nice and comfortable

We only stayed for 1 night, but all was fine and fair, clean and quiet.

Breakfast was too basic (with plastic cutlery)

We were very pleased with everything and would highly recommend!

The room had a great layout…very spacious. Comfortable bed and sheets. Personal and welcoming touches by Caroline of the housekeeping staff. Front staff (a young man) was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Pool area was great. Good breakfast!

adequate for an overnight stay for doctors visit.

very nice breakfast, room was comfortable, bed was very nice and we both slept well. was equipped with all the essentials for a short stay. had a microwave and refrigerator for the basics.

nothing really to detract from our short stay, would consider staying again. with it being a pet friendly hotel there was no odor or smells neaning the housekeeping was doing a good job.

Absolutely clean, very well maintained. Most amazing and friendly staff. What an exceptional stay and hotel. Thank you for making the Londoners feel so welcome.

This is taking me ages to think about. So I guess if I had to really knit pick. I would say the bathroom was a little tight of space. But not a deal breaker.

The best Best Western I have ever stayed at.

The room was larger than I expected, spotlessly clean, and very quiet. The attendant at the front desk was very personable and helpful.
