Overall a great stay and staff were excellent 👌! No complaints! This was our 2nd stay here. Will be visiting again. Loved the jetted tub.

The room didn’t have a microwave. The carpet smelled and was old the tub was outdated and stained.

The front desk staff was great, but the bar was advertised to stay open until 1 am. When we came in from a concert intending on staying down for drinks, the bar was already closed at 10.30. We had to leave again just to find drinks because the casino refused us drinks unless we were playing but was not comp around asking for drink orders. When we went up to ask for one they were very rude about it.

The bar was supposed to stay open on Saturday night until 1. We came in from a concert at 10.30 and they were already closed. Then when trying to get a drink at the casino you had to play and wait for them to come around to you which was not very frequent. If you went to the fest they got mad because you asked for one.

The room an hotel were clean, Hotel & Casino staff were very friendly and helpful. We sprung for the room with the jetted tub an it didn’t disappoint. We ate a pizza at the casino/ hotel it was really good. Bonus free drinks while you’re in the casino.

I always like to get my room during a week nigh for price , seems I like they have coffee in rooms , and the cleaning ladies not real friendly I guess they don’t like a job ! Every one else was friendly

Restroom needed some updates. The fridge door didn’t want to open cause it was sitting on the floor. The door was dragging on the floor. This hotel is not kid friendly. They should just say 21 and over.

The carpet needs to be re done it was very nasty and the hotel room was very outdated and needs to be remodeled for the price come on it’s a casino and the rooms looks very ghetto

Way to expensive! Room smelled like mildew and cigarettes. More like I was sitting in an ashtray. It was a nonsmoking room. Was so gross I wouldn’t even take a shower there. I was sick from the smell and had to get out of there. Checked out at 9am and went to another hotel. Will never stay here again!

It listed a buffet at boomtown and it was closed down, the casino itself was old and machines were broke, we will not be going back..

I arrived to check-in about 5pm. My room was very hot. 3 hrs later still hot. Called the front desk. Took 2 more phone calls to get someone up to check. 10pm told to wait for an hour or two then call if still not cool. Midnight waiting again. 2 am moved to another room. I was disappointed that it took so long and so much to rectify this situation.

The air conditioner did not work .when we got there it was off and hot so we thought it needed time to cool we left and didn't come back from night on the town till 2 am and it was burning hot the front desk said they couldn't do anything because it was so late on top of it I couldn't use the Jacuzzi it was to hot and there was roaches on and couldn't watch TV the color was super dark and no settings to change it. It was ugh horrible manager was supposed to call me I want a complimentary room or my money back

Had a hard time checking in at the front desk , After Room Being paid for ahead of time .. Room we were placed in was 502 .. on the 5th floor where there was no running water the whole day ..I was told that maintenance was going up to fix it but no one showed up. I Did not receive another room till the next day When i had to re ask the front desk .. And wasnt happy with the casino due to closure at 3 am Where the casino security was rude and threw my mother in law out cussing her out without any explanations with it being my first time at boomtown i will NEVER return

It is a great place for the week day ! Our stay was good! They room was clean, coffee in room, and on first floor! Tell 11 am , candy bar on first floor for late night snack! Over it’s a find spot for a stay! People are friendly and the boat has free drinks!

No frills hotel. Older, not updated, and cleaning didn’t seem to get it all. Pool is adult only and no kids arcade, so not so kis friendly.

We stayed here for one night in the King/Jacuzzi suite. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The jacuzzi tub had some issues with gettingbstarted but after a while of pressing the button it worked. The walls were very thin and we could hear the neighbors conversations, playing music, and partying. The room suited us well for the one night, if we ever go back to Louisiana and stay at Boomtown I would probably request a room next to some elderly's so we can get some better sleep.

Only disappointment is no microwave inside their rooms other than that it was very clean, enjoyed the jacuzzi inside the room.
