Property itself is outstanding and so is the location. One issue is that the pool staff are overly protective of the rules meaning they come up to families all around the pool and it can be conceived as rude

An excellent location in Grimaud. The staff were friendly and helpful. The accommodation is a great standard for the price and the grounds are well maintained. The pool is a decent size and was a great place to relax. It’s a short walk to the beach and also Port Grimaud. Lots of places to explore in the area and it’s easy to hire a bike nearby to explore nearby Saint Tropez and Saint Maxime. Highly recommend staying here and would stay again.

Les Parcs de Grimaud is pleasant on the whole. The apartment was bijou but sufficient for our needs. Cleanliness on arrival could have been better. Interior paintwork was tired after probably numerous family visits. The beautiful pool was impressive. The grounds were pleasant.

The location is alright. Cleanless is not good enough (to my standards). The beds are comfortable and the staff is incredibly helpful, all the girls at the reception are lovely. I'd recommend the place to whoever wants to save some cash and fit 4people in a studio for example. There is no aircon so keep that in mind in the summer.

Small rooms with no air con, though clean.
The staff can be really rude with no idea about customer service. Good location, close to the sea.

Its a lovely hotel with plenty of space around. The rooms are smaller than those on the picture though so it was a bit cramped for our family. Otherwise, we have enjoyed it very much.

We have caravanned for over 40 years in this area so this stay was completely different. It turned out to be much better than I had thought. The groundfloor appartment was perfect for us and, as we had our bicycles with us, the jourmey to buy provisions from the nearby shop was no problem. We did not use the car once during our stay but did cycle about 150 miles. The hotel is perfectly positioned for cycling once you get on the cycle track.

1- The most serious one is that after I made my reservation, I got the confirmation email from Hotels.com, it says that the reception is closed after 7 pm, and I need to inform them by phone. Before leaving Toulouse by car, I asked my hotel to call them and inform them that I will arrive at 9 pm, they replied with “no problem”! I arrived at 8:47 pm at the gate and it was closed. I tried to gate-ring the reception with no answer. I entered the next door hotel (SAME COMPANY) and they answered: “they are closed, try to reach somebody through the phone number in a card hanged on the wall”. Several cars arrived at the gate, called this number with no answer, and left. I tried too, with no answer. The only difference I tried also the phone number provided by the confirmation email, and after several attempts a lady answered. She told me to hold while she try to get information. After almost 20 min, she provided me with an access code and directed me to a safe box which contained my keys. We entered the room at 10:24 pm.
2- Rooms are very small. They say it will accommodate 5, its not true. 2 adults, and 2 kids at most and it will be very crowded.
3- The will hand you a sheet which will say “minimum housekeeping”. Well, believe them. Bed sheets will only be changed after 14 days. I know its hard to believe, however, just email them and they will reply with that info.
4- All rooms are NOT air-conditioned. They will provide a simple air fan against extra charge.

Staff welcoming. Had difficulty finding room in dark - lots of steps and trip hazards. Small double bedroom with hardly any room to get both sides. We had an apartment supposedly for 5 but only 1 bedroom so not suitable for taking children who would sleep in lounge/kitchenette.

Yesterday I returned from a fabulous 14 nights stay at this resort. Our apartment overlooked the Bay of St Tropez, I specifically asked for a good view for which you can pay 50 Euros extra to guarantee, well worth it! I booked a 6/7 person apartment for myself, my 4 year old son, 1 year old daughter and my parents. During our stay my brother joined us for 6 days, which worked out perfectly! The apartment isn't very large, but it certainly worked for us, after all, you spend most of your time on the beach or by the pool!
The park itself is beautifully maintained with lovely lush gardens, May/June is the right time of year to go as everything is in flower. The walk to the beach is 10/15 mins, you walk straight down through the campsite down the bottom where you find a nice not too big beach. This beach has quite a lot of little stones but my children didn't seem to mind.
We had a double bedroom, a small bedroom with bunk beds and there were two sofas in the lounge that turn into a single bed and a double bed. Everything was very clean and tidy. Freshly laundered towels, a tea towel, bed linen as well as plenty of duvets and pillows. There was a bottle of wine on arrival as well as a little box which contained dish cloths as well as a small bottle of washing up liquid and cleaning product plus 8 dishwasher tablets to get you going.
The resort is 1.5 hour from Nice airport by car. You can catch the Green Navette boat from Port Grimaud directly to St Tropez, well worth doing!!

arrived at 21.15 tired hot and hungry, couldnt get through the gate didnt know the code, no one at reception, finally got to room, no sheets, room not clean no towels, got them ourselves next morning. After this pleasant appartment lovely position close to Port Grimaud

There is no service to your room between check in and check out. You will not have your sheets changed or clean towels each day. It is adequate for the price compared to other places in the area.
