The location is excellent -- close to Perth and Fremantle.
Noisy room on the highway. The apartment was large, but shabby.

The quiet, soft bed and clean sheets
Toilet getting a bit old
4.0
Convenient location and good size family room with full fridge and kitchen.
1.5
The room was clean and well maintained. Access to the rooms was easy. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
Room doors slamming all night and talking/yelling. There was no aircon in the bedroom. It was very hot in the bedroom. The one aircon in the living area didn't reach the bedroom. There was no fan either.

The location is good and having a pool in the heat of summer is great. The apartment is clean, beds are comfortable; the location is great for us and we stay here regularly. Free parking is great, even if it is not all in the shade or under cover.
The property is an old property and some areas look tired and jaded. There are no sharp knives provided in the apartments (policy) which is a pain when you are self catering. We stay regularly and know to bring our own. Parking can be a premium.

It had a kitchenette
The kitchenette did not have a sharp knife, the 2nd bedroom did not have air conditioning, there were some pretty dodgy characters hanging around.

Very good location. Staff good.
Room not 3.5 star, probably 2 star. Room was dusty and out dated.
Very loud fighting noise with other guests overnight.

Location was excellent. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants and Woolworths. Staff member went beyond generosity in helping my family arrive to a wedding on time. Another staff member helped locate my fathers wallet. Great wonderful and helpful staff. Loved the shower. Coffee & cooking facilities plus fridge was helpful.
I thought spa bath and toilet could had been cleaned better. It needs a good scrubbing for inbedded dirt; use bathroom magic eraser pad to do so plus gumption. Shower curtain is too long. Lighting in bathroom dim. Spruce up the waking hallways needs a good power wash.
Noisy people arriving early hours of morning need to keep in mlnd everyone can hear you, my room facing carpark, interrupted sleep two nights in row after long haul international flight- draining!

Location was near to where we had to meet others for an exhibition. Were able to book taxis at the reception. A lift was available to use when we had our luggage instead of using the stairs. Close to shops and food outlets.
No complaints.

Self contained unit, parking undercover.
Strong stale cigarette smell in room.

This is a great little spot. It's close to public transport. It's the perfect central location for going in any direction to see Fremantle, Perth, Mandurah or Midland, Swan valley. The manager is very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are large and comfortable. I hesitate in giving a good review in case there's no rooms available for when I visit. Pool for warmer weather, pubs and takeaway within walking distance.

Location
Room was old and outdated. Table had marks and was peeling. Weird smell.

The room was clean and the receptionist when I booked in was lovely.
The front door glass was cracked, the bedside light was broken, the toilet dripped and the kitchenette tap was in disrepair.

The staff were friendly
Air conditioning/heating didn’t work room smelt fan broken in bathroom was freezing wifi didn’t work shower plumbing loud

Easy access to my meeting in Apple Cross. Great restaurants in the area.
I'm not sure you actually comply with the health code expecting guests to wash their own cutlery, crockery and glass ware. There is no way to ensure the last guest did not contaminate the items in the cupboard. There is no proof of a food safe and hygienic process having been completed ensuring the next guest will not contract something from a previous guest. I work with hotels, hospitals and restaurants to develop food safe practices. This would not be an acceptable practice in any licensed food premises. Imagine going to a restaurant and being expected to wash the table ware that you used then leaving it for the kitchen staff to use when plating the next meal. Not Good.

Close to shops and restaurants.
Bed was so uncomfortable, room was sprayed so much with pest control and could barley sleep. Noise from the highway all night so loud.

Location was excellent for purpose of our visit, quick and convenient distance from freeway & also from event at South of Perth yacht club.
The loudness of the bathroom fan was only thing I found annoying.

The spa bath was nice as was the girl at reception. She went above and beyond. An exceptional people person.
The first night I couldn't sleep because of the all night party by a football team who were staying there.
The receptionist on site was afraid for her own safety when a drunken football player started knocking on her door in the middle of the night. There was no security of any kind and that needs to be remedied.
Possibly install a snack or drinks machine in the pool area for patrons.

Room was spacious and comfy and clean. Stove, appliances were good. Right on Canning highway, really close to city.
Lighting a dim and shower curtain short leading to wet bathroom floor.

I asked for a tax receipt so I could claim expenses through work. I was sent a normal reciept that didn’t have correct information on it. When I asked for reciept with ABN number ect I was told they can’t send me one. Disappointing. It’s not that hard.
As above …
