Great service, room and bfast. Perfect location. Two quibbles: no coffee or kettle in room and locksafe did not work.

Great hotel, excellent location & good breakfast. Totally recommend especially if visiting Pompeii.

Amazing hotel right near the Archaeological site in the heart of Pompeii. Service was excellent and prices are fair. Definitely recommend 10/10.

The hotel was an amazing surprise. It is in the middle of a busy street and when approaching, it is very unassuming. However once you enter the drive, the lemon grove welcomes you to the hotel and immediately makes you feel welcome. Check in was fast, loved that there was an elevator. The food and drinks were good, and the breakfast that comes with the room was very good.

Very nice property in a great location across from one of the entrances to the ruins park. Staff was very friendly & helpful.

An absolute gem in the centre of Pompeii just across the road from an entrance to the archeological park.
Bit difficult to see if you are driving but locals know where it is.
Huge comfortable beds and a lovely lemon grove garden where you can have a drink or a meal.
Would highly recommend.

Great hotel fantastic breakfast

Clean hotel, quiet with lovely breakfast room. Parking was a dream in such a popular city as Pompei. Awesome courtyard for drinks, food or just sitting/ chillin. Great restaurant selections nearby.

A really excellent location next to the amphitheater entrance to the Pompeii ruins but please note that the guided trips start from about half a mile further on. Parking next door is a bonus. The meals are of good quality but the service is somewhat slow. Overall a most enjoyable stay

Great location. Rooms are adequate size but dated and should be freshened up paint-wise. Getting out of shower enclosure is precarious. Front desk staff were nice.It also has a nice courtyard.

Very convenient for Pompeii, just a couple of minutes along the road! Our room was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good selection at breakfast, with things being constantly replenished. There is no parking onsite, but just across the road - you are given a ticket to use to get in and out of the car park. We ate in the Lemon Garden one evening and the choice and the quality of food were excellent. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect location right across from the entrance to Pompeii Ruins. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Many restaurants close by. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The outside gardens were beautiful with many citrus and olive trees and grape vine arbors. Nice music in background. And very nice wait staff and others.

Staff were genuinely friendly, great service, great food, and good advice. Saved us money on our trips and how to go about the area. Im not a wealthy person and going to Pompeii and vesuvius is something ive always wanted to do. Myself and my wife were treated to a great holiday. I cannot recommend the fourm hotel enough. From the lovely sheltered garden to the clean well equipped room. Brilliant. G. GREIG

This an a simple but excellent hotel to stay if visiting the Pompeii site. An entry point is literally across the street. There is easy, free parking & there is a phenomenal restaurant just in front of the hotel. Clean room, friendly staff, worked out perfectly!

Wonderful! Beautiful accommodation with a lovely garden restaurant. Room was comfortable, clean and modern. Hotel is quiet but steps away from the Pompeii ruins.

Updated rooms, good restaurant on property, convenient parking, located a few minutes walk from the ruins and friendly staff who helped arrange a private guide for them. My wife felt it was even better than our great hotels in Amalfi and Sorrento.

Great location opposite the Pompeii archaeological site. If driving, simply pull into the courtyard; reception will give you a pass card, and you can park your car in the car park opposite the hotel. The pass card opens the barrier automatically. Stunning hotel situated amongst a variety of food restaurants and market stalls, great for a stroll. We decided to eat at the hotel restaurant as it has a great menu. You can dine in their lovely restaurant or go alfresco in the citrus fruit garden, which is spacious, relaxing, and very well maintained.
We have our 15-year-old daughter with us, so we have booked a family suite. Beautiful room, which consists of two large separate rooms connected by a private and secure inner hall. Huge king-size beds, both rooms en-suite, with large walk-in showers. High-tech lighting and features throughout. Both rooms have balconies with great views. Immaculately clean throughout. The staff are very polite and helpful. In summary, the hotel has the features of a high-end hotel with the feel of a locally welcoming, friendly atmosphere. Perfect.

Hotel Forum is probably one the most ideal locations to stay if you want to Visit Pompeii! Its situated 2 mins walk from the entrance and additional the locality is great for walking and enjoy a fun, busy and bustling town.
They offer free parking 🅿️ and also if you want to do excursion to other areas, there are tour counters all around the area.
The hotel itself was clean nice and modern. Also it has a beautiful garden and outdoor dining as well as indoors.
The food was Superb.
The only things I would say are the consistency of the tea and coffee items in the room, but upon asking they made everything readily available.
Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Hotel Forum, the staff are friendly, helpful and made our stay very comfortable. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the main entrance of the Pompeii ruins, but after viewing the ruins the last exit comes back within meters of the hotel.

This is a lovely hotel and its really close to one of the entrances to the archaeological site, the hotel is right on the main road surrounded by bars and restaurants but you'd never know as you cant hear it once inside, the hotel entrance is through an arch and then through a beautiful courtyard which is adorned with citrus trees, grape vines and flowers, the foyer is modern and welcoming, there us an elevator that can get you to most floors and overall the hotel is very clean and nicely presented, our room (junior suite 54) was a little tired but still nice(could do with a bit of tlc)the staff were polite and helpful for the most part although body wash, tissues and tea/coffee in the room were never replenished by housekeeping for our entire 5 day stay, a few small things and this place could be perfect

Pros - Excellent location and staff members. The hotel is clean and beds are super comfortable. We arrived a bit early and we were checked in on the spot, which was very appreciated after traveling with exhaustion and dealing with the heat.
The entrance for the ruins is about 2-3 min walk. The breakfast is really good with a large variety. Lunch and dinner you can have in the hotel’s restaurant or nearby there are plenty of restaurants. The garden is beautiful with lemon trees.
Due to our early departure, we would’ve missed our included breakfast, we asked if it was possible to have something for the road. To our surprise, the staff had bags ready for us with goodies.
Also, we needed a form of transportation to the airport; no problem - Giuseppe from the front desk took care of that too. Amazing staff!!!
Con - there is no shuttle for the airport as the website stated.
Taxi should be around 80 euros but we were charged 90 + tip (which is not hotel’s fault).

We loved our short stay at Hotel Forum. The hotel itself is in great shape. The rooms are spacious, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the patios were lovely. We really enjoyed the breakfast, which included bacon, eggs, a cheese and meat spread, a delicious fruit salad, toast, jam, and some fresh juices. The hotel has a beautiful quaint garden where you can enjoy some quiet time in the lemon/lime trees and grape vineyard. The hotel is right across the street from the Pompeii ruins, with the nearest entrance being about 75 meters up the road. The street is quaint and has a ton of cafes, local stands, and a pleasant buzz. I will return to this hotel if I return to Pompeii.

Nice hotel for a stay before seeing Pompei. Excellent breakfast, across the street from Pompei, and convent parking. The only drawback was the AC in the room was not very effective. Made it hard to sleep.

If you are staying in Pompei, this is the place to stay, it has all your amenities that you would need. Rooms are a little small but the shower pressure was a highlight for us.

I had a garden-facing deluxe room at the back of the property. It was very quiet and I didn’t hear any sound from the cars on the road. The deluxe room was very modern. The staff were very friendly. This is a perfect location for Pompeii. The entrance near the amphitheater is a minute walk away and has a much shorter queue than the main entrance at the Scavi railway station.

Hotel Forum's proximity to the Pompeii ruins is as close as any place. It is impeccable as far as amenities and concierge services.

The property was better in person than website pictures show. It was modern and clean. The garden was a beautiful and peaceful spot to have dinner under the lemon trees with sparkly lights. It is centrally located. We loved our stay.

Allowed us to check in early.Great location for the Ruins of Pompeii. Travel agents next door was great and not a ripp off. We ate here twice in the Lemon Garden. Competitive pricing for the locale. Good local wine selection at around 22 euros a bottle. Room and Hotel of a high standard and cleanliness. Would not hesitate to recommend.

A wonderfully spacious room in a beautiful hotel just 2 blocks from the Pompeii ruins, on the same road. Surrounded by wonderful cafes and restaurants. The Cathedral 2 blocks in the opposite direction is absolutely stunning. We highly recommend The Hotel Forum!

We loved Hotel Forum. Perfect place to stay to visit the ruins of Pompeii. Staff were really welcoming and understood our Senza Glutine (Gluten Free) requirements. Centrally located for exploring the town with easy parking opposite the hotel. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff. Matt & Armani

Literally right across from Pompeii, but quietly tucked away from the crowds. Beautiful property, rooms were a good size, and breakfast was delicious. They have you park at a public parking that’s just a few feet away in a safe, quiet area. Wish we would’ve planned to stay longer!

This property was dirty, there were food stains on the headboard of the bed and nightstands. No wifi or service even though we had cell reception turned on. Staff provided us with hot spot which was nice so we could order Uber eats as there was nothing to eat at the hotel at 10:30 pm. This property is listed as a 4 star hotel, the room was smelly and no water in the room was provided. We slept two hours due to those conditions and I would like to request a refund or credit for this stay. Thank you.
