Great apartment complex with well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Very clean, and lovely cleaners. A nice pool, and plenty of sunbeds available when we stayed. Great communication prior to and during our stay.

Great apartment in a good quiet location. Very clean. Staff really helpful and great communication through WhatsApp. The pool area is very relaxing. Plenty of sun beds. There are lockers and showers to use for late check out which was a real plus. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nice apartment overlooking the garden. Issue with the kettle but that was resolved quickly and efficiently. Many restaurants within a five minute walk, and the local Spar at the end of the pathway.

Just returned home after spending a fabulous week with my wife and fourteen year old son at the El Guarapo apartments. We were greeted at reception by the lovely Natalia who informed us although a hour and half early our room was ready so allowed to check in. A simple process and Natalia explained about the El Guarapo and we also decided to book breakfast for the following day too "see what it was like". I must say we enjoyed it so much we booked for the rest of our stay. The quality,taste and food options was fantastic so I can highly recommend taking breakfast 😋. Our room was a one bedroomed apartment with my son sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room which he found highly comfortable and had a good nights sleep during our stay . The apartment was clean with a kitchenette, although we didnt really use it as we ate out, there was everything you would need for cooking. The grounds were well kept and tidy , we really couldnt fault our stay and wouldnt hesitate in returning to the El Guarapo for future stays. All the personnel we encountered were amazing and a credit to the company , with good communication from the El Guarapo with recommendations on places to eat and visit etc. making our stay in Lanzarote a memorable one. Thankyou also to Caterina who was always smiling and helpful during our stay ❤️

Accommodation desperately needs air-conditioning. Reception only open 9am to 5pm not 8am till 8pm, breakfast only served 8.30 till 10.30am not 8am - 12pm as advertised. Everything is charged as extra, safe, sunbeds on balconies. Not enough sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool. However the apartments are kept clean and towels are changed regularly.

Small and overall quiet set of apartments. Very clean and in good condition. All staff really friendly and helpful. Very good communication from Reception staff Louise, Daniela and Natalia. Short walk to supermarket and centre of Teguise. Ideal location. Highly recommended.

It was small and quiet and exceptionally clean. The reception staff were excellent, checking that we were ok every day. Very comfortable and a short walk to the lovely beaches. The one thing we didn’t like was that people put their towels on all the sun beds by 8am then left for hours, leaving nowhere for anyone else to sit. The reception staff were not happy with it either put a sign up, but no-one took any notice.

The apartment we stayed in, was nice and clean. However, the shower gel and shampoo were not replaced when we ran out of it. In addition, about three-four days passed during our 8-day holiday there, when no-one cleaned our apartment. The walls in the apartment block are very thin and not well insulated; we could hear at night every little noise (e.g. mobile phone vibrating) from the apartment above ours.

Another fantastic stay at El Guarapo! If you want noise, loud music or pool-side activities then choose somewhere else. If it is tranquility, above average accommodation, good company and good service (thanks Antonio) then try El Guarapo.

requested pool veiw , but didn't get, disappointed ! no iron or ironing board in rooms, kettles are small and noisy! The receptionist did her best to rectify these issues though. would not book again unless guaranteed a pool veiw
