They kept my $120 deposit because they said that it smelled like smoking in the room I was outside smoking constantly I didn't smoke in the room and it was just deployed it ripped me off

Not so good. Would not allow me to pay with my husbands card once we got there because I reserved room in my name. My husband was right there with me and told the clerk we needed to use his card instead of mine. My husband got very upset over this and we were asked to leave even though I was told earlier we could use his card if he was present

The staff were great. The room was not super clean, especially the floor. The TV, microwave, coffee pot and lights were all on a power strip that was hanging from the plugs. This was both a fire hazard and the TV kept turning off because it couldn't stay plugged in. Fortunately, I didn't really spend much time in the room. I want to repeat that the staff were great. Gave me a couple extra pillows - when I arrived there were two tiny pillows, about 12"x12", which was ridiculous.

Hot tub was dirty. King size bed had 3 small pillows. Door wouldn't shut and lock from the outside. Could lock from inside, but when left the room it was unlocked the whole time. Breakfast was cereal and waffles. Slide to pool did not open on time. 45 minutes late. Very dispointed and no discount was offered. Will not be staying there again.

The price was right. Staff was friendly. Good location. The bathroom sink and shower didn’t drain. The toilet seat felt like it was coming off, which in turn made it feel like you were going to land on the floor. I brought the above items to the attention of the front office and they said they appreciated knowing as they wouldn’t have known otherwise. So they seemed genuinely interested in knowing and looking to make it right.

The water slide was an amazing perk of staying here, especially since we were on a road trip. My kids really enjoyed it after being in the car for 8 hours. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the staff was nice.

Don't pay extra to stay here instead of other nearby hotels because of "breakfast" like I did. It's not worth it. Boiled eggs, vanilla, bread, english muffins, waffles you make yourself, cereal, milk, 2 flavors of yoghurt, and green apples. No bacon, scrambled eggs, or potatoes of any kind. There was a hidden $30 non-refundable pet deposit that was not mentioned until I arrived.

General appearance of the room was not clean or well maintained. The sheets appeared not to have been laundered. It took several hours for the room to be cooled down to acceptable levels. Vending machines were not working and the continental breakfast only included coffee.

This was my first time using Expedia to book a room. Somehow I got the booking date wrong and booked a future date. I went to the location and explained my problem. The clerk said they canceled the future booking and then booked us a room for the night. Then I get a notice the booking was not canceled. I contacted Expedia and they said the hotel would not cancel my booking. So instead of saving a few dollars, it ended up costing me twice as much for a night! Looks like I will be going back to the old fashion way of getting hotel rooms when I am on the road. Google and show up! It will be a lot cheaper in the long run. As a business owner, I would never treat my customers this way. But then I hope my customers return again. Hotels and Expedia must think that customers won’t be returning to treat you this way!

When i first arrived to check in i gave my id and filled the paper and put my guests name as well, my guest was putting the incidental hold on her cc and the gentleman kept saying i need your card (mine) because my name was on the room, i kept telling him that my guest who is on the room was going to use her card. Now i work for a hotel and at check in at my location it does not matter who was paying or putting a card on file just so long as we have one on file. This gentleman was so out of sorts because I wasn't using my card. The elevator to our room was so jumpy, it felt like the cables were going to break and we would free fall back down (it has happened to me before so it brought back my ptsd of elevators), got to the room and took us 3 times to open the door before we learned we had to take the key out and lift the door handle upwards instead of downwards like a normal room and you had to do it quickly in order to open the door (we were not told this at check in) The room did not smell good upon entering, it smelled like indian spices. As we were exiting our room to go to a concert we noticed a beer can on the ice machine and the next day even though housekeeping was up on the floor it was still sitting there this morning so housekeeping was not observant. I dont ever do reviews or complain because i know what it is like working in the hospitality industry but honestly I will never stay at this location again.
