Comfortable, nice service, amazing breakfast.

The rooms need to be updated. The staff were lovely.

Stay was fine ok, no problems but the hotel is a bit dated, it’s an old Novotel.

Amazing food and drinks, nice and clean hotel, friendly staff. Rooms a bit dated but overall we had a very good stay. Good size swimming pool too.

This was a one day visit to the city that I lived on for 23 years 37 years ago. A lot of changes around! The hotel was great very clean organize and with an excellent acoustic soundproofing that allow you to sleep deeply in a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was one of the most completed I've ever seen. I highly recommend Sercotel Valladolid.

The property is well located. Close to downtown.

Clean and functional place

Just an overnight stop whilst on our water back to France. Hotel was clean and comfortable and also easily reached from the motorway. Parking options were on the road(which we did) of for 15 euros in the underground car park. As the hotel is located a little way from the town we elected to use the hotel's restaurant which satisfied our needs.
Only negatives, I received no response to messages sent to the hotel prior to our arrival, and I could not get their online check-in to work so checked in upon arrival.

Good childrens play place in the lobby. Good options for breakfast.

We spent one night here and we were pleased with our stay. The room was very quiet and the bed was big.
The only problem is that it’s quite far from the city centre/ public transportation.

The menu in the restaurant is a mixture of snack type items. Not equal to normal hotels of this standard.

It was too quite and cosy, we really enjoy our staying there, thanks for everything

Too expensive the breakfast. And no was too good
3.0
It good be a very nice hotel but it needs a staff with a focus on their guests. Every time you have the feeling you are in the way of the staff while you should be the middle as a guest. Old interior of the former Novotel. In general a dissapointing experience.

Overall good experience. Wonderful friendly staff.

The breakfast was impressive. The place clean, the price was right, the bathroom was spacious with both shower and bathtub. McDonalds nextdoor and El Corte Ingles is in a walkable distance. I will return.

Great location and the kids loved the pool.
However the rooms were quite small, the carpets in the room and the corridors were dirty. The towels that were provided for the pool could not be sent to be cleaned daily, you supposed to keep them for the time you stay in the hotel whether it's 1 day or 5...

Terrible service, and location
It is far from everything! Rooms have a terrible smell.

Horrible staff. States that there are Laundry Facilities and they aren’t. Was given a room at check in and when we got to the room it was already occupied. The key worked and everything and when we went back to the front desk all they said was “how strange”. Not even sorry or what can we do to make amends for our mistake. Not recommended. Skip

Great hotel outside Valladolid center...
Only a few minutes away from the nice things to visit in this city. Very nice rooms and the swimming pool is great for the hot Spanish summer days...

A modern hotel with good outside pool area and interior bar area. Decent sized bedroom, bathroom a little cramped. Twenty-five minute walk to Plaza Mayor but a few local bars across the river via footbridge towards El Cortes Ingles. Managed to get free roadside parking outside hotel for our two night stay, check before booking for parking with hotel.
4.0
Good location for travelling north/south. Short walk across the foot bridge to nice tapas bars.
Nice comfy beds, as always with Sercotel. Bathroom clean but drain was very slow running away. It had a shower cubical and a bath.
Air conditioning worked wonderfully.
Good breakfast, but if you only want coffee, there is a Mc Donald’s next door.
€13 for over night parking. When we arrived there were no street parking so we used the hotels car park. Later in the evening there were plenty of spaces in the road for free.
All round pretty good 👍

Comfortable one-night stay en route from Santander to Cista del Sol (long drive!). Great welcome from a new member of staff! Thanks

We expected a better experience than this. We had booked a hotel in Portugal but due to Covid restrictions we had to cancel. This was meant to be a special treat for me, as I was celebrating my birthday with my family. I booked a family room as described in Hotels.com website. When we arrived we were told that the room didn’t exist???
We were given 2 interconnecting rooms, which was not what I booked. We would have been better off booking an apartment .The rooms were very tired. The curtains had a cigarette burn despite it being a non smoking room.
The curtains were not attached at the ends and the bed made a lot of squeaky noises every time you turned over. The toilets had no toilet brushes which was very odd? The bath plug was broken and was very difficult to remove.
My wife who had booked this hotel mentioned that we were celebrating my birthday as asked in the booking form if there was any special requests. But nothing was mentioned!!’ The hotel we had to cancel on the other-hand were very enthusiastic that they would make it special for us.
The whole experience was lackluster. The breakfast was not very good on the hot food side as you would expect the food to be hot.

Location great, breakfast is perfect, rooms spacious, clean and comfortable.
Great value.
Will definitely go there again.

The hotel was lovely. The welcome at check in was warm and friendly; even the dogs got a welcome gift! Very helpful and accommodating. The room was well appointed and very clean
Situated in a very nice, convenient and safe location. I was very happy with my stay

Standard ok, nice beds but hard and high pillows. Impossible to turn down the hotwater to take a cool shower. And the roomservice dinner came not entirely cold, but close...
