Staff from start to finish was outstanding! Mike let us check in a little early. We were even the guest of the day! Front desk called up to our room to make sure everything was great. Signed is up for points and now we're hooked on Hilton!Great job to this property on going above and beyond! Breakfast was fresh and hot. Manager was present and helping keep the lobby clean. You can't miss with this property! Thanks, Kathy and Carl

Despite Expedia selling me on a room the sleeps 5 that actually doesn’t exist on the property at all…. My stay was fantastic. The customer service was top tier. I travel a lot for our AAU basketball organization and I needed a room that sleeps 5-6. Due to an error by Expedia we got stuck with a regular 2 queen room. The manager at the time switched our room to a huge 2 queen room and brought us a pull out bed at no extra charge. The room was clean, house keepers were great and although we didn’t need them they still asked if we needed anything throughout our stay. Breakfast was included with lots of options from confetti waffles to fruits, yogurts, cereal, oatmeal , bagels and toast. The staff helping at breakfast were super friendly and chatty! We had a great stay!

Having spent 3 weeks a month for 8 years on the road, this room is by far in my top 5 of Worst Rooms! The view was the back of a wall which is over the from of the hotel. The AC kept us up all night turning turning on and off. About the only thing good was breakfast. However, even that didn't have orang juice.

The Hotel Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, except the bathroom which had mold all around the caulk of the tub.

Checking in was a breeze, the friendliness of staff was excellent! We checked-in early too. Our room was very clean. However, when it came to bedtime, not so comfortable. The mattresses had a sag in the middle and probably needs replaced with firmer mattresses and the pillows absolutely needs replaced as they were not comfortable! Getting showers the shower head kept slowly falling. I think the piece that held the shower head was worn out. The morning breakfast was excellent lots of choices! Again Staff was great with check-out.

Wonderful breakfast , they allowed me to check in 4 hours prior and traveling with kids that makes a huge difference for us. People at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The breakfast was very good. Loved the egg omelets and the blueberry scones. Coffee set up was arranged separate and easy access. Room was great with great views. Location was close to family we were visiting. Local restaurants were great.

We chose to stay here in a smaller town, and it was great to walk downtown to eat or there is an Apple Bees literally behind it. The hotel is a little older, but we’ll kept. The service staff was fantastic. We had a couple little issues at first, but they immediately took care of them. The only complaint is that next time, I would ask for a room not on the street side. That is a noisy little town! Great food and nice size rooms.

We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. Staff was friendly. Room was a nice size, and bed was comfortable. We were surprised when my husband was chosen as guest of the day and he received special parking spot and a candy bar. How sweet. The only issue we had was with the iron. I started ironing without noticing some unknown substance on the hot iron and it got on my outfit. My fault I should have checked out iron before ironing.

The staff is absolutely fantastic here. Everyone is top notch. They are so accommodating, that I thought I traveled 50 years in the past. Breakfast is great, the mood and vibe of the hotel is fun yet professional. The sunsets are a must see. All in all, and I’ve stayed here a few times, just a great place.
