Hotel had no amenities. No fridge, no microwave, no kettle, no tissues and no hand towels. No hair dryer. They had some shaving device from decades ago. Only offered one bath towel per guest. Had to go to the lobby to get an additional towel to use as hand towel. Beds are child size and only had one pillow. We were in a room next to cleaning services so we were woken up every morning by 7 am by rolling carts. Room had clear damage and what looked like mold in bathroom. AC vents were also disgusting. The security latch on the door was missing. Bus is shared with three other hotels so it was a battle to get on it after the parks. Ended up taking Ubers back. You’re better off paying a little more and staying somewhere else.

Terrible hotel , whilst I understand the hotel can advise that they do not encourage families to take food from breakfast . I don’t believe they should be ‘policing it ‘ I witnessed families ready to start there day in Disneyland being stopped searched and stripped off the few croissants they had taken for there kids .
Awful behaviour from staff who probably just ruined the start of a families special day

Very basic room and cold. Heating is non existent.
Lots of amenities on sight and helpful staff. Shuttle back and for parks are great even if the picking up time was just a matter of wait n see what turns up.
Lovely hotel but rooms need work

Great hotel
The amount of ammenties in reception is some of the best I have ever seen. Has a Starbucks inside too
The shop was great and they literally was everything you can think of for sale
Room super clean - the only problem was the toilet flusher did not work properly!

Good location with free bus route to Disneyland. Decent size room with good facilities. Starbucks, bar, gift shop and little play area. My little one loved the animal arra! Breakfast was fine but same menu offered daily and limited. Happy with our stay.

A great cheap alternative, with breakfast included.

This hotel is old, and not looked after. there was no hot water for a 2 days, room was dirty, toilet blocked and took them 2 days to repair. staff where rude and super unhelpful, The staff don’t like the British at all. Steer clear,

Exactly what we needed after a day at Disney.

They have this odd breakfast rule where you can't bring a bag to the breakfast area, it's very strange, it's like the staff are always watching you to make sure you don't steal the croissants! Like, we're grown adults, we can bring bags where we want! They also wanted to charge us E15 an hour for early check in. On the plus side, the staff did a great job of cleaning the room everyday and it's close to Disneyland and main train station into Paris

Nice hotel, not far from the parks, buses very busy even out of peak period, due to amount of hotels served. Expensive parking, which i felt was unreasonable. Breakfast choice was good, but the staff were a bit on the rude side. Air con was welcome!

I have stayed here about 5 or 6 times and the staff are so friendly and helpful. It's clean and convenient and the bus to and from Disney Village are regular and reliable. I wouldnt stay anywhere else.

We booked the accommodation to visit Disneyland Paris. The accommodation made a very run-down impression. The rooms as well as the exterior of the building had major defects. The breakfast offered a solid selection of different pastries. The bathroom in the rooms is no longer up to date. They should be upgraded and renovated in a timely manner.

Like anyone else we stayed in this hotel for 3 nights to enjoy our Disneyland Paris trip. Rooms are cosy, old fashioned but most important the air conditioning was not working at all. After requests, I was advised to switch on just fan, terrible. Moving to their staff- very arrogant. They feel like everyone in the hotel came to rob/ steal stuff😂, trust me really annoying and the hotel should seriously think about this for future. Key things to note, if you are family, ALL should go together for breakfast else you will not get seats together, you have to leave your bags etc in room before you go for breakfast, the hotel thinks you came to steal their useless and horrible breakfast stuff in your bags😂😂, so bad thinking. Lastly, my son had fever and I requested for extra 30 min before check out to get his shower and finish packing, I was asked €30 ..what the last you could expect from their staff. Certainly I am not coming here next, but sharing these facts to help you plan well

The property is very convenient to Disney and the shuttle bus was brilliant albeit crowded!!! However the reception staff were not particularly friendly and when we went to order a taxi the man was particularly rude and the taxi was excessively overpriced.

Very dated. More like a youth hostel than a luxury hotel
Breakfast was shocking. Not much choice and staff very unfriendly

I was not allowed to sit in the bar area in the reception area without having a drink and was asked to leave if I was drinking anything. I was not allowed to enter the restaurant with a backpack. I was told that it posed a security risk. Even though I wanted to hand over my backpack to them, they did not accept it and asked me to leave the restaurant. It was very rude behavior. Moreover, even though I paid for the hotel before I left, they later tried to deduct the same amount from my credit card 3 times.

We’re given a room on arrival, went to the room and someone was in it! Went back and was given a second room and the same thing happened!! Couldn’t believe it and didn’t feel happy leaving stuff in our room in case they gave someone else one room key

I enjoyed staying at this property, I have stayed here before and I will stay here again.
The staff in the restaurant for dinner were lovely. The buffet dinner is a good price, not a massive amount of choice but its very reasonable.
It is great they run a free shuttle bus to the parks HOWEVER it serves 4 other hotels, so it does get very busy. This isnt the hotels fault at all but just an observation and a warning for those who plan to use an off site partner hotel.
If you are looking for somewhere to stay on a budget, I highly recommend this hotel.

We have travelled to this hotel in group, annually, for over 12 years. This will be our last. The hotel seems to have gone on a huge cost cutting mission. The receptionist on our arrival just breathed heavily and sent us to the other desk cause she couldn't handle a 4room check-in. The room is now bare, other than the bed, a shower gel and a sanitary bag that if used on the first night then it will never be replaced. The warm breakfast is cold and disgusting. The Indian lady at the b'fast room is probably the rudest person to ever work in a hotel. You are treated as a thief the minute you step in for b'fast. If your handbag happen to be a small lady backpack than you have to leave it with the staff outside. My 4 year old was walking with a half eaten crossaint while on our way out, again the same lady asked her to either eat the rest of it on the spot or to throw it away. Unbelievable is not enough to describe. The only plus is the shuttle and proximity to disney. Other than that, the hotels on the same street might cost a couple more euros but are much superior and guests are treated with respect. Campanile your crazy measures just costed you a regular group of customers and probably many others that we meet on our stay with similar complains.

Practical and convenient for Disneyland but don't expect luxuries. Staff is great and always happy to help

Convent to visit Disney,
However safe did not work room very crammed no kettle, telephone to call office,
Had to ask for replacement towels and toiletries

Staff very pleasant and as was only for 3 nights was suitable but wouldn’t recommend for weeks break if visiting disney/paris
Free shuttle bus is carnage so be prepared

Very convenient budget option for Disneyland Paris decent value with a good buffet breakfast included. Our room was immaculately clean but smelt strongly of residual cigarette smoke which was unpleasant. The heating is dodgy and difficult to control. Basic furnishings and TV channels. Cheap pillows. The breakfast staff were lovely and the shuttle was great and runs until late. Bar is like an amusement arcade and had kids running around.
1.5
The room was ok, but one of the towels had a stain.
Since we were on the room next to the stairs, there was a lot of noise in the morning and at night, the staff tried to move us upon complaining, but only room available was in the same conditions (next to the stairs)

This was a great basic style accommodation with a handy free shuttle bus to Disneyland Paris. The room was perfect for what we needed which was a place to lay our head after a long day at the psrks. The bed was extremely comfortable. Towels were changed daily and bed made. The only thing we missed in the room was tea and coffee facilities... something to think about Hotel Campanile. Would use this hotel again for future visits to Disneyland Paris

Stayed for couple nights in hotel, staff were friendly and polite. Farm was great for kids and facilities were good families and clean room

As a grandmother travelling alone to meet my family who were staying in a Disney Hotel it was a perfect location without the extra expense of the themed hotels. A nice clean hotel. Helpful staff and plentiful breakfast buffet to start the day. Shuttle buses into Disneyland made getting from A to B very easy. Would recommend

Cleaning could be a little bit better. No outlets next to the beds. Hard beds.

Great stay, basic but comfortable. Friendly ataff!

Hotel excellent & busy with good breakfast in the morning being competitively priced until you add on the car parking fees e15 / night you need to factor this in if driving there a bit of a hidden cost to me when you check other hotels in the area with free car parking and one inclusive price🤔

Ladder for bunk beds broken. Only attached on one side. Bathroom door too big for door frame. Would not shut. Toilet did not flush.
Food disgusting. Breakfast very disappointing. Hot foot all cold and greasy. No butter for bread. Very like school canteen set up. Will not be returning.

Loved the petting farm on-site and my daughter loved meeting the mascots. Countryside feel. Loved the shuttle bus. Nice big family room staff friendly and helpful.

It was a good place to rest your head. We didnt have breakfast included so i didnt try it. However there were signs saying no bags to be taken into the restaurant which i understand is so you dont take the food out and into the parks, but all the sister hotels allow it. Also i had a horrid surprise of parkingcharges which I wasn't aware of of €15 per day.

Overall it was a decent stay, rooms basic but clean, beds made every day and new towels given. Breakfast was awful, it was that bad that I only had it twice in the 5 nights I stayed there. Everything was cold, the sausages, bacon, potatoes, beans, crepes, pancakes....not one but of it was remotely warm. It was convenient for a stay at Disney with the shuttle coming very frequently throughout the day though the shuttle was very very busy but that's not the hotels fault, it served 3 other hotels.

After staying in the campanile i was möre than dissapointed with almost everything with the exception of the bar staff. Whilst we were there a guest badly cut their foot on loose floor flags and the blood was still visible 2 days later. I raised the problem with 2 members of staff and still nothing done. The canteen is not good, chaos and stressful with the food being well below par with the exception of the pasteries and yogurts. I could recomend a number of significant improvements that could be made to improve but i am not sure they would be interested given the poor response to safety that i witnessed whilts i was there. Just to say the bar staff were great Marriane was superb very friendly and welcoming. Campanile you can do better to with a little effort and imagination.
