Needed to find a hotel close to a hospital where my daughter was having tests. This fit my needs perfectly. I had a room at the back, could park the car right in front of the door. It was very quiet. It is a short walk to Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall as well.

Front desk lady was very rude to multiple customers. Anwsered a call while helping me and told him well sir “I’ve been here 11 yrs so I know what I’m saying…” A little unneeded and not great service.

The staff is either very friendly or rude. Poor customer service and disrespect from 2 particular staff members is sad and uncalled for. Nothing is being done or will be done because I have expressed my experience, and nothing has been done.

The staff were great. Some of the guests were a bit raucous and needed to be told to leave in the early hours of the morning. Praise to the staff for that.

My stay was very good. I did book a premium room. The premium room is worth the extra few dollars. It is a shame that they now charge an extra fee for parking. $10.00 EVEN IF YOU HAVE FAMILY THAT VISITS ONLY FOR A FEW MIN,That just seems like gouging since there is ample space for parking. There is a rule if anyone comes to visit you in your room you have to have them show the front desk their ID and register them. Why?at better motels they do not do this.maybe if this motel would like to improve they might alter this rule? And the parking fee The pancake house that was right next to the motel was very good but very expensive. I had two eggs bacon coffee juice and three pancakes and the bill just for me was over $32.00. All in all a good experience at this motel. I have been a local customer to staycation here since the 80s and its always a good choice its just a shame that they have to price gouge on the little things, I was told an early check in at 1:45 would cost an extra $20.00. If the room is clean and available why not please your customer? I was told by the Motel customer service survey people that called me, that they charge this fee bc its a computer issue that they can not ckeck you in early do to the computer check in system. That is bull because the front desk girl was very sweet and did a one time fee waive for me.

I liked the price and the location BUT I did not like the customer service experience with an old lady with white hair that was somewhat rude and made a big deal because we payed $10 for parking in CASH. The room was okay but the bed was very small and uncomfortable. It was a non smoking room but it smelled kinda weird.

The cops where called multiple times both days I stayed there, prostitution ,violence, staff was very rude and this site is NOT pet friendly I will NOT stay here again

Really convenient location, easy parking, pool, small modest rooms. There is an amazing pancake restaurant right in the parking lot that's open for breakfast hours. Walking distance to fashion square.

I had to buy my own cleaning products to clean my room with the floors were black as a ace of spades I went to get a rag from the office and she informed me that it's not a rag it's a face cloth rude as ever

The room was nasty the floors were blacker than the road the walls had food all over them and I had to buy my own cleaning stuff to clean it half way decently because of the situation I was put in that was my only option... I asked for a rag and the lady said UM ITS A FACE CLOTHS NOT A RAG

This place is cheap and close to the mall, but the room smells like mop water, the air conditioning rattles off and on, the fridge or something near the fridge leaks, and the bedding/blankets are something out of a prison cell.

This is a conevenient location to many things in the area, which was great for my needs. I did not like that they charge $10 to park in the parking lot and you don't know this until you get there. Otherwise you park on the street. I have been traveling for a while and have lots of stuff with me so wasn't willing to take a chance parking on the street, even though the area seems safe.

The motel was very clean and so was the property. On the main road, walkable to the malls and downtown Scottsdale.(10 min walk) The pool was lovely and well maintained. Basic room which is to be expected for the price. Bed was comfortable. Only "negative" would be the air conditioner in the wall which is a little noisy. No hairdryer.
