Honestly first class and spotless clean and good food choices

Reception area and staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Rooms were clean and spacious, it was also nice having tea making facilities and a small fridge in the room. There was a good variety and plenty of food in the restaurant.

Beautiful hotel with extensive buffet for breakfast and other meals. Very clean and great location to access bars and beach.

Check in was simple, we arrived early so put our bags in luggage storage and went into town. All staff were very friendly. Breakfast was awesome, lots of choice and so was the dinner. Lots of different types of food. Well done Rosamar, we will be back.

Perfect location
1.0
1. Way too overcrowded and not even nearly enough staff to meet their guests expectations. The longest queues I’ve ever experienced to everything from elevators, reception, bars, sunbeds & restaurants.
2. Rooms are «cleaned» every day, but are still dirty. Hair & dust on bathroomfloors and in the shower. Bins not emptied for days. Cockroaches in our room on 14th floor. On the plusside the rooms look nice and the beds are comfy.
3. ELEVATORS=worst experience ever! 3 of 5 elevators functioning, but were still supersmall, slow & HOT! Completely hopeless and the queues were endless.
4. Beachtowels could be hired for a 10 euro deposit + a 2 euro cost. Cash only offcourse. Smallest & worst towels the size of a napkin. Just don’t.
5. Food in the main-restaurant were mostly OK, but not a lot of variety for kids. Noisy & overcrowded, and I’m not even going to start mentioning the snackbar.
6. Tokens! To get a drink in a reusable plasticcup, you had to cling on to your token for the whole stay. Again: worst queues ever because of people standing in line after finishing their drinks to exhange their cups back into tokens again. Ridiculous.
7. Clientele&area. As we arrived we learned from talking to locals that we were staying in the «drunken-Brits-area» of Benidorm. Enough said. Just a whole lot of Brits and also Spanish guests, which is totally fine, but these were the noisy and drunk ones. Supernoisy area. Stay away if you don’t enjoy falling asleep to the false tones of karaoke.

Lifts need sorting
Food is mediocre.

The hotel was good but the room service was awful and they only folded our sheet and didn’t even sweep the floor or exchanged our coffee cup that was dirty! Other than than it’s a great location and receptions are friendly

Really good hotel. Snacks not very good on the all inclusive meals. Food in restaurant very good. Need to sort the lifts...took to long to get one.

Rosamar is in a great location for all the resort amenities the rooms have been recently updated Rooms are clean beds and towels changed daily.
We only had BB and the food was disappointing The hotel only needs to provide proper English sausage and Bacon
The pool side entertainment team were excellent not pushy if you wanted to take part in any of the fun activities I would return to this hotel

The hotel was very clean and modern decor, staff ok. Restaurant food was very poor, food was never hot and not great selection. Entertainment in hotel catered for spanish guests only. Very dissapiinted.

Welcome to 1980, the hotel is in a time warp & badly needs a refurb, the staff were great especially David, food was good but repetitive, the water park was fun & the kids loved it, the main pool was too small for the hotel, needed a good clean & the sun beds need replacing. A holiday is what you make of it & we had a good time.

This hotel is in need of a much needed revamp.Rception slow and not very polite. Rooms very dark and dated, bathrooms very old fashioned, towels were like tissue paper. Balcony all rusty. Only one working plug in the bathroom.( This was also the same in our additional room.) There was no shade around the pool what so ever. Long time waiting for lifts.Dining room so hot at breakfast time, food very basic. Our only consolation was we were only staying one night. Stayed here 10years ago and nothing has changed.Safe to say will not book this hotel again.

Hotel rooms dated only 1 socket worked and that was in bathroom all others broken. Beds were comfortable and room space etc was ok.
Booked all inclusive but only used restaurant a couple of times breakfast was ok but food luke warm some even freezing. Went for tea one night and pigs trotters were on menu so ate out. Ate in restaurant on another night and was watching chef who done show cooking. He was handling raw food wearing gloves but then not removing gloves when handling people’s plates to provide sauces for spaghetti so wouldn’t be surprised if a few people complain of illness as basic food hygiene rules being not folllowed. All inclusive drinks were ok and there’s a self service hut providing soft drinks and lager and also cooking food to order during afternoon like burgers chips toasties etc

Lovely staff Good food and lots of Variety Lifts a problem and policy of reserving sunbeds not adhered to with management making no effort to stop people reserving sunbeds for the entire day but only using them for a fraction of the time

Hotel is a little dated but clean and comfortable. Food was lovely
Swimming park for kids good
Excellent location for bars
4.0
Excellent stay hotel clean but looking slightly dated and only 4 elevators for 14 floors with 27 rooms on each floor so elderly and disabled residents did have to wait.
Restaurant clean food self service good well cooked and large number of choices for both breakfast and dinner and staff quickly cleaning tables.
Bar shuts at midnight has a good collect of both spirits and beers

NICE HOTEL CLOSE TO EVERYTHING GOOD FACILITES NICE STAFF

The hotel is a bit rundown in places and could do with refurbishment but I must say the kids water park pool was great. Ideal for my 7 and 10 year old and myself! The other large pool was also great and the all inclusive burgers, hot dogs etc... also went down well! Breakfast and evening meal was also fairly good with a good selection. The worst thing about the hotel I would say Is the evening entertainment which they could definitely improve very easily. Bedroom basic but clean. Overall the the hotel was good for a budget hotel

Nothing positive to say

Excellent location and food better than you’d expect for a 3* hotel. This was our 6th visit and we will book again for our annual get together. We’ve stayed at several hotels in the resort but this is our favourite

The good points
Close to nightlife
Nice pool area
Nice staff
Rooms a good size, plenty storage, beds reasonably comfortable but the smelly bathroom just lets the whole experience down. It smells like stagnant water and rotting drains constantly and some days the smell was so unbearable we had to spray deodorant and shut the door for 5 before even attempting to use the loo or shower. There was plenty others complaining about the same type of smell in their bathrooms

Had a lovely stay yet again at this hotel. I have stayed there many times as it is close to the bars, entertainment, beach and shops. Whilst I love this hotel, it is now looking a bit 'tired' and could do with refurbishment/modernisation.Staff friendly and helpful and food good with plenty of choice. Wifi access in rooms would be good

Benidorm is tacky and cheap. It looks like someone dumped a bunch of council blocks onto a lovely beach town and ruined it. This is then followed that up by jetting in a bunch of drunken English chavs.
In general the hotel is disappointing, and looks cheap and run down. There was mold in the bathroom and the support under the bathroom counter was falling over. The matresses were awful, with springs that stick into your back. The staff were were mostly fine and other times just terrible. Unfortunately, some of the staff where just so rude and unprofessional, it brings the whole place down.
You have to pay for the safe, which I find personally unacceptable. Similarly, you have to pay for the WiFi in the rooms.
After 2 nights I moved to the SH Villa Gadea in Altea.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant, especially the young lady who did the line dancing. She made you feel very welcome.

Stay was booked last minute, we arrived early and they accommodated us without issue. Food was okay, just didn't eat in much due to what we had planned, but what we did have was as it should be (if you want a proper English Breakfast then go to Barnies Bar around the corner) - We thought this Hotel was excellent Value for Money
1.5
Restaurant staff rude we had half board and did not know which drinks we were entitled to.when we picked up the wrong drinks the head waiter shouted across to us in front of numerous other guests causing embarrassment to us he could have walked over to tell us .
3.0
Clean, but needs revamping in the bathrooms, and bedrooms.
Lifts were slow, and two broke down and we were only there for three days.
Food good. The three nights we were there had theme nights, good choice of food.

Central position for the busy levante beach area but still a street away from the hustle and bustle so fairly relaxed.Pool area decent but incredibly busy, lots of 'entertainment' if you like that kind of thing, probably good for families!Bedrooms tired and dated but clean and clean linen and towels, air con a bit of a struggle. All in all, adequate!

Good location for our 1 night stay only complaint was wall's thin and could hear next door talking
2.0
The hotel rooms were very small as was the balcony. The food was generally very good and service from the staff was very good. Very close to all the bars, restaurants and the beach. Good central location.
