The staff and cleanliness. 3rd time my Granddaughter and I have stayed at this property.

Great location and easy access to shopping, food and entertainment. Walking trails and bike paths next to property.

Only issue was a curtain/shade that was inoperable in the room making it very dark during our 5 night stay there - hopefully they can fix that before others use the room.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at !!!! The place so clean and has everything you need to stay comfortable with kids . The breakfast was amazing the pool was clean and indoor And the staff is absolutely the friendliest people I have ever met they were absolutely soo helpful and the rooms are nice and clean

We booked a river view room and were given keys to a parking lot view room. We dropped our belongings in the room and left the hotel to eat. Upon our return our keys would not work. We went to the front desk to find out why and were rudely told by staff that they shut down the key due to non payment and no credit card on file. I was told when I checked in at 1:30am I did not pay. I explained that i didn't check in at 1:30am, I checked in around 5pm and I most certainly did pay as well as put a credit card on file. The staff realized that they mistook me for someone else and had given me keys to the wrong room. So my belongings were in someone else's room who had skipped out on their bill while we were away to dinner. This caused me concern as to whether my belongings were safe. Luckily the people who skipped out on their bill hadn't returned and did not steal any of our belongings but I was very uncomfortable with the situation. We were given keys to our actual room, the river view room that I paid for, and staff assisted us in moving our things to the correct room. My family went to the pool to enjoy a swim. The doors to the outdoor patio were locked and it was unbearably hot in the pool area with no access to the outdoor patio. There was nowhere to sit and multiple chairs were broken or in disrepair. The bed in our room was comfortable, but the sofa bed was unsuitable even for a child. You could feel every spring poking you.

Stayed to see the firework show, clean enough room, I would say the only complaint is there is only one elevator and it’s slow slow slow, def will stay there again

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to the Oklahoma Aquarium.

Didn't stay, cancelled after arriving, storm had water on floor of all rooms, key card maker didn't work, meaning 1 guy running the show had to "escort" guests to and from their room. I had to wait for him to get off phone just chatting when I arrived, went to another hotel

The room was clean but the public areas were not. Great location, Jenks is a quiet area with some great areas for running and great dining options. The hotel was pointed more towards work crews than vacationers.

Very clean and comfortable. Felt safe, nice updated features, clean, friendly and helpful staff. I would stay here again and I felt like it was reasonably priced for the value.

The key cards did not work when we got there due to "electrical storm". Moisture had gotten in some rooms. I did not want to stay in those rooms due to my allergies. Coffee did not taste very well. Could use updating.

There isn't very many businesses out there you can trust. We left something of value during our stay in our room and A WEEK later when I called, the hotel had it! We were very doubtful the night before saying, it's been a week and nobody has called so it has to be gone. Well, Teresa was the person I spoke with and was EXTREMELY nice! Something I won't forget and if I ever do go back to Oklahoma, this will be my place to stay- Thank you again to Teresa and staff!

Clean rooms

The room had several issues, including a wash cloth with a red stain, a light switch that didn’t work so poor lighting in the room, and a shower that didn’t work either. We tried to bathe since the shower work but the stopper wouldn’t close completely. When I tried to call the front desk, guess what? Yeah, the phone in the room didn’t work! I went down to the desk to give the list of issues only to be told “I’m sorry, you booked with Expedia, we can change rooms but nothing else we can do … we did not change rooms … do not recommend & will not ever stay here again!

Everyone was very helpful and nice especially the lady taking care of breakfast. We are grandparents and 2 small children with us . She was amazing!

Loved our stay here. Everything was great and comfortable! Will be back.

They were friendly and the room was cold and clean.

I think the hotel accommodations were deplorable. The lobby was dirty/dusty - windows cloudy and looked like they haven't been washed/cleaned in months. The rooms were outdated, my shade was torn, dead bug shell in the bed, the phones did not work (even after switching rooms), the heater was detached from wall in first room, the iron was missing the knob and I could not tell what setting I was using, the pool was out of order, and the towels were worn. The pictures online were VERY misleading.

Clean and very accessible to restaurants and shops.

Staff was excellent and helped me due to my broken leg.

We were so excited to stay here with our little one because of the indoor pool. However, nowhere online does it say the pool is closed. Total disappointment since it is advertised all over their website and on expedia. If you are booking for the convenience of the pool…. call before you book.
