It was a great stay for us. My Granddaughter was playing softball near by.

Quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, even with 2 wedding parties. However the hotel and property was run down and not well maintained at all. The key entrance was not working so everyone had to use the master fire keys. Huge safety risk having the entire hotel have master keys to EVERY ROOM! The entrance was dirty, didn’t look like it was vacuumed in a week. The room was the perfect size! The sheets and bathroom were clean but the carpet/floor was dirty, the shower faucet was super loose and broken, and the tile was a trip hazard. Pool area was very dirty and the water was cold! Sand was everywhere and the pool/splash area was peeling and rusting. Very disappointing as this was the reason we booked here and not other area hotels. It was gross! Outside the landscape was all overgrown and poorly kept, which attracted lots of bugs/mosquitos. We will NOT be returning or recommending.

The front desk staff were not very welcoming or friendly. Other than that our experience was good. The room was nice and clean.

Loved our stay here. We stayed here for the EAA Oshkosh show because it was affordable. Our toilet broke on our last night and they offered to move us to a different room immediately no questions asked. The breakfast was really good and the staff was super kind. Our room was really clean and comfortable as well. The hot tub was closed when we came but it wasnt a big deal, thing happen and they cant control that. The pool was super cool, and the little kiddie splash pad/play area was something that ige never seen and a hotel before and was super cool. We definitely will be coming back next year when we go to Oshkosh. :)

My only complaint is the hot tub was down.

Breakfast was great enjoyed the availability of coffee anytime. Lady who checked us in was very pleasant (our room was not ready but found us one that was).

Have stayed here several times over the years, and it seems to have declined. The shower was a bit disgusting. The toilet ran and ran because the handle stuck down. Because of some sort of malfunction in the toilet tank, water leaked onto the floor in the bathroom while it ran. The breakfast was horrendous. You have the choice of fake eggs, or a waffle. I grabbed a fresh orange, but it was so green i couldn't peel it. On the positive side, the coffee was good. I will probably stay there again, but i am hoping for a better room, and I'll skip breakfast.

The stay was good. The bathroom toilette stuff like the shampoo was below standard. The front desk staff were never present. Both, at the time of check in and check out, I had to ring the bell. In fact, they have a permanent notice on the desk stating to ring. They are in the inside room chatting and when they do come out, the attitude comes across that they are doing you a favor! Hotel was fine, but the elevator was not. We were on the 3rd floor and service would have been nice.

We had bugs in our room. Curtins were hanging off stains on the couch and beds. Called ahead of time to ask about the pool hours and if it was open she said yes and the pool was closed the whole time

I work at the hospital and travel for work. My shift starts at 630am. The first two mornings the lady in the kitchen was nice enough to let me grab some breakfast 10 minutes before it started. I had enquired about this when I checked in and the receptionist told me it was up to the person working in the kitchen. On the third morning I asked if I could just grab some fruit or a slice of toast and the lady was rude. She refused to give me any food. I canceled my reservation for the following week. I have stayed at hotels for work for the past 9 years and have never encountered anything so rude. She not only wouldn’t let me have any food, she was extremely rude about it. I do not recommend this hotel for business or leisure.

My husband and I stayed for only one night but had a great stay. We had fun in the pool and a good breakfast!

Room was great. Only thing was during weekend the pool people came late and people working seemed to confuse when the pool opened. We had to wait an additional 45 minutes after the pool opened for them to finish testing the water and do the chemicals. This happened on Sunday and Monday.

We were given room 303. HVAC did not work the entire time. I asked daily for assistance, and I got none. The shower curtain had a stain that was brown and that the staff did replace. The manager Lewis Wilson has written that he will provide a rebate for one night's stay but I needed to contact Expedia since I booked through youand you used your credit to get the room. Can you tell me how we are going to get the rebate?

The pool and hot tub were really crowded for our entire 5 night visit. Even when the hotel was quiet, the pool area was loud, over crowded and had people eating and drinking all over. The hotel does allow non guests to pay to just use the pool so I suspect this was the issue. Breakfast ran out twice by the time we got there at 8. When breakfast was available, it was great. The place was clean. The staff were professional and kind.

The pool area was consistently very full, hot tub was down for a day and people were eating in the pool area. The room was good though, and the few times breakfast was available it was very good.

Really great stay with family meeting up from out of town. Pool was great for the full age range 4-13. Rooms were clean and spacious. Included breakfast was great. Staff was incredibly friendly!

We arrived to the lobby where the clerk was on the phone. This person did not acknowledge us for 10 minutes. After 10 minures she acknowledged us to say that she was on the phone. We asked if she could just check us in quick and put the other person on hold. She then said that we were being fussy and started to berate us. I then said we just want to get checked in, we have kids in the car, youve been on the phone for 10 minutes, please just put them on hold to check us in. My wife and i were in complete shock and just said this is ridiculous. I couldn't believe it. I wont be staying here again. The absolute worst service I've had at any hotel in my life.

There was no hot water for the two days we were there. They did offer to move our room down, however that wasn’t an option for our family.
