good value for the money. we had an amazing view of the river and the temple, walls could use a paint job and some art would make a big difference. bed was very comfortable. room was large. did not like the fact that their was no door on the toilet/shower room.

Great service! Front desk was super nice. Love the lobby. Great stay for me and my kiddo. Our door didn’t lock and our window didn’t lock, but other than that, we will stay here again

The gentleman that handled the front desk was nice enough, but he could’ve been friendlier, but he was efficient. Your breakfast provided was tasty, but there is no coffee in the machine when I arrived. I feel the tub and shower were very badly in need of repair. The heavy comforter was just too much unless the room was very cold. Overall, I would rate my stay a medium

There was no door on the bathroom. Booked King bed but got Queen. Filthy bedding. No way to contact front desk as the phone didn't work, the phone listed online isn't a registered line. I regret having booked through hotels.com because I'll never get refunded, but I didn't even stay there. It wasn't worth it. Drove 4 minutes down the road and stayed at the Motel 6 instead.

The secure door to get access to the building was unlocked..our deadbolt on our room did not work only the slip lock but there was a door stop that people were obviously using no phone no internet..but lits of sorry signs everywhere. When we found out there was no lock on the door after driving 12 hours tired we tried to call the desk no answer gave another personal cell phone #to leave a message..Just a joke I walked down to the desk more oh im so sorry you can move rooms we were already in bed .. top it off with a ln awful so called breakfast..whole experience was awful..I called Hotel.com today, told my story got my call back # never called me back..ALL of this puts a sour taste on both my stay and Hotel.com

Overall a nice stay. Lacking some of the modernization of the room having too few electrical outlets by the beds. The pool was interesting as it was hot water and the hot tub was non functional and cold. Breakfast was nice and good variety. Spacious lobby and rooms. Privacy is a little difficult in the room toilet as no door exists.

Awful hotel. Very unclean, dirty sheets, pillow cases, flooring. There were 3 hobo spiders in our room (poisonous spiders), yellow stains on bed linens, dirt and tree leaves all over the floor. Looked as if room Had not been cleaned and bed was made with used, unwashed sheets. No soap or shampoo whatsoever. The free “breakfast” was awful and I overheard another guest telling the front desk that the pool had algae growing in it.

I checked in at 230am, I called in advance to let them know of my late arrival to which they said "we are 24/7 and will be available for you". When I got there the system was undergoing maintenance, which can take 6- 8hours according to the manager. They could not see the rooms without the system so they didn't know where to put me, this makes sense. The issue I have is knowing your system could be unavailable, print your rooms so you know where to put your guests. They ultimately put me in a "sevice room" with a single bed, I reserved 2 beds. They wound up putting me in an "under renovation room" with two beds, fill of dust and some amenities missing due to the construction, being more 330am and exhausted, we slept as the manager said later in the morning we could sort it all out. Sadly in the morning it was just check in and payment. I really don't think that first night should have been charged....5 hours and then moved room, to only slightly better. We traveled here for bereavement and we choose cheap, we dont mind a bit on the lower end of hotel stay, but do expect a good experience. No one reasonable would think that the first night the way it was should be full charge. I also asked to not disturb for the first night till late morning, to allow a few more hours of sleep only to be door knocked at 9am for the check in v. to handle the poor check in. The new room, I had to ask for towels, we had none so the room wasn't stocked. The room had been dusted but the

No ice machines were working. TV channels were censored. We tried to watch a Fox news channel listed on their TV guide. It was labelled Fox News but broadcasting CNN. Fox Business channel also broadcasting CNN. How can they do this? We were not only frustrated, but shocked.

With this hotel you get what you pay for. On the plus side the beds were new & comfortable. The breakfast area is half what you’d expect for the quantity of guests. Our room had no towels or soap. The accordion closet was broken off & just sitting there. Wouldn’t stay there again.

They charged my dad's card without his permission. We booked off Expedia and paid a fee if we were too cancel the hotel itself went ahead and charged us. We didn't even check in because we figured Hampton inn was much CLEANER AND MET OUR STANDARDS. FOR THE SAME EXACT PRICE. I WILL NEVER REFER THIS SPECIFIC HOTEL TOO ANYONE!!

The property was redone a year ago, but the owners did it themselves. The way the rooms are clean is the same as the remodel. It looks good from a distance but if you get close you will find, ants and food under beds. Used condom in the bed sheets, hair in the shower, contact lenses stuck on the shower wall and spiders 3 inches in size. I also asked for more towels and they said I could only have 2 more for the 8 people in two rooms for 4 days, and they never brought me the 2 towels either.

I recognized this property as the old "Le Ritz" on Lindsey. It was sad to see this once beautiful hotel unkept and in disrepair. The majestic bronze statues were now weathered and drizzled with bird poop. A dank odor hit me when entering the lobby. The side door to enter the hotel was open even though the sign said it was locked for security. When we first entered our room, we knew we wouldn't be staying the 3 days as planned. Painter's tape was used for repairs, the lamp wouldn't work, and there was no iron. We tried to call the lobby, but no answer. We couldn't get through by calling the hotel directly. Nobody was at the front desk. We called Hotels.com and they couldn't get an answer. In the morning, I took a quick shower. I just didn't feel like touching anything. There was a Dove shampoo bottle on the wall, but it was empty. I asked my partner about the soap he left in the shower... No, he didn't open any soap. It was a used soap bar from the last guest!! At this point, I feel a little queasy. The open breakfast looked good, but we just wanted to go. We walked next door to the Shillo Inn and talked with the general manager, Kirk. He set us up for 2 nights and even let us move our belongings in at 11 am instead of waiting until the afternoon PLUS gave us a complimentary breakfast that morning. I must give kudos where due: Hotels.com did eventually reach the Clarion, and the hotel refunded us ALL of our money, including the first night we slept there.

This property is a very conveniant location, but the rooms a terrible conditions. The AC unit very loud like a motorbike at you head, even this way doesn't blow cold air. The bathroom so dirty, I was wearing my slippers to take a shower. The breakfast very-very poor! I would like half of my money back for this terrible experience

The door was hard to open you had to push it open with your shoulder, you had to lift up on the door handle and door to even lock it. There was no smoke alarm, the coffee pot had missing parts, the knob for the a/c unit was broke off, the room was not swept, the tv remote didn't work. I had two separate rooms both needed maintenance, the front desk said they would be right up to handle it and never did till i had to ask 3 times. THe hot tub was out of service. Very POOR customer service , also i do believe its against the law to not have a working fire alarm. DO NOT RECCOMMEND!

I will just state the facts. 3 rooms rented for 2 nights. 2 of the rooms the sheets and towels were dirty with stains. 1 room, both beds seemed broken. 4 separate occasions, someone else was assigned to our room while we were in them. Our keys would be disabled and we had to go to the front desk to have new ones re-programmed. Imagine being in your room at midnight and someone else comes in expecting it to be their room. 5am, same thing and 2 other times. Requested rooms be cleaned with towel and sheets replaced. One room had towels changed and nothing else. One of the front desk gentleman, Josh, is kind and considerate. The 2 others were less than.

Loved being so close to the river path, but there are a lot of other hotels there too. The front desk guy was friendly, helpful and super nice and the appearance of everything seemed nice, but so many things were broken. Had to screw in the tub drain back in to get it to work and the shower wouldn’t turn off all the way when filling the tub, the shampoo bottle in the shower was empty, both ice machines were broken, no cups or ice tub, hot tub was broken and half filled with dirty water, pool was freezing, WiFi didn’t work, small reading lights on headboard didn’t work, floor was sticky, tv remote was hidden in the closet on the floor, exterior door didn’t work with the key so someone had put a wood chip as a door stopper to be able to get back in, room key stopped working so had to take it to the front desk to get it re-programmed, lobby was very warm during breakfast on a hot summer morning. Seems like they may be trying to remodel while still having the place open- they need to do it in stages and not rent out rooms that need maintenance and repair.

No ice bucket, no wifi, no garbage can, no rod in closet, there for no hangers, air conditioner broken, stairs and hallways hadn’t been vacuumed, all ice machines broken except for one, which was quite a walk.

The Wi-Fi was awful. I kept losing the signal and would have to wait for several minutes for it to come back. Plus, they were working on the water on the last day, so I couldn't use my sink or flush the toilet for most of the day until late.
