Location, location , location...PERFECT! walking distance to everything. Linens on bed five star, Joey and the staff were extremely kind, helpful and very knowledgable on the area. Loved hanging by the fire pit and enjoyed the hot tub. Perfect options for breakfast. Strongly recommend this for anyone traveling to Telluride.

The room is fairly dark and there was no air conditioning. It was hot and stuffy. Parking was very difficult because they were working construction on the street in front of the end. There was plenty of room to have a king bed in this room and we would have much preferred to have had that if it were offered.

Pretty nice place. No air conditioning in rooms and it does get hot in Telluride. Conveniently located to town. Walkable to most things and there is also a free trolley that loops the town every 15 minutes.

Great little Inn just a block from main street Telluride. Walked everywhere from here, didn't move the car for the 3 days we were there. Clean, comfortable and safe, not fancy, but just what we wanted. A little noise from the street, as windows needed to be open because the rooms don't have air conditioning. Look forward to returning.

On an 11 day vacation this was the most expensive room, no AC , no fans, no screen on one window, noisy traffic and girl checking in and out could not speak good English and was not very personable. Breakfast was grab and go and was at the same time as checkout, check in at 4 check out at 10.

There is no airconditioning. Even with the window open, the room did not cool down. It was at least 75 degrees the entire night. There was a fan, but that did not help much due to the heat in the room. There is very minimal free parking for the hotel. Perhaps 10 spaces for the enitre hotel outside of street parking that fills quickly.

Super friendly staff and some cool shared spaces, with its firepit, sauna, and hottub. The beds were a little too firm for my taste, and i needed to use the room phone, which didn't work. Overall, it was great!

Street level room is very close to the street and noisy in the daytime. Didn't realize this was common in the older hotels in town, NO AIR CONDITIONING. The room does cool off eventually at night with windows open and fans. Overall a nice place.

Great spot to stay right next to downtown Telluride. A few minutes walk to shops/ restaurants and also close to the gondola. The hotel parking lot is very small so be prepared to street park, no issue parking on the street overnight but there is a 2hr limit during the day. Breakfast is standard and had great cinnamon rolls when I was there

The Victorian is in a good location, close to the river and close to shopping, restaurants, the gondola. Finding parking was difficult, but the manager coordinated with the Marshall to allow me to park in the commercial area across the street. Our room had several bugs which irritated my wife. Our room did not have a ceiling fan or air conditioning so it was warm and difficult to sleep on the late July evening we stayed there, even with the windows open. Breakfast was included but the selection was more limited than we're used to.

This was the most reasonably priced place in Telluride for our last minute decision to visit. It was very quiet, yet so central to the free gondola and downtown shops and restaurants. The grounds are well maintained. We would stay here again, hands down.

I would not recommend staying here. The staff was not friendly. Our room was expensive and awful. The windows did not lock; the carpet was stained. Other rooms had a window unit; ours did not, and the room was hot. The bathroom was terrible. The soap dispenser on the wall was missing, so I was given tiny bars of soap. The tub had stains, and there was no screen for the drain sink. Parking was awful too; there are not enough spots for the property. The walls are thin and the walkway is slippery.

The Victorian is very convenient if you want to park your vehicle and walk to town. It’s close to everything downtown. We did have a problem with our room that was quickly taken care of by management. Due to the great customer service I would definitely recommend a stay here.
