The stay was ok. The furniture is out dated. The curtains had stains. The bed skirt was stained. The oceanfront was beautiful. I saw a couple of roaches.

The property is beautiful and clean right at the beach. The staff are nice. It is close to neighborhood Walmart, McDonald's and other restaurants on King Street few blocks away. Check in and out was very fast. Free parking was great. On the ocean boulevard about a mile from the family amusement park. They offer coupons to restaurants and amusement parks in town. We didn't use any of the coupons due to our previous schedule. My kids love their stay

The staff at the front desk are on their toes. I had such a great stay, I extended by two days, then again by 2 days. It was fairly quiet. I could hear the neighbor snoring. Either they were loud, or the walls are “thin”. The pools were clean and clear, the beach access was nice and the condo I rented was decorated beautifully.

This is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. It was more of an apartment not a hotel room. Extremely clean and staff were very friendly and efficient. Great drinks and food at Scooby's. This is the only place I will stay when I visit Myrtle Beach !!!!! Loved it !!!!

We stayed in 1904 which was a 2 bedroom. It is very outdated and the carpet smelled from dampness. The master bedroom carpet was damp probably because of the sliding doors to the balcony. There is a sign that says do not leave door open which can cause dampness but I guess people dont listen. There was black mold by the vent in the master bath. Each condo is independently owned so you dont know what you're going to get. Parking was challenging because the garage was tight especially when everyone drives a truck or SUV. The ocean view was amazing so that saves this review.

Our only issue was if you needed housekeeping, it took several calls before they came.The room we had was like a condo, which was exactly what we needed and wanted. The view was amazing

Very good stay. Room and bathroom were large. Balcony was very nice, with a great view. Everything was clean. Staff was friendly. I've stayed at some shotty hotels in Myrtle Beach, and this was not one of them. Very happy with the trip.

Great room. Full-size kitchen and living room. I do not remember the listing saying it had an in room washer and dryer which was very welcomed! The lazy river was …small and many, many unsupervised children were running into people in the pool area slipping and falling. Not the job of the hotel but calls had to be made at 11:00 PM about the kids next door yelling and running into the walls outside of the documented quiet time of 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. Multi-floored Parking garage is tight to maneuver and just takes time and patience. Overall A- and will definitely return.

I was having extreme anxiety being pregnant and reading through the past experiences. However, it was marvelous in the condos. Our family enjoyed amenities and will definitely be returning. The staff and management even went above and beyond to add a day and even give us a discounted rate from what we were told the previous night seeing that we had booked through a third party. All in all, a great place to stay. You can tell the staff and team work very hard to ensure the guest have a great time. If you have kids, they will make friends and that’s all we cared about.

Family vacation stayed 5 days and we had a blast! We had the penthouse and we all loved how spacious it was. Really wish we could've had a vacuum in our room as no one stopped in all week. The space could use some hooks to hang beach towels and shower towels up as the bar in the bathroom kept falling and the shower curtain rod felt as if that would fall if we had used it. The use of recreational smoking was a bit much even my kids asked why it smelled so much. The beach was clean and not too crowded and they loved the lazy river. We skipped the arcade was only like 5 games.

I would rate this property 7/10 it was great clean safe amazing space 4 beds in a one bedroom one couch bed one Murphy bed two queen beds I just didn’t like we got one parking pass so we had to pay $20 a day for mini mart across the street and not a fan of the building being so old with no renovations or nothing for all that money.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom oceanfront condo. It was a good location, walkable to putt putt and some shops. There is an ice cream place in the bottom which was nice. The kitchen wasn’t stocked well for a family - no measuring cups, no scissors. They did have plenty of plates and cups. Bring your own paper products and salt! We had a great time for a beach vacation.

Our room was great! Beautiful, clean & view was amazing! Was very disappointed though in the trash laying around the property, we recognize that it is the people not the resort’s fault - just disappointed! Slices of pizza, trash & just messy around the place!
