I was worried that it would be noisy because there were a lot of industrial vehicles there but it was nice and quiet. The restaurant had good home-cooked meals.

The staff are exceptional. I’ve never been this far away from home by myself, and right from the start they made me feel welcome and safe. If I’m ever back in Grande Prairie, I won’t stay anywhere else.

This is a nice hotel. It is aging and showing that a bit. The rooms were clean and spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. Just two downsides. One is that it is a trucker stop so the area around the hotel was littered and needs some attention. The second is thst all the big rig trucks around it run all night long and it was quite noisy. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Close to highway. Front facing room experiences noise. Breakfast is a long walk to other side of building with a not-so-great breakfast. Staff was very friendly. Room was neat.

we had asked for two rooms side by side, we flew in and arrived at about 6 so I guess that is why they couldn't do that. It all worked out anyway.

Booked due to it’s 3.8/5 rating. Disappointed. Starting to get run down. Duct tape on the carpet in the second floor hallway - vanity pulling away from wall in bathroom. Right beside the highway. Very loud room air conditioner woke me up every 30 minutes or so.....I guess you get what you pay for.....The breakfast “buffet” included in the price might have been the most greasiest, tasteless morning food ever. Pancakes, waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage on a steam table in the Husky Truck Stop next door. Not great.

The first room I was given was on the bottom floor with a door to the outside. It was more appropriate for people with a pet, or people who needed to go outside for a smoke. However, it was not appropriate for me (non-smoker and no pet). I requested going to a room on a different floor, and they accommodated me, which I am thankful for.

I had booked the wrong room and they were excellent in changing me to the right room! We have stayed with Ramada in Clairmont before and enjoyed our stay! We are staying in Creston at a Ramada in August and hope it will be as good!
