Very clean and spacious rooms! We loved the Goldmine Restaurant on site! Friendly service! Great view of The Sphere off of our balcony! Excellent location for walking to The Sphere and The Strip! A great trip!

Nice hotel. Definitely has gone downhill. We’ve stayed there the past four years. This year there was no house keeping. Not even to take our trash out. We had to walk it down to the dumpster ourselves or pay a $25 fee. The cost has gone up substantially each year and we continue to get less and less

We only stayed one night and did not explore much of the property but had a good stay. The room and property were nice and we liked the location. The room was clean and ready. Overall it looked like the room was ready to be updated and things looked worn, but still kept clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Great stay but Breakfast was crappy. There is a restaurant at property where you can get $30 credit towards your breakfast - that’s the “included breakfast” means. $30 for a family is not enough and quality of food was not good. Service was horrendous, rude staff.
Hotel is good otherwise, location, quality etc.

Everything is amazing about this property! It has everything you need if you don't want to go into the city. Everything was easy to navigate. We loved the spa and pool. The restaurant had very delicious food. Love the market place as well, for all your grocery needs.

Very comfortable. The robes and pillows were not the greatest, but luckily I brought my own. The kitchen was well-stocked. We had everything we needed. Great fireplace.

Do not leave anything behind , no one knows where to find your lost .Not in reception ,lost & found or concierge.
Also there is no one in the house keeping department.

Charles at the front desk is terrific - friendly and attentive. Staff was great everywhere I wandered. Location is tops if you are going to the Sphere. Daniel is very nice guarding the back entrance. Thanks, Everyone!

The room was plenty spacious and just right for our group of 5. We had problems with the air conditioner but it was quickly fixed. Pools and the bar/grill were great! Service was overall good except one staff sharing there wasn’t a hot tub and then discovering there was. Thanks!

Good situation. Stuff was friendly and check-in go quickly.

Great location and the pool was not overly crowded!

It's not on the strip, but it's a good location if you don't mind a little walking. Excellent access to the Sphere, as it's literally directly connected off of the NE corner. The units here are timeshares, so it's more like staying in an apartment than a hotel room. The rooms are roomy, nicely furnished and nicely equipped. Our room was clean and comfortable.
OTOH, when you check in, they try to convince you to attend a timeshare seminar. It was a hard sell here. We weren't interested (several times) and the then conversations abruptly stopped, and the staff was pretty rude from then on. They provided no information about how to use the facilities while we were there, and they didn't even provide a map or any guidance on how to find our room. Perhaps seems trivila, but there are 21 buildings. We had to ask and probe for more information. The whole check-in process was pretty off-putting.
We'll look at other places before we stay here again.

Employees were very good, but the room had the washer and dryer broken .

Air conditioner broke during a heat wave and they could t fix it u til the following day. We got very little sleep that night. Felt hot and dizzy. It was very disappointing.

They should have an ice machine and taxi service.

This resort is directly behind the LINQ and High Roller and is right next to the Sphere. It's an easy 15-min. walk to the LINQ/High Roller and onto the Strip. The rooms are great. Our 2-bdrm had a balcony and washer/dryer. We could see the High Roller and pool area from our spot. The only downside is that upon registration, you'll get asked if you want to join the resort as a member. Otherwise, great for visitors/families who don't want to be right on the Strip.

I liked the grounds of this property and location was very convenient, however, our building was very far from the lobby so it was hard to get around.

The floors in the room had not been cleaned and it took 2 requests to have it done so that we could stop wearing our shoes. Found food and ants all over and our socks were turning black.
Everything else was wonderful.

This property is the best if you want to go to a show at the sphere. You could walk over to the Venetian
Easy to get in and out of the area and no casino

HICVDCR is an absolute gem of a find if you don’t want to be on the Strip. The 2 bedroom aptmt was a phenomenon. Clean, spacious lounge, a double-bath bathroom and the comfiest beds. We did a whoop to find a washing machine and dryer just as everyone had run out of underwear on our SoCa road trip. A view of The Sphere from the bed and sat and had a beer on the balcony watching the colour change on the massive orb - which was cheaper than paying $800 to take the family to see a film we didn’t want to see. Only regret was not booking for 2 or 3 nights instead of 1. Quick Uber to all the attractions. Win win.

Spacious, clean, right next to the New Sphere.

Love the location since I could walk to the spare and that I had my own living space in the suite real nice hotel to stay at

The facility of itself is beautiful. Our room was clean and the kids really liked the pool. Very happy with the room. The area surrounding the hotel was very dirty and had a lot of drug usage and what looked like an open sewer drain that people hid in when we were walking by. Obviously the hotel can’t control that but just to keep in mind. The front desk staff wasn’t very friendly but otherwise happy with the stay

Great place for family!

Air conditioner is too loud for second bedroom and living room in my suite. If the inside unit can be adjusted to laundry room, the sleeping area will be more comfortable. Anyway, it’s still a good place to stay!

I chose this property because of the two bedrooms and two bathrooms option, as well as having a full kitchen. I knew it was close to the vegas sphere but when I arrived I was blown away at the views. There are also multiple pools. Very nice place and family friendly. Would stay here again.
4.0
Would have scored higher but for very mixed service. On check in you get a hard (and I mean hard) sell on timeshares which is mandatory to get your key. We arrived at 10pm after a very long drive and this was the last thing we needed. The reception staff were mixed - some friendly and helpful, others quite rude and unwelcoming. Shop on site was poorly stocked and very very expensive. The phone and some lights in the unit were broken, otherwise it was well equipped, a good size and clean. Pools were good - varied and clean.

staff was super friendly and helpful at al times

Overall very good stay off the Strip. 'Close' access to Wynn, Planet Hollywood, the Sphere and Bellagio. Expect to be corralled into talking about time sharing right a check in and followed up by another call to your suite.
Kitchen was well stocked however the facility did not have an ice maker for guests which was very disapointing, we were told by the staff to use the fridge freezer unit in our suite but it was non functional. I think this is a huge oversite for a hotel in Vegas where temperatures are very hot.
The rooms was comfortable and clean & staff were attentive. Free parking a bonus and it was a nice touch to be able to call and request a ride to and from our suite to the entrance of the resort.

Bed was bowed and hurt my back. Soft but like a hammock. The flooring was dirty, our socks were black from walking in the room.

It was very cozy and we loved it

Nice quality hotel 1 block from the Strip.

Service was horrible

When I checked in, there was water leaking on the floor and walls, so it took almost two hours to request a room change. I had a good impression on my first visit, but I was really disappointed on my second visit.

The staff personnel needs training in how to treats people.

The room was great, the sales pitch that was supposed to be 90 minutes lasted over 2 hours. Not worth the cash!

The bed was so comfortable. The proximity to the sphere was the draw for me. I would definitely stay here again.
