Amazing hotels with world class dining. The service was great. Views from the hotel and our room were amazing.

Nice clean property beautiful balcony views Staff very friendly, breakfast included was good

The bar tender was amazing, we didnt get his name, but he was the best for our morning breakfasts. It was unfortunate that there were large party bookings every night of our stay so we couldnt enjoy the restaurant, but the service and staff were great. Really nice spot, great view and close to stufe di nerone which is a must if you stay here.

A little bit far from the city. Lack of transportation but I enjoyed my stay in the junior sweet room. The room was great and the view from the terrace was amazing.

During my frequent visits to this hotel—this being my fourth stay—I've noted their offering of two types of economy rooms: one with a modern bath and another without. Despite reserving the higher-priced option on Hotels.com and specifically requesting a modern bath, upon arrival, I found those rooms fully booked. Initially, I was assigned a room without the modern bath. However, the hotel staff commendably upgraded me to a small suite at no extra charge, a gesture I greatly appreciated and reflective of their excellent service. One area needing improvement is the breakfast, which, despite the hotel's four-star rating, aligns more with a two-star standard in its limited offerings. I would suggest introducing a paid option for an enhanced breakfast, particularly catering to the needs of business travelers.

The view from our room was beautiful. It was very relaxing sitting on the balcony with a tea, listening to the palm trees in the wind with a good book!

I stayed for a week while visiting a friend. The view from my room was amazing. The room was a bit small but worked for me. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Nice property. Once we found it, we were pleasantly surprised by the view and the staff. The lack of a lift/elevator was the only negative.

Exclusive and remote. A bit snobby considering

Very nice hotel. The only downside was that the restaurant was closed due to private venue and no taxi available in the area but not very secure and safe to walk to the nearest restaurants as no sidewalks available.

Great view and very good staff. A bit of a hike to the train station from the top of the hill, normally they have a shuttle, but it was being repaired.

fantastic views overlooking the northern part of the Bay of Naples, the Aragonese castle and ideally located for those wanting to explore the sunken city of Roman Baiae.

Very beautiful hotel on the hill overlooking the port and a beach. Our room was very nicely decorated, and had updates. Nice bed, and great balcony. breakfast is continental European… tasty but not much variety. You can get espresso drinks. There’s a mini bar in the rooms and we liked that. they offered us a shuttle to town to do our scuba diving. That was very nice.

Very nice. Very great, by-the-book, hotelier style excellence They provide what you would expect at a fancy cliffside boutique hotel such as this. Romantic vibe. Grand restaurant. Nice balconies. Great showers. Bathrooms were lit very cool. Strong guys carry your luggage in from your ride. We travel with a lot of stuff. So the in and out was great as Italy is usually a lot of stair flights to get to the cool stuff. If you are diving the ruins this is the place to stay.

Nice place friendly and overall professional staff.

Fantastic view over the ocean from both room and restaurant. Very friendly staff and a superb location close to the hot spring at the Sorgeto Beach.

We stayed only 1 night at this hotel, as we were scuba diving nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. The view and rooftop hot tub was great. The room was nicely appointed, with a bed for our daughter in a separate nook. The shuttle service was handy. Some areas of the hotel looked a bit worn, but it did not affect our experience. The restaurant view and set up was a dream.

Beautiful views, good breakfast. Very clean and comfortable.

The views are amazing from up on this cliff. The hotel is very nice but the rooms are old. The air conditioning wasn't working in our room but we were able to get a nice breeze through. It appears to be a family run hotel and all of the men working there are very friendly and take very good care of the guests. One of the front desk staff was extremely rude to us over and over and that really ruined our time in Bacoli and Naples for us. Other than her, we were very pleased. It's like staying with a big family in their beautiful cliff side home.

It was fun. Cold/Hot Breakfast was good. Server was nice. The view was fantastic. Sauna/Jacuzzi was great.
The down side is the room I stayed in. It didn’t have lotion, conditioner. Rainfall shower head was broken.

Great place recently remodeled with sea view and professional staff.

The room had good views along the coast, they were very helpful about sorting out transport to Cume and Baire, the food at the the hotel was good, this was our 3rd stay

This is a very nice hotel which I would certainly highly recommend. There are beautiful views from the rooms, the bar and dinning rooms have a terrace which also looks out onto the gulf of Naples. the staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel provides a free shuttle bus to take you to various places in the vicinity.

Lovely hotel, very clean and very friendly staff. The food was excellent.
The hotel has a beautiful garden with comfortable furniture to relax.
Lovely balcony with fantastic views.

Staff were welcoming and helpful, rooms were nice with a lovely view. Rooftop hot tub, sauna and steam room were fantastic, beautiful views. Only bad point it the location, by the time you get there you will have realised that driving in Italy is like taking your life in your hands every second and there isn’t much to do in the local area so this is the only thing that lets the hotel down

Great place staff was professional and food was great! Newer clean rooms with views

The property’s location is great with a fantastic view of the bay. When you go to the restaurant you can sit down outside and admire the view while you eat. The restaurant is very good , we ate twice there and the servers are really good. The spa was cold and the buttons were all broken so we couldn’t go in, it needs repairing. We liked the room which had a little terrace with a view of the bay. Would recommend this hotel.

GREAT PROPERTY

The AC did not work the first two days we were there. Parking was difficult due to weddings every night. Staff was not very friendly and lacked proficient English. Breakfast was not even continental quality. Shower is incredibly small and drain didn't work properly. Room was cleaned well on a daily basis.

Quiet well placed good staff all in all a very good hotel

Had a lovely relaxing stay here. The room was large, modern and had beautiful views from the balcony. We had a great meal at the restaurant- again with spectacular views! Good parking outside. My only criticism was the bathroom seemed very outdated compared to the rest of the amenities and the hot tub/ jacuzzi on the roof is not switched on in summer so no bubbles and cold!

This has been one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Every morning during breakfast has an amazing sea view and from our hotel room also. The hotel is also in a good location as we were able to travel to places such as; Pompeii, Almalfi Coast, Sorrento, and its about a 20 min drive into Naples. This also has a spa facility but unfortunately did not make use as we fully took advantage of driving to places. The hotel staff were excellent, and each morning during breakfast always attended to our requests. Nothing was too much to ask.

Lovely serene room, gorgeous view, nice bathroom. A little difficult to find on one-way, twisty, mountain roads but worth it. The only negative was that the restaurant attached to the hotel had a live band (we stayed on a Friday night) which was extremely loud, even with the balcony doors closed, and they played until after midnight. Also thin walls --- heard a bay crying next door probably due to the loud music.

This hotel is in a beautiful setting but be warned - it's about 45 minutes from Naples and if you aren't driving, you can only get around by train. The hotel is located on top of a hill with beautiful views but with narrow roads and no pavements, it's not easy to walk to the local train station so the hotel provides a free shuttle service to the station and back. Although it's good that they provide this service, we sometimes had to wait for a long time for them to collect us, even though it's only a 5 minute drive away. The rooftop hot tub was wonderful for watching the sun set and was a major advantage. The staff were helpful and friendly and the restaurant was good. However, the beds weren't comfortable and the bathroom was really grubby - the cleanliness could definitely be improved. To sum up - if you have your own transport and are looking for a quiet location to relax, this hotel would suit you, but if you are reliant on public transport, choose carefully!
