The townhouse was very large and comfortable. The place was very clean and was great that you were able to use the omni pool! Great value !

I’m one that never leaves a bad review but this property needs a total make over. The unit was not only outdated but the musty smell was overwhelming.

The townhome we stayed in was very nicely appointed as well as clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that for the price we paid, I was expecting to be able to easily walk to the lifts.

I imagine your experience might vary, based on the townhouse you get. The townhomes owners rent them out, but conditions will vary owner to owner. Our townhouse was a bid dated and run down. Ripped couches covered with throws, many light bulbs out, so a bit dark. Not cleaned so great. Hornets nest on porch (thanks Andy for getting rid of that). Coronavirus also affected the stay as there was no housekeeping (not notified in advance). If you needed anything (towels) you had to call the hotel. But the understaffed hotel rarely answered at the front desk, so you had to drive to the hotel. Front desk people at hotel were friendly and accommodating. Overall 4 out of 10.

Condo was spacious and clean with all the essentials. Nothing really extra but had what was needed.

Excellent and comfortable accommodations in Bretton Woods.

Nice facilities, right near the Omni (the iconic Bretton Woods locale), with full access to Omni facilities (it's owned by the same people). Also extremely close to Mt. Washington cog railway.
This would be a good place for a multi-night stay for a large group. We were a couple just there overnight (we booked here only because the Omni itself was booked up), so we were overhoused (two extra, unused bedrooms). It was clean, spacious, and pleasant, though not necessarily luxurious (felt a bit like staying in an upper-mid range cabin).
Only complaint was service. You have to drive down the road to a separate office (attached to another Omni satellite property) to check in and check out. While you have reserved parking spaces at the townhomes, the signs are nearly impossible to make out if you arrive after dark. We were also told to go to the wrong unit (a real discomfort when you're stuck outside on a frigid fall night in New Hampshire and have to drive back to the office) and only learned we were in the wrong place when our key wouldn't fit in the door.

What I didn’t like was. I thing was explained to us at check in about how the property operates with shuttles to the main hotel etc! Also the townhouse kitchen counters had food stuck to them and the beds were horrible! Rug in bedroom was all stained! Was promised 3 king beds and was only two kings and two twins!

We loved the condo we stayed in. It was well furnished and contained everything we could need. We were there during a fierce heat wave and the units are not air conditioned. Proximity to things to do was exceptional. I was a bit taken back that a resort fee was added to our bill. Though we were supposed to be able to use restaurants, etc at the Omni hotel, it was difficult to get reservations. We ate one night at the Inn and could not get a reservation until 8:30 at night. When we arrived the restaurant wS 3/4 empty and we were seated at the worst table in the place. Servers were great, prices were high and I would not return to that restaurant again. The stay was enjoyable, the weather was great , the cog railroad was fun. I’d definitely go back to Bretton Woods.

While the townhouse was conveniently located near the mountain, the overall condition was not great. The decor was very dated and it did not have modern comforts. Kitchen was fully equipped but had old appliances and living room furniture was really uncomfortable, making it hard to relax after a long day of skiing. Shuttle to mountain was nice and access to Mt. Washington hotel was a plus.

Great views, well stocked with everything you need, but beds were not comfortable and master bedroom had uncovered window so we woke earlier than we wanted!

Very nice area, but also very expensive. I am not sure if it is worth the price. There is NOT many shops around there, so if you are to stay a few days, you need to do your shopping aheadSaying that, it is full of nature and very relaxing.

We anticipated that this was a holiday home being rented as hotel accomodation, however the condition of the property was poor, with stained carpets, no facilities and far too many personal belongings to make us feel comfortable. The property serious needs an update in decor for the price being charged and certainly didnt live up to the pictures displayed and narrative included on Expedia. The worst point was the fact that the previous occupants rubbish hadnt been removed including dirty diapers, although the previous users shouldnt have dumped these out on the balcony. The staff dealt with this swiftly but the damage had been done. For the price paid, we were extremely disappointed in the property and if we had had options we would have found alternative accomodation.

These are privately owned townhouses. The unit was nice and comfortable. We couldn't check in before 4PM. The outside ski locker was locked and a key wasn't available (we were told that if the owner doesn't provide a key we can't use it). So we had to keep the skiis inside. The shuttle service was great - <3-5 mins from when we called and they were there to take us to the resort or the hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights in October 2014. This is not a hotel but rather an apartment. Very comfortable and roomy. Fully equipped. it wasn't cheap but as we were two couples (the unit includes two bathrooms) it turned out reasonable. Well located. Clearly recommended.

The pictures on Expedia website looked nice. The condo was very different: old, ugly, not very clean, and not in good conditions. I was expecting much more for the price.

The condo was well equipped & we did enjoy it but we thought it was part of Omni Bretton Woods not a separate identity, the web site is very confusing. Our only bad experience was upon arrival I went to the main arrival area at the front of Bretton Woods & to inquire if this was the check in place for the Bretton Woods Cottages & door man who looked like he was in charge of the valet staff told me he didn't know what I was talking about. I found out shortly by going to the only other complex in the huge metropolis of Crawford Notch that the cottages are indeed connected to Bretton Woods Hotel. The doorman I encountered should be given lessons in 1. customer attitude, 2. the amenities of the hotel including the cottages and thirdly that talking down to people should not be tolerated. I will add that commendations should be extended to your bar staff at the lounge & especially the shuttle drivers, Fred was great, who made up for the manager of the valet services.

The staff who operate the Lodge also operate the Townhouses. They are EXCELLENT and SO helpful. The staff in the main hotel has been getting weaker and weaker ever since OMNI took it over. I still love the main hotel but I do find myself repeatedly disappointed by the staff's unwillingness or inability to think outside the box. (and I am not talking extremes, just common sense) Also the girl in the coffee shop/sweet shop put a puss on when I paid her for the coffees with a credit card. It was bizarre. A hotel of this caliber should have complimentary coffee and tea anyway.
OMNI needs to take this place seriously and get into the mindset of classy bohemian elegance...because this is a hikers mecca but we still know how to dress and dine.

when we arrived to the townhouse to our surprise it had no air conditioning system. that was not advertised. Had we know we might have decided otherwise. Nonetheless the apartment was in mint conditions, cleaned and very nice. We understood that daily maid service was included and although there was an envelop for a tip, no one came, not even to pick up the trash. which by the way no instructions were given as to where to dispose of it. We would stay again but never in summer, maybe in a more cooler time of the year.

Not as pictured - the condo you do rent will be one level with one bedroom with 2 twin beds and the other with one full bed. No leather furniture on the views as shown. However was very clean. The beds were very dissapointing and need to be updated especially in the master bedroom.

As the title said, it is a great choice if you are accompanied by 4+ people. The place is extremely convenience: being very close to the ski area, walking distance to a fantastic restaurant, shuttle services all day long. I love the fire place in the living room. The townhome is very spacy.

The three bed rood townhouse was very clean and that went a long way with my wife! The master bedroom had a 12 foot slider to a common deck with the living room that had an unobstructed view of Mount Washington, it was spectacular. The master bedroom had its own bathroom. The other two bedrooms shared a common bathroom. The combination living dining kitchen area was perfect for our 8 person group and we've decided to make it an annual vacation - it was that nice. Our unit was a second floor but the stairs were a low rise and easily managed. The outside deck facing the presidential range also had a gas grill. There were plenty of towels (more available if needed), blankets, pots and pans to make you feel at home. We will return to this unit.
