While I do understand the lack of protein in breakfast, I think the floors in rooms should be cleaner. However might be too much for a $65 per night motel.

When we got there around 6:15 to check in, the room we had booked which was a king bed was not available. The clerk at the desk said the cleaning lady was running late that day. So we settled for a double bed room instead at no extra charge. I paid an extra fee through hotels.com for a 2 hour late check out which the hotel did not honor. At 11am sharp they came banging on the door persistently. Even though i did mention this at check in as well.The room was covered in bleach. It was just sprayed down and not dried or wiped down. There was dirty underwear in the room. The TV was busted. Looked like the cleaning lady sprayed it with cleaner and thats what had messed it up. The air conditioner made alot of noise.

I can send you pictures if you like. Dirty, no smoke detector hooked up, mold looking stains on the curtains, outlets looked dirty and dangerous to use, light in the hallway outside our room didn’t work so was very dark to enter our room.

Nobody got the rooms they paid for and the room is not like the listing there is no couch 🛋️. 40 dollar deposit and no laundry room vending machine empty was put in a different room then the one that I picked and The wheechair assessable room definitely not wheelchair assessable

I recently visited this hotel and was deeply disappointed. The pictures online were deceiving. Room 121 was filthy, with holes in the walls and rust on the furniture. The bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in, and when I brought it up, the staff rudely responded, "That is how someone made it." Additionally, they no longer serve the breakfast that was advertised. The staff was rude and condescending. I chose not to stay and would not put my family through that. I do not recommend this hotel.

Expedia lies about this property! They have listed breakfast with a nice photo of the breakfast area, they listed laundry room and they dont have one, they listed pool but no pool. The first room 111 smelled like wet/mold no phone, a/c and the lights in the restroom were dim then we were moved to 218 and i found a bugs on the bed with stained sheets. When i asked for more toilet paper and towels i was questioned for what and why. The little skinny lady was rude at the front desk both encounters with her on Friday and Saturday. When i checked out early she also questioned why?. Id like to get a refund from you all because what you have listed and what they actually have on site is totally different.

This place was horrible! The customer service was not the best it was the lies for me ! Saying they offer breakfast when they don’t!! The light in the 1st room didn’t work then the tv didn’t work in the 2nd room I was switched to!! Glad it was only a 2 day stay to support my daughter n law! But never again will I stay at a Super 8, honestly a refund would be nice!! And retraining your front desk personnel to be more customer friendly and oriented!!

I guess that properties always give booked customers the worse room they have available. Happened to us. Could not see my vehicle from the tiny room with a wall in front of the door. Only room like that. Complained and was changed to a decent room, Not the most friendly staff I have ever seen.

Driving in the property was clean , we arrived at 11 at night. The front desk was not welcoming, but she was not rude either. The room smelled like cleaning product, dirty mop, sticky surfaces but we didn’t expect much paying $63 bucks.chaos in the middle of the night people fighting , sounded like hitting on the wall, and stuff thrown, reservation said free breakfast — no breakfast at all !!! Never again !
