Convenient place to stay. About 10 minutes drive to the center and 15 minutes away from the beautiful waterfalls in Ferni

Great for the price. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very nice looking lobby. I strongly recommend dinner at this hotel. Excellent menu. I gave a 4 because
The carpet in the room was very old.

Small rooms, cleanness was a problem, old facility that needs a lot of renovation

My room was in pretty bad condition and was smelling pretty bad . Staff was pretty fine , they have a big parking in front of the hotel but the brekfast was pretty bad ,I could say that the brekfast was missing (have to say that this happened during the pandemic)

The hotel is situated outside Terni, it is perfect for an overnight. The rooms are pretty run down, the whole building needs a thorough renovation. The staff was very friendly and professional, the breakfast was abbondant and good.

Two nights stay for Terni Marathon. Breakfast started from 6 am on marathon day which is very considerate. There’s also shuttle bus service on marathon day. Breakfast and cleanliness are good enough. Great view from the room. Overall much better than expected.

This was a great find, we were only passing through so only had one night but it was easy to find, the staff were friendly and spoke English and we were expected at reception which made check in quick and easy. The room had a view of mountains in the distance, it was clean, comfortable and had good air conditioning. We had a good nights sleep there. The restaurant is very good and our evening meal was a very reasonable price. The included breakfast was probably the best we’ve had, there was something for everybody from cereal to breads and pastrys to fruit to cheeses and cold meats to eggs and bacon. It actually kept me going all day!

Stayed here as a base for the San Valentino Marathon. Fortunately we had a car, else this would be a difficult place to get to. On arrival we waited about 10 minutes for anyone to appear at reception. Given the size of the hotel, this seemed strange. Reception retained passports for 24 hours which was a little concerning given that it was unattended on arrival.
Our room on the 6th floor was very comfortable, spacious and very clean. Not much of a view for us as it looked out to a tall block that was being dismantled, but not so important. There was a lot of free parking and an underground secure garage which we used when the hotel parking was full on the Friday afternoon.
Breakfast - good choice and plenty of food on the buffet. The staff member at breakfast provided frothy cappuccino from the kitchen on request (seemed strange she asked the Italian guests as soon as they sat down but not us, who had to make a request), anyway, on our last day a different member of staff asked everyone equally so maybe there was some issue with the other staff member? Either way, didn't lose sleep over it.
There was a big supermarket nearby - Carrefour. We would have walked but it was recoommended we drove as it's all roads and flyovers. If i was without a car, i would definitely look to stay nearer to Terni centre.
We found out that there was a marathon shuttle bus that picked up on Sunday morning to take runners to Terni centre and back. Worth knowing if you've no car.
