The check in was great. The person who checked us in was well informed and made it easy to find the room.

The room was clean and very spacious. The beds were comfortable and sheets so soft. Breakfast was normal hotel fare, but what made it really nice was the service. You get your food and then are served all your drinks in a nice area by very friendly staff. The evening bar had good prices on food and drinks.

The front desk clerk at check in was rude and confusing.

The breakfast area was unorganized. Coffee station on other side of breakfast area.. you have to go to the bar for juices and water etc. Food items was not out at the time it should have opened… poor planning.

The stay was great it just one issue one of the elevators was broke and on the fifth floor it was a special way to summon the working elevator but wasn’t posted how so I took the steps down

Nice stay. Bed super comfortable. Couch unusable. Room smelled like old cigarettes. Rug old and gross with burn marks. Change those things and it would be 5 stars on all.

It was a very good experience. The front desk folks were so on point with excellent customer service. The dining crew were also on point with excellent service. Didnt have any experience with the cleaning crew but im sure they were on point because our room was very tiday and clean.

The stay was fair. The room was comfortable and clean, but there were a few things that bothered us. 1.) No hot tub/spa, even though many pictures clearly show one. A bit of misleading advertisement there. 2.) No house keeping unless you requested it the night before. We learned this the morning after our first night. No problem, we put the request in at that time to have the room replenished the next day. When we got back to the room the following day, we still had no housekeeping done. We did get the service the final 2 days of our stay. 3.) We had lots of problems with the room keys only working part of the time. The keys were rescanned and even replaced multiple times. Of course when maintenance was sent to the room the keys worked fine, but the following night our teenagers got locked out of the room because they weren't working. Overall a decent value. But improvement is needed.

The location was just off I-20 in Grovetown area of Augusta with a half dozen or so other hotels (including an additional Holiday Inn). This location is much better than the other one so make sure you stay at the one on Park West.

This was our fourth stay at this hotel. We've always been pleased with the size of the room and the comfortable beds. Breakfast is better than most hotel fare. They offer table service for your coffee and juices plus the buffet. It's conveniently located, close to I-20, but in a very quiet area.

Some of the bathroom was not clean stains on the furniture. The carpet looks very worn out. I tried turning up the air because the room was to cold and the heater kick on and stunk real bad.

It was only one night but it was very nice. Not noisy even though it looked like it was packed. Parking lot was really full. I’d stay here again for sure.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious!
