times so people are not packed in their tiny lobby like sardines having to wait 20+ minutes to get your room !! Other than the toilet that never stopped running and the clogged sink in the mini kitchen I guess everything else was okay !!! Room did have GREAT A/C !!!

Fantastic for young kids! Even the 20-30 year olds really enjoyed their stay. The oceanfront balcony was huge and the view from the master bed made you feel like you were on the ocean! The parts that the older people(myself included) did not like was where our room was-14th floor with small kids was nerve-wrecking! And the elevators were unavoidable! It was a task to find our room for the first few days..was ready to give up more than once but was hungry enough to keep trying till i found it! The resort maps helped- as long as you were carrying one with you at all times!

The pinnacle property is extremely dirty. It was a urine smell on certain floors.There were stains on the lamp shades and visible dirt on the refrigerator door. The property was outdated. Trash would sit in the hallway for hours to days at the time.

I was locked out of my room for an hour just before midnight. The battery on the door lock was dead. And they could not fix till The next morning.

Overall it was a good hotel and was good for all our needs. Some of the amenities listed weren’t a thing like the sauna and game room was terrible, but shuffleboard wasn’t bad.
