Hotel is old, it was cold and the heater didn’t work, the blanket is super thin, they give you two tiny pillows like children size. We were cold and uncomfortable to sleep. The breakfast operation is a mess, literally. Dirty, messy, and trash everywhere. However, the staffs at the front desk are very nice.

Room 217..bathroom was disgustingly . Tub bottom was nasty along with edge around faucet area. Silver covers around toilet paper were stained with water spots and whatever! 2 occupants and only I chair to sit it. Lamps were covered in dust. Overall, very dirty room

The condition of the property and room were not the best. The fridge was not functioning. They replaced it when we called front desk. We also found a small roach in the bathroom. The front desk sent someone to spray. The next morning we found 2 more small roaches. Yikes!!! The curtains and drapes were dirty and the carpet had stains. Definitely not a good place! Staff was friendly and receptive to the concerns.

The hotel was not very good. The place needs to be upgraded and better maintained. The drapes and curtains in the room were dirty there were stains in the carpet and did not looked clean. We found a roach. The next day maintenance person sprayed but we found two more small roaches. The first day the fridge did not work but it was replaced the next day. Not a good place. The staff was very nice, receptive and friendly.

This hotel was horrible carpeting was very old and dirty..front desk woman had a very bad attitude all weekend ask for an extra blanket made the woman very unhappy.. guess cause she had to go and get it very thin blanket so asked for another she denied me of getting it guess she thinks someone wants to steal the crappy blanket.. first morning went to hand the maid my wet towels she says just drop in front of the door she did not give any new towels waited all day went to front desk woman argued with me that the maid had went to my room with clean towels nope she didn’t.. nobody wants to steal those Barbie doll towels so tiny.. so my trash didn’t get taken out either no extra trash bags either no big trash cans in the hallway so no place to empty my can now mind you we had 3 people in our room the bathtub didn’t drain water was up to my leg water pressure was none 20 minutes to get the soap out of my hair.. bathtub was gross I’ve seen cleaner ones at truck stops..I will never stay at Country inn and suites again

Wouldn't recommended at all. Old. Outdated. Not clean. Bed smells. Pillows smells. Walls and floors not clean. Water pressure and temperate are awful. Uncomfy bed. Stained towels. Bad quality tv. After checking in not even 2 hours later we checked right out. Found a hotel that was much better and cheaper and way cleaner, friendlier service. Wouldn't recommended to my worst enemy. I'd recommended spending any amount of money to go absolutely anywhere else to sleep peacefully.

The hotel's proximity was the only thing we liked, other than that, the premises is too old and outdated. The room was musty and dirty, the carpet felt sticky and the AC hardly cooled the room. The bed was lumpy and tge pillows were basically empty pillowcases. I found more than stain on the bed sheets and a few burn marks and ripped areas. Per other reviews seems like its a known problem and yet not corrected. All in all, would not stay there again.

Absolutely awful experience. There was no hot water in the hotel. It was lukewarm. Nothing could be done about it. There were bugs in our room. The shower form was slimy and without hot water they could not have done very much to clean. When we first came in, the smell of cleaning fluid was so overwhelming that we had to leave everything open, including the door for almost 2 hours before we could breathe inside. There were little things like the fact that there was no regular coffee in the room. Only decaf and the fact that the blanket had been burned so badly that there were jagged edges sticking out. Apparently the manager knew that because he told me it happened when his dryer overheated but the fact was it felt like there was something scratching me or biting me the whole time at night and it took until morning to realize what was going on. Unfortunately, after having seen the bugs I thought that it was bugs and I was just disgusted with the whole trip as we got our room through hotels.com points. There was nothing that they were willing to do about it.

Been here before but this last stay was not something we remembered from previous. The cleanliness of the room and the hot tub was bad. The hot tub had black particles that came out of the jets and the comforter had multiple holes and when I asked about it I was told the holes were from the dryer.

Pillows sucked! They need new pillows. We had a king bed that had the smallest and lumpiest pillows I’ve ever tried to sleep on at a hotel. The staff were friendly however I think they were short handed. Took a while to get someone to the front desk. She looked to be cleaning. Not something I would expect front desk personnel to be doing.

The hotel waa nice and it was in a convenient area, close the attractions. The issues were found in the rooms, the bed sheets smelled as if they werent dried properly, the rooms carpets were extremely durty to the point you could feel them sticky as you walked on them. The room we got had some mold stains in the bathroom shower. The A/c was Ice COLD which was great after a day in the hot FL heat.The breakfast which was complementary was great also!

Check in was smooth and easy. Location easy to get in/out. Close to historic area 5 minute drive. Had a king size bed with pullout couch. Room smelled very clean decent sized. Breakfast included was also nice. Bed was very squishy if you like that. Pillows a little too squishy for my liking. Negatives would be whoever installed shower arm from wall did so crooked. Causing the shower head to face the wall. Made showering a bit difficult. Had to basically lean against the wall to get full effects of the shower. Also need to defrost mini fridge’s occasionally. Our freezer was so frozen over that the fridge door wouldn’t close. Couldn’t really put anything inside and expect it to stay cold. There are parts of hotel that could definitely use some updates but nothing that would cause me to not stay again. Thank you.

I'm just going to start by saying: 1. All the rugs and floors are dirty from the moment you enter the hotel. 2. The front door is broken and doesn't work. 3. All the mirrors in the bathroom and in the room are dirty, with toothpaste and other nasty stuff on the bathroom mirror. 4. The power went out and they don't have any backup, like a power generator or something like that. We spent more than 3 hours without service and they didn't want to cancel my reservation without charging me for one night. All this happened on the first night. 5. All the A/C ducts are very dirty with dust that you can see hasn't been cleaned for a while. 6. Speaking of safety, the rear door is supposed to open with the key they gave us, but it didn't work. That back door is always open no matter what time it is, and the side door is always locked and didn't work with the key. 7. For check-in, we had to wait more than 15 minutes to be attended to because the receptionist was resolving an issue. After that, she came out wearing disposable gloves like a janitor (nothing wrong with that, but it was a bad representation for a front desk attendant). 8. For the next one, really, I'm going to try to avoid these kinds of hotels because it is not a hotel. This is a cheap motel.

Simply horrible. The room was extremely dirty from the carpets to the bathroom. The room felt and smelled damp as well as the sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa was worn out which caved in the middle. The bathroom door was so dirty with stains. The shower head had green stains as well as the tub. The hair dryer had someone hair on it. The floor mat looked like it was for an unkempt dog. The power was out when we arrived and the entire place smelled horrible. The carpets were very stained and damp feeling. Thanks Expedia for not allowing me to change hotels. Don’t stay here. Forgot the swimming pool and hot tub was dirty.
